EBs Academy
It is an educational space oriented to the three components that every leader in the organization must have: Lead, manage and represent. This helps to prepare and consolidate more AIESEC associates in Colombia, as a national assembly of building and decision making.
As an evolution of our previous conference, with the highway model, we had a Skyline event specialized in the delivery of training contents, oriented to team building and what each team could be experiencing according to each stage of training. It is bea space to recognize good practices done in the Q1 of management of this generation 2021.
ACADEMIES Once the engagement spaces are consolidated, AIESEC in Colombia has clear about what we do and why we do it. It is time for the professional development to be connected to a great personal ambition. That is why two simultaneous conferences are being delivered with the objective of boosting the operational peak and to be the big bet of April and May in terms of leadership and operations.
Members Academy This is a conference focused on the development of functional material for Team Leaders, Team members, Oldies and newbies; in order to arrive with the most personalized and updated content to operate at the peak of the operations and operationally preparing the 2022 generation in the journey of the first semester of the annualization of experiences.

- To apply to OC Academies 2021 and have a valid application, you are expected to send ONE PDF file (Just one) with the name: “yourname_role_OCAcademies2021” Example: “david_OCVPDE_OCAcademies2021” to conferencias@aieseccolombia.org before February 19th at 23:59 (GMT-5). Any late applications, even by 1 minute won’t be accepted. - Minimum font size 10. The application may not exceed 4 pages. All the questions can be answered in English or Spanish. - The application package contains a general questionnaire, however you must specify the role to which you wish to apply. The interview will be solely focused on the role you wish to apply for.
