GENERAL GUIDELINES

RESPONSIBILITIES OF MEMBERSHIP

It is the responsibility of each member to know the rules and procedures of the Club. The Golf House staff is ready to assist you should there be any questions.

THE SPIRIT OF THE GAME

Golf is played, for the most part, without the supervision of a referee or umpire. The game relies on the integrity of the individual to show consideration for other players and to abide by the rules of golf. All players should conduct themselves in a disciplined manner, demonstrating courtesy and sportsmanship at all times.

LADIES & GIRLS GOLF DRESS CODE

Acceptable: Sleeved or sleeveless collared or performance crew neck shirts, collared racerback or tapered back tops (must have collars and undergarments that do not show), hooded apparel (see Hooded Apparel Policy). Pants, pull-on pants with back pockets, skirts, skorts, shorts, and dresses must reach a minimum of mid-thigh in length.

Unacceptable: Non-hemmed shirts of any type, shirts that expose the midriff, athletic attire, hooded apparel that does not conform to the Club's Hooded Apparel Policy, opentoed shoes, golf sandals.

It is strongly recommended that golf shoes be changed in the ladies' locker room, not in the Club parking lot.

HOODED APPAREL POLICY

Hooded apparel is permitted to be worn in certain areas at the Club as indicated in this booklet, provided said apparel meets the following standards:

• Conservative and fashionable; complimentary of a country club atmosphere

• Brand, company, or Club logos must be conservative and discreet

• Are not composed of typical and/or industry-standardized sweatshirt material, and/or do not meet the aforementioned standards of 'conservative and fashionable'

• Are not bulky/oversized or contain team logos; numerals; letters; characters; symbols; holes; rips; tears or frays

• Whether an item of clothing is considered acceptable is at the discretion of the management

NO COVER UNDER COVER POLICY

Hats, visors, and hoods shall be removed within the interiors (including porches) of any Club facilities. The only exception would be a member sitting under an umbrella at the pool. When worn outside, hats and visors shall be worn “bill forward” at all times on Club property. Women are permitted to wear hats indoors when appropriate.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE POLICY

All electronic device usage must be brief, discreet, and respectful and not impede the enjoyment of the Club by other members.

Electronic devices are defined as cell phones, smart phones, tablets, earbuds, watches, laptops and similar devices.

• Phone calls or video conferences of any kind are prohibited on Club property except in private meeting rooms, locker rooms, restrooms, and inside personal vehicles

• Electronic devices, while discouraged, may be used for non-verbal activity (includes texting) throughout the Club, golf courses, and Practice Facilities on silent or vibrate mode only

• Laptop use is only permitted in the Board Room, the Magnolia Room, and the Tilly Room at Five Farms or the Maryland Room at Roland Park if the rooms are unoccupied and is not required to be brief. Tablet use is only permitted inside the Pool Complex, the Board Room, Magnolia Room, and Tilly Room at Five Farms and the Maryland Room at Roland Park if the rooms are unoccupied and is not required to be brief

• When devices are not in use, they must be kept out of view

• No pictures or videos of any kind are permitted to be taken in any restroom, changing area or locker room at any time. Photos or videos in the Fitness Center for use as part of a routine or work out are permitted only when the individual(s) being filmed or photographed have provided their permission. Any violation of this portion of the Electronic Device Policy will result in a formal disciplinary action, including the possibility of suspension or expulsion from membership

It is the member’s responsibility to monitor and regulate their guest’s and child/children’s electronic device usage in accordance with this policy. For your convenience, courtesy phones are located throughout the Club on both campuses and the Pool Complex.

A member or guest in violation of the Electronic Device Policy will be asked to comply immediately. A violation of the Electronic Device Policy above may result in a meeting with the Traditions and Membership Experience Committee and could result in a suspension or a fine of up to $500.

GOLF MUSIC POLICY

We want to offer a peaceful and relaxing environment for our members and guests to practice and play golf. The open and projected playing of music through speakers on the golf courses can be disruptive to others who are trying to focus on their game. Members and guests are permitted to listen to music individually through earbuds if desired.

Consequently, we reiterate that music speakers of any kind, including cell phone speakers, are not permitted on either golf course or at any of the Practice Facilities.

Lack of adherence to any golf policy may result in a meeting with the Golf Committee and could ultimately result in a suspension or fine.

USGA/R&A RULES OF GOLF

Baltimore Country Club is proud to be an Associate Member of the United States Golf Association since 1898. The USGA/R&A Rules of Golf apply at all times unless the Golf Committee posts a local rule. Only under extreme conditions will “preferred lies” be allowed. It is each member’s responsibility to become familiar with the USGA Rules of Golf.

