AIESEC FOR COLOMBIA OC APPLICATION
Action Way es el evento que conecta las regiones de AIESEC en Colombia, para trabajar en la ejecución de las acciones que cada una de las entidades locales necesita tomar con el fin de contribuir al liderazgo más fuerte. Es un espacio de entrenamiento operacional, organizacional y de desarrollo de liderazgo, dirigido a membresía, en los roles de miembro (TMs) y líderes de equipo (TLs), así como juntas ejecutivas salientes y entrantes (EBs) con espacios específicos para aumentar la productividad de cada uno, según sus necesidades. Sin duda, Action Way desarrollará el conocimiento fundamental para afrontar el pico operacional o FishPeak; así mismo, es una conferencia que le permitirá a cada delegado el desarrollo de las habilidades y competencias de liderazgo necesarias para asumir un rol dentro de un equipo de AIESEC en Colombia.
