The “Líder Global SENA” project aims to benefit 220 young learners from the SENA institute through experimental exchanges, focused on the global sustainable development goals for the world. The project will be divided in: - 180 Global entrepreneur vacancies in the countries of Mexico, Brazil, Peru and Argentina. - 40 Global volunteer vacancies in the countries of Mexico and Ecuador.
The internships of the SENA participants will be during for 3 months and the Project Managers chosen must be also Quality Managers for the realization dates in the other countries. - 100 Entrepreneurship vacancies in Mexico. - 50 Entrepreneurship vacancies in Brazil. - 20 Entrepreneurship vacancies in Peru. - 10 Entrepreneurship vacancies in Argentina. - 20 Volunteer vacancies in Mexico. - 20 Volunteer vacancies in Ecuador.

The training centers of the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) are divided into 5 regional centers around the country, which contribute to the formative education of SENA trainees. The project seeks to be inclusive and have representation from most training centers at the national level, contributing through our exchanges to the professional and personal development skills for their technical profile. For this reason, the committees will be part of the support for activities focused on the correct management of the experience to the chosen participants.

The Local Project Manager is responsible to ensure Standards fulfillment in every single experience that are asigned to the committee, being responsable from all the process, from bringing the right expectations until being part of the closing seminar, passing around each stage of our Customer flow and supporting the national project manager in all the strategic plan, generating a constant communication between Home and Host entity, Logistics, the measuring impact report and others.

Align expectations before, during and after the experience to the Exchange Participants assigned. Ensure the whole standards fullfilment. Execute the Protocols execution. Provide support and solutions to each need that our EPs would have. Support potential cases of quality if needed. Constant communication beetwen the National Project Manager and your LCP about the project progress. Approvals process. Support the OPS Execution. Ensure the right stage of every single opportunity on EXPA. Logistic Process to ensure the whole project.

Plus: The 3 best entities supporting the SENA project can promote their Members from being our Quality Coordinators (3 Spots available) ensuring an IXP experience, but the National Committee will be the final responsible to select them. Quality Coordinators would have paid their fly tickets, International Insurance, host and maintance allowance (918.00 COP per month).
Requirements 1. The local office have a “no balance due� with the national office. In case of having debts, it must present a payment agreement signed by his/her local vice president of finance and the national vice president of this area. 2. Each committee should nominate a local project manager in a pdf presentation (max 2 pages) showing: their main achievements in the entity, why is this person qualified for this position?, their plan career inside AIESEC and what skills he/she hopes to develop in the course of this project. 3. Write a responsibility letter in which the committee assumes any financial charge in case the EP has a bad experience for demonstrated negligence of the local Project Manager (Signed by the LCP).
