Description As a CEEDer you will be working at the MC Office with MC HIVE from 10AM to 6PM for 8-10 weeks, your main responsibility is to implement strategies for Virtual Expansion and achieving results for oGV in Peru - iGV in Colombia as well as webinars or infosession . • • • • • • • • • • • •
Work closely with the MC and follow the plan that will be created to reach the planned amount # APL, ACC and APD coming from VAMs of APL, ACC and APD in 18.2 from Virtual Allocated Markets; % CR SU-APD of VAM EPs Process all the Leads coming from Virtual Allocated Markets; Average Process time from APL-APD of VAM EPs Deliver education on how to sell iGV Colombia in LC visits Deliver education on oGV Colombia during LC visits % of Contribution of oGV Peru to iGV Colombia in APDs Deliver Webinars for iGV and oGV networks # Education Sessions Delivered To be the bridge of communication between the both GV networks abroad and both GV # OGX Meetings attended networks in Colombia, for better process alignment, IR planning achievement and standards # Reports to MC Home/MC Host delivery; Guarantee the agility and better the process time of the cooperation during the CEEDership Increase the number of applicants in oGV Peru to iGV Colombia Increase the number of applicants in iGV Peru to oGV Colombia Be present in OGX weekly and monthly meetings; To create a project report at the end of the CEEDership with everything that was delivered and what are the next steps to improve the results.