LIGHTNING POLICY

It is widely known that golf courses are very susceptible to lightning strikes. When thunderstorms are approaching, the automated lightning detection system will sound an alarm, alerting golfers to seek shelter immediately. The staff will try to give walkers advance warning of storms in the area and offer to shuttle them back to the Golf House. Please do your part and take the warnings seriously! As soon as you hear the siren, the Club requires that you evacuate the courses immediately. The three-tone indicates “All Clear” and you may resume your round.

PROTECTION OF GOLF COURSES

Baltimore Country Club enjoys a fine reputation for the condition of both our East and West Courses. Certain course maintenance practices are the responsibility of each member and include the following:

• Fairway, rough, and teeing ground divots: Replace the divot when possible. Use sand/ seed mix when divot is not replaceable

• Repair ball mark damage to the green

• Rake bunkers and leave the rake outside the bunker parallel to the fairway

• Take relief from staked trees and shrubs

• Golf cars should follow GPS prompting

• Push carts must be at least 10 yards away from tees, greens, and bunkers

• Please observe signs and cart direction rails

• Avoid damaging the course when taking practice swings

• Five Farms is a non-metal spikes facility; BCC does not allow metal spikes at any time

PACE OF PLAY

All groups playing at Baltimore Country Club are expected to meet our 18-hole Pace of Play standards:

• For a foursome: 4 hours or less

• For a twosome: 3 hours, 15 minutes or less

The following Pace of Play recommendations are provided to help everyone meet these standards:

1st Tee Practices

• Meet your group at the tee five minutes before your tee time and encourage them to help you maintain the proper pace of play

• Do not commence your round until the group in front approaches the first green

• Mulligans are not encouraged

Be aware of where you are at all times relative to the group in front of you. In a four-hour round, you should achieve the following checkpoints on time:

The clock at each station represents your starting time. For example, if your group has an 8:00am starting time, when you reach each station, the clock should read 8:00am or earlier. If the clock reads later than your starting time, please make every effort to catch up and reach the next clock station on time. The goal is to increase awareness of your pace at key points along the course to help groups maintain an acceptable pace of play.

Best Practices to help with Pace of Play:

• A tee time is the time a group should be hitting the opening drives and not the time to arrive at the tee

• The USGA/R&A Rules and Baltimore Country Club strongly encourage a prompt pace of play and to employ “ready golf” for all games

• Keep up and in position with the group ahead on the course

• The USGA/R&A Rules allow three minutes to search for a lost ball

• Prepare to play your shot while others are playing their shots

• Play it forward! Play the appropriate tees and enjoy your round

• Invite faster groups to play through

• The USGA/R&A Rules permit putting with the flagstick in the hole to speed play

• Use the pace of play clocks provided at the designated areas to measure your pace, (clocks should read your tee time or earlier)

• Repair all ball marks and prepare to putt (read the putt, clean your golf ball, etc.) while others are putting

• Move quickly to the next tee and do not mark your scorecard on the putting green If a group plays at a slower pace than the standards mentioned above, the Golf Committee has directed the Golf Professional Staff to enforce the following:

1st Warning: Ask that the group improves pace and to put themselves back into position on the course.

2nd Warning: If the pace has not improved, the staff has authority to move the group into the proper position. This may include skipping a hole.

1st Violation: If the group fails to complete the 18-hole round in four hours, an e-mail will be sent reminding the members of the policy and the next violation, the members will be restricted from making tee times until after 3:00pm.

2nd Violation: The group of players will be restricted to making a tee time the following week only after 3:00pm.

GUEST PLAY

Baltimore Country Club and its golf courses are for the use of our members and invited and hosted guests of members. A golf member may have THREE guests at ONE time and no guest may play more than twice per month. It is the member’s responsibility to determine if their guest has already been a guest in the current month. The twice per month rule does not apply to any guest tournaments or events on the tournament schedule. All guests, including immediate family members who are non-golf members, must play in the company of a golf member and register as a guest at the Golf House/Tee Manager Station before beginning play—guest fees apply. Please refer to the general schedule and the tournament schedule when arranging to play with guests. Guests may play during the “Open Play” times on the general schedule. Please refer to the tournament schedule for guest play availability. Guest fees are posted annually in the Club’s Membership Fees booklet.

Exception: A member wishing to host between 4-11 guests must have prior approval from Director of Golf Greg Jones.

