Although most councillors are still skeptical, they voted yesterday to move forward with the second phase of the stadium project. A $275,000 analysis will be delivered back to council by December to establish a price tag, location and design for a stadium. It’s at that point council will decide whether to go ahead with construction. “We have to decide if now is the time to jump off the wagon, and I don’t think it is,” said Coun.
