Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package. The instructions usually involves bringing water to a boil and then covering the rice in a pot and letting it simmer for about ten minutes. To simmer, lower the heat to very low to warm, and let it cook till the water is fully evaporated and the rice is cooked. Mix everything together and continue stirring. • Then after combining them, cover the skillet. Let the vegetables and shrimp steam and cook. This way, the vegetables are cooked without burning the shrimp. • Scoop the rice into a large serving platter. Make sure that the serving platter is large enough to hold the shrimps and vegetables. • Serve the shrimp and vegetables over the rice.