GOLF HOUSE SERVICES

The Golf House is the center of our golf activities. Each golf member, whether playing or using the Practice Facilities, must register in the Golf House.

Services include the following:

• A bag tag attached to your bag with your name

• Personal identification on your club shafts

• The Golf Staff will bring your bag to you from the bag storage area

• Your clubs will be cleaned after every use

Please note that Club rules prohibit storage of bags and/or clubs in the locker rooms. Contents of stored golf bags, including but not limited to clubs, shoes, gloves, balls, and rain gear are the responsibility of the member. The Club holds no liability for contents of stored golf bags.

Please refrain from leaving food in your golf bag as it can attract mice and other pests, leading to potential infestations. Keeping food and other perishable items out of your golf bag is essential to prevent attracting rodents and maintain the cleanliness of your golf equipment.

HANDICAP SERVICES

All rounds played between March 15 to November 30 are included in the computation of handicaps. Handicaps are updated daily. New participants in this service must have three (3) 18-hole scores which can be a combination of 9-hole scores, posted before an official handicap index can be provided. An official handicap index is required in order to participate in Club tournaments.

All scores posted for handicaps are to be adjusted according to the World Handicap System. This system sets a maximum score that can be posted on any hole. The maximum score is net double bogey is equal to par of the hole plus two strokes plus any handicap strokes the player receives on that hole. There is no limit to the number of holes in a round where a net double bogey adjustment can be applied. If you do not finish a hole, please

record the score that you most likely would have had with the maximum not exceeding net double bogey.

WHEN TO POST A SCORE

As a general rule, you should post all scores no matter where you play. There are conditions that must be met in order to be acceptable. Listed are rules to follow in specific cases:

• Post a score if you play 9 or 18-holes. The handicap system will automatically record, store, and combine 9-hole scores

• If 14 or more holes are played, the player must post an 18-hole score. If 7 to 13 holes are played, the player must post a 9-hole score. On the holes not played, record par plus any handicap strokes you would have received

• When you pick up on a hole, record down the score you most likely would have made. If this score is higher than net double bogey (maximum score allowed under the World Handicap System), adjust your score to this maximum

• Scores in both match play and stroke play must be posted for handicap purposes

• Scores should be posted the day the round is played by midnight

Members have the ability to post their scores either at the Club’s handicap terminals or through the GHIN app. For additional information contact the Golf House staff. More information on score posting can be found at www.usga.org/handicapping

WHEN NOT TO POST A SCORE

The following guidelines provide the current standards:

• Playing alone and necessary peer review: to further support the key system premise of peer review, scores made while playing alone are not acceptable for handicap purposes

• When fewer than seven holes are played

• When playing on a golf course in an area in which an inactive season established by the authorized golf association is in effect

• When a majority of the holes are not played in accordance with the principles of the Rules of Golf (i.e., anchoring)

• When as a condition of the competition, the maximum number of clubs allowed is less than 14, or types of clubs are limited e.g. in a competition that allows only iron clubs

• When scores are made on a course with no USGA Course or Slope Rating

• When a player carries or uses non-conforming clubs or non-conforming balls

• When playing a format where you do not play your own ball for each shot (Foursome, Alternate Shot, Scramble, etc.)

When these non-postable rounds are played, we ask that you fill your name on the daily clipboard located at the Golf House counter or the Locker Room posting stations.

MONITORING PROCESS

• CAP PATROL, authorized by the Handicap/Golf Committee, will reconcile daily rounds played and scores posted

• Members who have not posted an acceptable score within two days of when the round was played, will receive a an e-mail reminding the member to post their score

• If the member fails to post the acceptable score within five days of that reminder e-mail, a penalty score equal to the the lowest/highest differential of that member's handicap record will be posted to the player's scoring record

• Members may request in writing the removal of the penalty score and posting of the actual score. Modification requests will be reviewed by the Golf Staff and Handicap Chair

• Approved corrections will take place as soon as possible

• If noncompliance continues, a formal letter will be mailed from the Handicap Chair or Golf Committee

If noncompliance persists, the Handicap Chair or Golf Committee may take several steps to ensure the integrity of the handicap issued for each golf member of BCC. This may include withdrawing the handicap altogether, which would prohibit the golf member from participating in handicapped tournaments and events.

GOLF HOUSE MERCHANDISE

Our goal is to offer you and your guests the latest in golf apparel, equipment, and accessories at competitive prices. If you cannot find what you need or want, please let the Golf House staff know and they will make every effort to accommodate you.

