However, as time went along, technical tools became smaller, easier to carry, even in bags, as daily life went from one place to another at full speed. As a result, the HP Chromebox arrives now as one of the newest and most functional machines for the modern citizen. This new product is, in conventional terms, a miniature computer, a little smaller than the old discman. Indeed, its size is what makes distinguishes it, that that is a gigantic innovation in the business world. This is a result of the computer working as a desk, replacing the old filing cabinet, expanding at least ten times the free space in an office, and reducing the dirt generated by many electric devices. a UNESCO declaró Patrimonio de la Humanidad al Qhapaq Ñan. Este sistema vial andino, herencia territorial de la cultura inca fue reconocido en la categoría Itinerario Cultural. El Camino Inca atraviesa las provincias de Catamarca, Jujuy, La Rioja, Mendoza, San Juan, Salta y Tucumán; y seis países, Argentina, Perú, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia y Ecuador. Para la postulación internacional, se unieron por primera vez seis países que desde hace más de diez años trabajan en conjunto en un proceso original y de innovadora cooperación regional. El reconocimiento abarca tramos de caminería y los sitios arqueológicos salteños de Santa Rosa de Tastil, Potrero de Payogasta, Los Graneros de La Poma y el Complejo Ceremonial Volcán Llullaillaco. “Este reconocimiento es fundamental porque pone en valor lo que puede lograr la comunión de voluntades, aún cuando los intereses son de países y gobiernos diferentes. La UNESCO reconoció este tesoro, como la herencia de nuestros orígenes y eso debe hacernos reflexionar y encarar un trabajo común que ampare la riqueza de este legado cultural que hoy tiene relieve a nivel mundial”, indicó el gobernador Juan Manuel Urtubey. La vía principal tiene unos 6.000 km de sur a norte, paralelamente a la costa del océano Pacífico, unido a tramos transversales incluso hasta las selvas y al Gran Chaco en Argentina y Bolivia. Toda la red en la costa, la sierra y la selva totalizaba una extensión de 30.000 km.

NESCO declared Quapaq Ñan a World Heritage. This Andean road sysem, a territorial inheritance of the Incan culture was recognized in the category of Cultural Itinerary. The Inca Road goes through the provinces of Catamarca, Jujuy, La Rioja, Mendoza, San Juan, Salta and Tucumán, six countries: Argentina, Perú, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador. For the international postulation, for the first time six countries joined together ten years ago and worked together in an original process of regional cooperation. The recognition included the weaving together of archeological sites in Salta from Santa Rosa de Tastil, Potrero de Payogasta, Los Graneros de La Poma and the Ceremonial complex of the Llullaillaco Volcano. “This recognition is basic because it places a value on what can be achieved by voluntary efforts, even when the interests of countries and governments are different. UNESCO recognized this treasure as an inheritance of our origins and that we must consider carefully and face the common work that will protect the richness of this cultural heritage that has come to be recognized on a worldwide level,” said Governor Juan Manuel Utrubey. The main road is some 6,000 kilometers long from south to north, paralleling the coast of the Pacific Ocean, and unites the forest and the Gran Chaco in Argentina and

Nunca antes La iniciativa de los seis países se convirtió en un compromiso sin precedentes a nivel mundial ya que nunca antes un grupo de naciones había presentado ante la UNESCO un expediente conjunto con un patrimonio compartido, con la disposición de trabajar juntas por esa riqueza. En los discursos previos a la aprobación de la declaratoria los delegados de los diferentes países felicitaron a los seis que comparten la iniciativa por el esfuerzo conjunto y porque el proyecto es inspirador. La idea de consolidar la ruta se puso en marcha en 2002 con una instancia de integración de los seis países sudamericanos, con el objetivo principal de investigar, reconocer el valor patrimonial y conservar el Qhapaq Ñan con el trabajo conjunto de los Estados nacionales, provinciales y las comunidades locales. Qhapaq Ñan significa “camino (ñan) principal (qhapaq)” en lengua quechua y como alcanzó su máxima extensión en la etapa incaica es frecuente que se lo mencione como Camino del Inca. Sin embargo, muchos de sus tramos son anteriores y su historia comenzó hace siglos.
En territorio salteño En Salta el subtramo Santa Rosa de Tastil - Potrero de Payogasta - Los Graneros de La Poma, tiene una extensión de 51 kilómetros y atraviesa zonas de montaña. El comienzo del camino andino es el sitio arqueológico de Santa Rosa de Tastil ubicado en la Quebrada del Toro y culmina en la

Bolivia. It forms a network on the coast, in the mountains, and in forest that totals some 30,000 kilometers.
Never before The initiative of the six countries became a commitment without precedent on a world level since never before had a group of nations made a presentation before UNESCO a joint force related to a shared heritage with the purpose of working together for this cultural heritage. In talks previous to the approval of the declaration, delegates from the different countries congratulated the six for sharing the initiative for the joint effort and for the inspirational nature of the project. The idea of consolidating the route began in 2002 with a meeting of the six South American countries with the main objective of researching, recognizing the value of the heritage, and preserving the Qhapaq Ñan with the joint work of the national states, provinces and local communities. Qhapaq Ñan means “principal” (qhapaq) “road” (Ñan) in the Quechua language and as it reached its maximum extension in the Inca phase it is frequently referred to as the Inca Road. Nevertheless, many of its sections are earlier and its history began many centuries ago.

