Report to: MCVP GH4I - ECB Coach Leader Working Conditions: Every member is expected to have 20 hours per week availability. • Attend NST virtual meetings • Attend NST Monthly Closures • Co-create with the National Team the strategy for fire prevention and fire fighting • Deliver support to the national network • Chats • O2O • Special meetings or trainings when needed • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reporting • Update NST Tracking Tools Weekly • Deliver Coaching, LC Visits, Trainings • Project Management • Contribute to the Knowledge Management and educational content creation

Duration: 1 August 2017 - 31 July 2018 Job Description As a head of ECB ensure all the work of ECB is fulfilled due to its role and aiming to make every young person to live their experience in peace.

Requirements • Minimum 1 year of active AIESEC career & TL experience • Clear understanding of current AIESEC vision and ICB processes • Exchange experience – preferred • Knowledge of XPP, CoE, ER principles and national quality principles • Strong quality/team management/leadership skills • Alumni or active member without a TLP – preferred • **Not to have other active role during the experience - preferred • English: EXCELLENT

Strategic Management of ECB (ensuring ECB have a strategy, focuses, and initiatives planned towards achieving it) Agenda Management of strategic meetings of ECB Setting cooperation with ICB, MC, NST and LC Representation and communication of ECB interest to National Plenary Reporting towards National Plenary about state of ECB and work progress Tracking the follow-up procedure of Solving Cases that are connected with XPP, Code of Ethic, ER or Partnership Principles violations (together with ICB and MC) Tracking LC on follow up of steps provided by ECB regarding the Cases that are connected with XPP, Code of Ethics, ER or Partnership principles violations (together with ICB, MC and NST if needed) Ensure Team Minimums implementation for productive work of your team members: Key Deliverables: Av. time of Response Av. time of Cases solved Av. time the cases are followed up Av. time of consultancy answer % of LCs totally Audited General NPS Score Av.time of special cases solved and followed up

To lead your stage entities Offer high quality consultancy and prevention activities to all of the Local Committees, EPs and Interns. Ensure NPS and response rate Improvement and implementation. Co-create and execute new strategies in order to improve the National customer experience. To guarantee local implementation of national strategies . To coach and educate entities and ensure the quality of their experience. To attend ECB team meeting Track and Solve Casing To attend synergies with other Support teams. Monthly reports