LOCKER ROOMS

A limited number of lockers become available on an annual basis and can be arranged through the Club’s administrative office. The additional fee for this service is billed annually. Members are strongly encouraged to safeguard items stored in lockers. All items are the member’s responsibility and in the event of loss, should be covered by most homeowner’s insurance.

GOLF INSTRUCTION

The staff is eager to help you improve your golf game with private lessons, short game lessons, clinics, and professional club fitting. Please visit the BCC website or mobile app to learn more about instructional opportunities throughout the season or to book a lesson or club fitting.

PRACTICE FACILITIES

Our Practice Range offers two ends to hit balls. The Golf Committee requests that extended practice take place at the far end of the Practice Range on the larger teeing area. The front tee closest to the Golf House is intended for pre-round warm-up only.

Other practice areas include a chipping green, two practice putting greens (putting only), a practice bunker, and The Loft (which consists of two golf simulators and an instructional room). The Practice Range hours of operation are as follows:

HOLE IN ONE CLUB (IN SEASON ONLY)

In the event of a Hole in One by a Full Season or Partial Season Golf member of the Club, one complimentary beverage will be available for patrons in the dining areas of the clubhouse. This extends over a period of three hours following the conclusion of the round by the person who made the Hole in One. The celebration is limited to the day of the Hole in One unless otherwise determined by the Club.

To honor their great achievement, the member will receive a shadow box commemorating the Hole in One and a $200 credit in the Golf Shop. All Full and Partial Season Golf members will be charged $2 for each hole in one throughout the year. Any surplus of funds at the end of the year will be donated to the Club’s Caddie Program and/or Junior Golf Program.

GOLF CARTS & PUSH CARTS

Carts are arranged through the Golf House and charged to the member’s account. Please observe cart usage signs and use cart paths where available. Individuals without a driver’s license are not permitted to operate a golf cart. Push carts will be available upon request for both the East and West courses.

CADDIE PROGRAM

Baltimore Country Club promotes the use of caddies to honor the origins of the game. Listed below are the rates for our four caddie levels. We hope you will help support BCC's Take a Caddie, Change a Life Program and the WGA Evans Scholars Foundation.

STARTING TIMES

The use of starting times enables the staff to run Golf Operations in an organized and efficient manner. Although starting times are not mandatory, they are encouraged. In order to secure a weekday or weekend afternoon starting time, you may stop by or call the Golf House up to one week in advance, or by accessing the online tee time system through the Club website. Weekend and holiday starting times are completed by a lottery system. Requests may be made one week in advance in-person, by calling the Golf House, or the website. The request must be submitted by 5:00pm Wednesday. Starting times for the upcoming weekend can be confirmed by calling the Golf House on Thursday morning. You will receive confirmation via email stating your tee time for the upcoming weekend.

Three names of a foursome are required to avoid duplicate reservations. Advance starting times are required when playing with guests. The Golf Committee discourages play in twosomes before 2:00pm on weekends and holidays. Our staff will assist with pairings.

GENERAL TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE FOR 2023

Each year the Golf Committee prepares a schedule of events for the golf season. The general schedule outlines weekly activities for each course. The tournament schedule shows all Club tournaments and special events by month.

GENERAL SCHEDULE

The General Schedule is in effect from April 1 through October 31. This weekly guide is subject to, and modified by, the Tournament Committee. The purpose of this schedule is to advise of play restrictions such as guest play and course closures.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

The tournament schedule offers a variety of events for members who enjoy competition. Some of our tournaments have a long history, dating back to the early 20th century. All past champions are recognized on the boards in the 1898 Grille at Roland Park and outside the locker rooms at Five Farms.

In order to participate in Club tournaments, you must be a Season golfer with an established handicap. All tournaments are played using current handicaps regardless of the duration of the tournament. The Golf Committee reserves the right to adjust the handicap of those participating in Club tournaments. You may sign up for a tournament when the notice relating to a specific event is open for registration.

LADIES GOLF ASSOCIATION (LGA)

Membership is open to all BCC female golf members with Season golf privileges. We welcome female golfers of all skill levels. There is no handicap requirement to join.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Ladies’ Golf Association (LGA) is to create, promote and oversee playing, instructional, and social opportunities for all BCC female golf members.

COMMITTEE ROLE

The role of the LGA Committee is to provide vision for and work with all organized ladies’ golf groups and events, and in accordance with the mission statement and the USGA/ R&A Rules of Golf, to encourage participation and friendly competition at all playdays, tournaments and events for female golfers of all levels.

