We touched more than 3500+ lives last term while disrupting the way in which AIESEC is delivered reaching more territories, organizations and young people, month by month. That's why we delivered a very successful IGN Summit and that's why the LATAM region believed in us to host the 2016 LATAM XPRO. Our Invitation... We want you to Lead the welcoming of more than 1,500 people to the Magical Realism, to a beautiful country with extremely warm and passionate people, tons of love and the promise of a better future, a better Colombia for a better world. We strongly believe, that 120+ countries and territories, speaking about peace in a country that has had an internal conflict for more than 60 years, will definitely change what braveness means, forever. Main Functions
Job Description CCP will be responsible to ensure the Excellent delivery of IC Colombia while assures events’ financial sustainability by leading the whole Conference Committee which includes the Core Team (CCVPs) and extended Team (CC TLs and Teamsters).
English Level (Excellent) MC/ EB Experience (Preferred) Finances & External Relations knowledge Events Management Crisis Management Team Management ! ! ! ! !
Define CC Structure and JDs Select CC Team Create IC 2017 Execution Plan Responsible for Timeline Execution Regular Communication & Reporting with AI MC Colombia & General Assembly ! IC Finances & External Relations ! IC 2017 Delivery as envisioned ! Final IC 2017 Closure Report
