Nomads is a national project that its main purpose is to generate collaboration among the local committees of AIESEC in Colombia. This project has a focus to give support in functional education, skills and context of AIESEC to the entities that, due to their reality, need support to develop our mission as an organization.

Responsibilities:

Job Description: The nomad is responsible for the education, planning and follow up of the strategies created during the visit to local entities. This role is responsible for making a prior diagnosis of the local reality and based on the knowledge acquired in the organization, to make an action plan to work with the LCP/EB in terms of organizational education, skills and tools for the term.

Report to: • MC OD Director Boost & Jump • MCVP OD.

• Attend to education spaces before starting the project • Study all the content that the national office will share before starting the project. • Have 020 with the LCP before visiting the entity. • Adjust the working agenda model sent by the national office according to the reality of the entity that is going to happen in the visit. • Report to the MC OD Director Boost & Jump the activities done during the visit. • Send the Outputs of the visit, maximum one week after the execution.

Time Frame January 18 to February 19

Criteria. Â The next criteria will be taken into account for the selection of nomads project profiles: 1.

Members who have had roles such as LCP or Alumnus in the organization.

2.

Members with availability to run the project between the end of January and the beginning of February.

3.

Have at least 2 years of AIESEC experience.

4.

Have availability for virtual training before the project.

5.

You can come from any LC/city in the country.

The national office will facilitate the training spaces for the people who are selected as nomads, and will give them a schedule that will be executed in the visits according to the local reality.

Minimum letter size: 10 You can use any type of letter. The profile and questions must be answered by the candidates in no more than 5 pages If you want to add a cover page, you can do it.

Specific Questionnaire Cases: iGV: 1. In a new project called Nomadas of AIESEC in Colombia they ask you to support an entity that presents the following reality: • The LCP is new, and doesn’t have much organizational knowledge • They have very good projects and provide good experiences but the entity is new and has many IR problems managing to find cooperation. • The IGV members are new and don’t know any process of the area. Question: Propose a strategy to improve the IR of this entity, include KPIs, goals and activities to do. Skills 2. Create an agenda about skills training for EB SKYPE members of AIESEC in Zipaquira. (All EB members are Newbies in AIESEC and the agenda must last three days).

Specific Questionnaire Cases: OGV + Finance: 3. AIESEC in Quibdó has a debt of 10 millions of pesos since two years with the national office, this entity has two products IGV and oGV, where oGV is the focus product. The debt hasn’t been canceled and the members say that in the city it is impossible to sell OGV because students don’t have funds, and universities are public, which means that they don´t invest in exchange programs. Also the membership is not very connected with AIESEC. Question: Propose a one-week work plan where you create a strategy to have funds and pay off the debt in the next 6 months.

Specific Questionnaire Cases: PM 1.

AIESEC in Yopal has 8 years in AIESEC in Colombia but the LC didn’t have the expected results due that there’s a lack of consistency from the membership and the EB. The membership is not from the city and they only go there during the period they have classes; that's the reason why there isn’t support in the peaks. Question. Propose 3 strategies to improve the connection with the membership and consolidate the talent in the entity.
