JOD DESCRIPTION Lead the Local Entity towards the achievement of the Organization´s philosophy, Mission and Vision. Assure the accomplishment of the AIESEC WAY within the Local Entity centering on a clear and responsible understanding of the AIESEC VALUES, besides guarantee the achievement of the AIESEC´s Brand Promise. Manage and orientate the course of the Local Entity according to the AIESEC in Colombia Compendium and all its policies, the AIESEC in Colombia Constitution and the AIESEC in Colombia Ethics Manual. Be the executive representative of the Local Entity into the General Assembly of AIESEC in Colombia and take an active role on the year construction and development of the national entity.


MAIN FUNCTIONS

Manage the Local Entity:  Manage the Local Entity according to the administrative and legal framework established under the AIESEC in Colombia Compendium and Constitution, also in intrinsic concordance with the Colombian Law and the Colombian Constitution.  Guarantee the proper and efficient national management of the Local Entity.  Guarantee the proper governance of the Local Entity, based on the AIESEC in Colombia Compendium and the Local Policies.  Create and guarantee the usage of the advising structures (Board of Advisors, Supervisory Boards, Mentors, etc.  Lead and Manage the Local Executive Board and the Local Entity according to the AIESEC WAY.  Ensure the accomplishment of the Membership Criteria as member of AIESEC in Colombia.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGY AND PERFORMANCE        

Guarantee the accomplishment of the national strategy within the Local Entity. Guarantee the accomplishment of 2020 accomplishment strategies in the Local Entity. Guarantee the accomplishment of the organizational goals per programs (TMP, TLP, IGIP, IGV, OGIP, OGV). Lead the Executive Board towards the fullfillment of Local Entity general strategy and objectives. Lead the Planning & Review processes. Implement systems of Review and Assessment Have a proactive and propositional Participation in National General Assembly. in order to ensure organizational health of AIESEC in Colombia network


REPORTING

Each local entity understands that will have a model of accountability, which will be sent under the model 4DX and you will be received by the National Office

At least, quarterly report of LC state to Local General Assembly. Send reports every quarter to the MCP

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Only full status members can be elected as LCP 2016. However, there are special cases for: 1. Members in reintegration phase from their exchange experience. 2. Members currently living exchange experience. In both cases, applicants must be in Colombia for starting date of LCP position.
