McConnell Golf is excited to offer a brand new fitness program to 11 of our clubs called Fitness on Demand. Fitness on Demand will offer 400 fitness videos our Members will be able to have access to from their personal device. From Zumba to Pilates there is something for everyone. Keep an eye out for more information coming soon!

Join us on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays for our Complimentary Fitness Classes. Each class is designed to get you on your feet and moving around to give you an excellent workout. Each class is customized and will certainly meet or even exceed your expectations.

A traditional triathlon is a multi-sport event involving the completion of three continuous and sequential endurance events. PCC is having a Triathlon Challenge. Swim 80 laps, Run/Walk 24 Miles, and Bike 112 Miles, the equivalent of a traditional Triathlon, yet at your own pace. Come join the fitness fun!
