l nuevo producto que ya se sirve en los locales de Japón viene en dos versiones, la Kuro Pearl y Kuro Diamond. La primera es una hamburguesa condimentada con pimienta negra, queso, pan y salsa Chaliapin (cebolla y soja) infusionada con tinta de calamar; y la segunda lleva tomate, lechuga, queso negro, pan negro y salsa negra, aderezado con mayonesa, eso sí la carne no cambia su color. La hamburguesa, además, viene acompañada por una salsa especial también negra y servilletas haciendo juego. El color negro de sus panes está dado por el carbón vegetal de bambú. No es la primera vez que la cadena de comida rápida saca al mercado una hamburguesa negra. Hace un par de años, La Kuro Premium en la que sólo el pan era el que parecía quemado, tuvo una buena recepción por parte de los comensales japoneses. En 2012, su competencia Mc Donalds introdujo en el mercado chino hamburguesas negras y blancas simbolizando el bien y el mal (o Ying y Yang). Según la cadena de alimentos rápidos a los clientes japoneses les gusta mucho el color y el sabor de este extraño producto por lo que decidieron agregar las rebanadas de queso negro y la salsa negra. El producto ya está disponible en los locales de Japón (y estará allí hasta noviembre) con un valor de 4.39 dólares la Kuro Pearl y la versión Diamond, que viene con gaseosa grande y papas fritas, cuesta 6.31 dólares.

Kuro Diamond. The first is a hamburger with cheese, bread, and black sauce and the second has tomato, lettuce, black cheese, bread, and black sauce. The hamburger comes with a special black sauce and napkins. The black color of the bread and of some of the ingredients is provided by the black ink of the squid and black charcoal. This is not the first time that the fast food chain has brought a black hamburger to market, it had a good reception from Japanese patrons. In 2012, their competitor, McDonalds, introduced into the Chinese market black and white hamburgers symbolizing good and evil. According to the company, Japanese customers very much like the color and flavor of this unusual product and the company decided to add the slice of black cheese. The product will be available on the japanese market beginning on September 19 (and will remain until november) and will cost U$S 4.39 for the Kuro Pearl and the Diamond, with extra large fries and Coke) will cost U$S 6.31.

uenos Aires es la cuna de Jorge Bergoglio, el Papa Francisco, y por lo tanto, lugar privilegiado y único para conectar con su vida y obra. Sin embargo, también hay experiencias destinadas a otras religiones, tales como el judaísmo y el islam.

The Papal circuit The point of departure is the Basilica of San José de Flores and the tour and the explanations of the guide are not limited only to the life and work of the Pope. espués de una larga espera, durante las vacaciones de invierno de este año los turistas pudieron disfrutar de la nueva atracción de Península Valdés, el Yellow Submarine. Se trata de la primera embarcación del mundo semi submarina diseñada especialmente para avistar ballenas francas y lobos marinos de un pelo. El buque hizo su salida inaugural el pasado 19 de julio, y fue diseñado y construido por el astillero naval Federico Contessi de Mar del Plata, inspirándose en embarcaciones utilizadas en el Caribe, el Mar Rojo y en la Barrera de Coral de Australia. Esta especial nave está construida en acero naval, mide aproximadamente 15 metros y tiene una capacidad máxima de 50 personas entre pasajeros, tripulación y el guía bilingüe, que durante los 90 minutos que dura la excursión explica el comportamiento y las costumbres de los animales y responde a las consultas de los pasajeros. Héctor “Tiño” Resnik, propietario de la embarcación, contó que la idea surgió hace más de veinte años, cuando trabajaba para una empresa de avistaje en Puerto Pirámides y todavía estaba permitido bucear con las ballenas.

But, what are microwaves? The oven emits high frequency waves that penetrate foods, causing a collision of its molecules and producing heat. Food cooks from the inside and not from outside, as happens when cooking with flame, and given that the inside temperature never goes higher than 100 degrees, there is no burning. Only some molecules, like those of water, fats, or sugars respond this way, but there are other molecules that do not respond. This makes it possible to heat food in the microwave oven without the container heating at the same time. But what are microwaves? They are nothing more than electromagnetic waves that are like visible light, radio waves, and x-ray. What makes the difference are the distinct frequencies and length of the wave.