LGA TWILIGHT

BCC’s LGA Twilight Golf League is played on Thursday evenings and is a season-long competition and social event. All female season golf members are welcome and do not need to be a member of the 9 or 18-Hole group. All participants will be billed at the beginning of the season.

Each night will be flighted by handicap and the number of flights will be based on the number of participants, up to three flights. Points will be awarded low gross and net winners depending on participation, as well as low putts per flight. Your points will turn into Golf Shop credit after the closing night on September 28.

BCC’s Couples 9 & Dine is played on a mixture of Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. It is a fun format of golf with two couples paired to compete and is followed by a buffet dinner and awards. The group will be flighted, depending on participation. Sign up with another couple or be paired by the Golf House.

MISSION STATEMENT

The objective of the LGA 9-Hole is to encourage friendly competition in golf among its members, in accordance with the USGA/R&A Rules of Golf. The group conducts weekly events and other tournaments, including Interclub events.

LGA 9-HOLE PAST CLUB CHAMPIONS

GUIDELINES

WEEKLY PLAY

All LGA 9-Hole play is to be from the West Course IV tees and the East Course V tees for 2023. Registration is available online or through the Golf House. You may sign up to play each week, or as your schedule permits. If you choose not to play on the course assigned to the LGA 9-Hole group, you may arrange your own tee time on the available course.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

The event will be official, provided the course is declared open to carts, 30% of participants have teed-off by 10:30am, and participants finish nine holes.

POINTS AND WEEKLY SCORING

Participation in the LGA 9-Hole gives members the opportunity to earn points throughout the season. At the conclusion of the season, members with ten or more points will have points converted to Golf Shop credit.

Immediately following weekly play players must:

1. Record their ringer scores into the ringer binder located in the Golf House

2. Turn the scorecards into the Golf Professional

The Golf Professional collects all scorecards and score sheets to tabulate the week’s results and award points to players in all groups based on the following:

Low Gross 5 points

Low Net 5 points

2nd Low Net 4 points

3rd Low Net 3 points

Low Putts 1 point

Super Seniors: Members ages 75+, whose handicap places them in the C Group, may play regular weekly stroke play on the designated course from the V tees. Those playing from the V tees on the West are eligible for net points only.

To be eligible, players must have an established USGA handicap and must hole out.

• In the event of a tie, each player receives points

• Ladies without a handicap will receive one point for attendance

• Any player who “picks up” will receive one point for attendance

• Players on the non-designated course will receive one point for attendance

FIRST TUESDAYS

To promote camaraderie and provide an opportunity to be together as a group, the first Tuesday of each month is set aside for a shotgun start with groupings and golf format organized by the Golf House. Lunch follows play.

TOURNAMENTS

Major tournaments are open to all Season Golf members with established and current USGA handicaps. Players must register in advance for all tournaments. Please do not register to play in the tournaments if you cannot play all the days of the event. Season

Golfers, who are not LGA 9-Hole members will be charged an entry fee to participate in tournaments. Scores must be posted to receive points.

You do not have to play in the medalist event to participate in the tournament. You will be seeded by handicap after the medalist has been established.

DOUBLE NINERS

Members have the opportunity to play 18-holes of golf on Tuesday mornings and receive points for the first nine played on the designated course. Players should check with the staff regarding the availability of holes #1 or #10 at the turn. All scorecards from the first nine holes must be turned in by 1:00pm according to “Points and Weekly Scoring” to qualify for the day’s points. No points are awarded for the second nine holes.

9-HOLE INTERCLUB

9-Hole Interclub is open to active members of the LGA 9-Hole with a current home handicap of 30 or below for 9 holes. Interclub is a great opportunity to play other courses, improve skills, learn the rules of golf, and make new acquaintances, all while representing Baltimore Country Club. Contact the Interclub Committee for uniform information. Sign-up sheets are located in the Ladies’ Locker Room.

The top point earner will represent BCC in the annual Tournament of Champions at the end of the season. Ladies will receive one participation point for every Friday Interclub match attended and it will be added to the LGA 9-Hole points received at the closing luncheon.

GUIDELINES

RESPONSIBILITY OF PLAYERS

Know and adhere to the Rules of Golf, local rules, and all conditions under which a competition is being played. Players must sign up in advance for all tournaments. Please do not enter a tournament if you cannot finish play.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

All play dates and tournaments will be played unless the course is declared unplayable. If any players tee off (using carts or walking) by 10:00am, and finish playing 18 holes, the event will be official. Points will be given and scores must be attested. Attendance points will be given at the discretion of the committee. Rain dates will be designated for each individual tournament.

