From Therapeutic Yoga Instructor Rebecca Printen The most effective way to start a new habit is to replace an old one, so try using yoga as a stand in for one you would like to quit. Rather than “doom scrolling” first thing in the morning, try a 10-minute easy yoga routine. Studies show daily or even weekly yoga sessions boost mood and ease mental stress. If you are like most people who are feeling stressed right now, try this new habit. It will help support you in the upcoming winter months.
