RESPONSIBILITIES

The SENA Quality CEEDer for Peru is responsible to ensure Standards & Satisfaction fulfillment in every single Experience, by constantly communicating with Home & Host Entity, also is responsible to do fire-fighting if needed, in order to deliver our impact in the most effective way.

- Be the Team Leader of the Exchange Experience; - Align Expectations before-during and after the Experience with the EPs; - Provide Support and solutions to all the EP Needs during the Exchange; - Manage potential Quality Cases with CSI oGIP; - Daily Reporting to MCVP oGIP of AIESEC in Colombia; - Constant Communication with Local Entities and MC in Peru; - IPS alignment and attendance with the EP crew; - Ensure that every EP that arrives is Realized on EXPA.