MAJOR TOURNAMENTS

All Season Golf Members, who are not LGA 18-Hole members, may participate in 18Hole tournaments but will be charged a participation fee. Participation is complimentary for LGA 18-Hole Members. You do not have to play in the Medalist Tournament to participate in the tournament. Once the Medalist has been determined, the rest of the field will be seeded by handicap. In the case of a tie, sudden victory playoff will occur. Handicap limits for all major tournaments will be 32, with the exception of the Senior Tournament and Member-Guest. All gross tournament play must be from the IV tees.

TOURNAMENT RAIN DATE SCHEDULE SPRING HANDICAP

In the event that play is cancelled, the rain date will take place the following week. In the event that the rain date is canceled, the Golf House will determine the next available date. Any player not able to comply will need to forfeit.

PRESIDENT’S CUP

If the qualifying round is cancelled, the rain date will be the date of the first round. The first round then moves to the second round date, and the second round moves to the date of the final round. The final round can be scheduled with the Golf House during regular playing hours and must be played by the Friday of the following week. Any player not able to comply will need to forfeit.

EAST-WEST

In the event the first round of play is cancelled, the rain date will be the second round of play. The second round will be played on the next stroke play date. If the second round is cancelled on the rain date, tee times can be arranged with the Golf House for that Friday. Any player not able to comply will need to forfeit.

CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

Any member of the LGA may play in the Club Championship Tournament. A player may either qualify for the championship flight by becoming the medalist or be flighted by handicap. In addition, a full season golfer who is not a member of the LGA 18-Hole may play in the Club Championship by paying an entry fee. The defending Club Champion receives the #1 seed, the winner of the Medalist receives the #2 seed, and all others will be flighted by handicap. If the defending Club Champion chooses to play in the Medalist tournament, she forfeits her right to the #1 seed and the #1 seed then becomes the winner of the Medalist. Members do not have to play in the Medalist event to participate in the tournament. Participants will be seeded by handicap after the medalist has been established. The Championship flight shall contain eight seeds by ladies who wish to play in the Championship flight. They shall by filled in handicap order, by any ladies with a current handicap index of 15.9 or less. A golfer with a handicap index of 15.9 or less may not choose to play in a subsequent flight unless the championship flight is fully subscribed.

Completed scorecards must be turned in to the Golf Professional who will then post your scores to GHIN. In case of ties, each player will receive points. Generally awarded on the following basis; to be adjusted on participation:

• Points may be awarded differently in cases of team or alternate format events. Points formats will be known prior to play

• Attendance points only will be awarded to players who choose to play the nondesignated course or who choose not to follow the format of play

• In the event of inclement weather, attendance points will be given at the discretion of the committee

• Those playing from IV/V combo tees or the V tees on either course will not be eligible for low gross points but will receive points for low net. To be eligible for gross points, you must play from the IV tees on either course

• Members who have accumulated 10 or more points are awarded in Golf House credit at the end of the golf season

• Participants in these major tournaments receive the following points for each tournament scores must be posted to receive points. Withdrawals and no cards will be ineligible.

REMINDER

Members may host up to three foursomes (11 guests) any day of the week with the approval of the Director of Golf.

NON-DISCRIMINATORY TEE TIME POLICY

Tuesday - one 18-hole course will be available for the LGA 9-Hole to play from 7:30am-10:30am; some tee times may be available on that particular course from 7:30am-10:30am for non LGA 9-Hole members and guests. The other course is available for any members and/or guests.

Wednesday - one 18-hole course will be available for the LGA 18-Hole from 7:30am-10:30am; some tee times may be available on that particular course from 7:30am-10:30am for non LGA 18-Hole members and guests. The other course is available for any members and/or guests.

Thursday and Friday - open play available all day on both courses

Saturday, Sunday, & Holiday Mondays - ladies and gentlemen are allowed to play on either course at any time of the day. The Club will be conducting a weekly tee time "draw" on Wednesday night for our weekend and holiday Monday tee times. The "draw" is nondiscriminatory to male or female members and is done for the purpose of providing all members with a tee time that is as close to requested time as possible.

FOOTNOTE: PROCEDURE FOR MAKING GOLF TEE TIMES

Tee times may be made up to seven days in advance on the Club website or mobile app, by phone, or in-person. A member may reserve two tee times for him/her and other members or guests.