En la sección Complejo Ceremonial del Volcán Llullaillaco (7,5 kilómetros) empieza en la base del “Apu” Volcán Llullaillaco en un tambo, sitio arqueológico incaico, y sube hacia la cumbre pasando por otros sitios hasta llegar al final al adoratorio de altura donde se descubrieron los Niños del Llullaillaco sacrificados en el marco del ritual de la Capacocha. El gobernador Urtubey declaró de interés provincial el proyecto Qhapaq Ñan en 2013 y en el mismo año se inauguró la sala que lleva ese nombre en el Museo de Arqueología de Alta Montaña, única de la Argentina dedicada a mostrar tramos y aspectos relevantes relacionados con la caminería vial andina en esta provincia. El equipo técnico del programa Qhapaq Ñan Salta recorre las localidades vinculadas a los caminos andinos seleccionados por el programa para registrar los aspectos de la cultura local y organizar la participación comunitaria. Se han generado Unidades de Gestión Locales, que tienen como objeto crear un espacio de trabajo entre el Estado y la sociedad local para tomar decisiones consensuadas y para la formulación e implementación del plan gestión y conservación de los tramos de caminos y sitios arqueológicos asociados del Qhapaq Ñan. En la actualidad ya existe la Unidad de Santa Rosa de Tastil, Potrero de Payogasta y Tolar Grande.

Potrero de Payogasta - Los Graneros de La Poma, are an extension of 51 kilometers and crosses through the mountains. The beginning of the Andean highway is the archeological site of Santa Rosa de Tastil located in the Quebrada del Toro and finishing in the community of Potrero de Payogasta with the archeological site in the Calchaquí Valley. There is also the complementary subsection that is 11 kms long and links to Potrero de Payogasta and Los Graneros de La Poma. In the highway section at the Ceremonial Complex of the Llullaillaco Volcano (7.5 kilometers) begins the base of the “Apu” Llullaillaco Volcano, at a wayside inn, an Inca archeological site, and rising toward the summit while passing other sites until finally arriving at the ancient temple where they discovered the “Children of Llullaillaco” that had been sacrificed in the ritual of “la Capacocha.” Governor Urtubey officially declared of provincial interest the Qhapaq Ñan Project in 2013 and in the same year he opened the hall that carries that name in the Archeological Museum of High Mountain, unique to Argentina and dedicated to showing relevant elements that were related to the road project in this province. l auge de la bicicleta en Buenos Aires alcanzó una magnitud que sorprende. Gracias al desarrollo de las bicisendas, son muchos los que desde hace un tiempo eligen este medio de transporte económico y ecológico, para ir de su casa al trabajo o facultad, y como deporte, permitiendo además disfrutar de los paisajes que la capital argentina ofrece en cada barrio. Sin dudas, es una forma maravillosa y novedosa de recorrerla.
Los clásicos Desde siempre Palermo ha sido el lugar ideal para “andar en bici” por excelencia. Este enorme complejo de parques conforma una de las atracciones más valoradas de la ciudad, y ofrece una extensa red de bicisendas que bordean lagos artificiales, bosques centenarios con decenas de áreas verdes para reposar después de pedalear. Las pintorescas y adoquinadas calles del antiguo barrio de San Telmo se presentan como un viaje al pasado, una verdadera pedaleada histórica. En el barrio abundan los locales de anticuarios, restaurantes de las más variadas cocinas, museos y hasta restaurantes y museos. Además, en la plaza Dorrego los sábados y domingos se realiza el Mercado de Pulgas, en donde se puede hacer una parada para curiosear, y tal vez, llevarse un recuerdo.

Without any doubt it is great and something new to do to get around.
The classics Palermo has always been an ideal place to “ride a bicycle”. Its enormous complex of parks make it one of the most valuable attractions of the city and offers and extensive network of bike paths that border artificial lakes, century-old woods with dozens of green areas to rest after pedaling. The picturesque and cobbled streets of old San Telmo are like a trip into the past, a true bicyling historical trail. The neighborhood abounds in antique stores, varied restaurants with many kinds of cuisines, museums, and more. In addition, Plaza Dorrego on Saturdays and Sundays has flea markets where you can wander around and see what’s available, and even pick up a souvenir.
