CEEDER RESPOSIBILITIES The iGCDP Germany CEEDer is responsible to manage and track the IGCDP National Cooperation between AIESEC in Colombia and Germany also is the responsible one to set, implement and track Co-delivery strategies between both sides adding more value to our products in order to deliver our impact in the most effective way.

Complete Management of Cy2Cy relations between Colombia and Germany for IGCDP To track and ensure Germany& Colombia Matching goals accomplishment at National Level Support OGX Recruitment selling Colombia and our projects in Macro info sessions, stands and all kind of promotional spaces. Perform Interviews, expectations setting and fast Matching w/ German EPs to ensure fast Matching with Germany Downscaling National Partnerships to local level, ensuring LC2LC constant communication Monitoring Co-delivery of experiences at Local level
