Calgary police seek kidnapper Investigation

The Calgary Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating a man believed to be connected to an alleged kidnapping that occurred early Saturday morning. At approximately 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, police responded to a call from a man who reported that he had been tied up and held at gunpoint earlier that morning. The victim managed to escape in a vehicle but believed he was being followed by his kidnappers. Officers were able to locate the victim and the Guns and Gangs Unit began an investigation that led to one individual being taken into custody and warrants being issued for another. The kidnapping is not believed to be random. Police have issued warrants for Ahmad Feraidoon Safari, 19, of Calgary. Safari is described as an Arabic male, 5’8” in

Police are also looking for a 2011 grey Toyota Rav4 with the licence plate BSD 7715.
