WELCOME TO THE TEAM Brandon Lynch AVP, Enterprise Platform Services For the past 10 years, Brandon was an integral leadership role within Cigna's Enterprise Client Computing (ECC) organization. During his time at Cigna, he oversaw architecture, strategy and innovation, as well as endpoint centric services in addition to other responsibilities. Within the Infrastructure & Architecture organization at BTS, Brandon will be leading Enterprise Platform Services which includes Windows, Storage, Unix, and Directory Services.

Demetrius Eleftheriou Senior Director, Infrastructure Business Services For the last 6 ½ years, Demetrius led the Global Desktop Support and Print Management organizations at Cigna . He was responsible for support of all user devices and print services in addition to the unification and strategic direction of Desktop Support Services. Demetrius will lead the Strategy and Programs group within the Infrastructure & Architecture organization at BTS looking at asset management, project services as well as change management.

Ben Weiner Senior Director, Enterprise End User Services Ben may be a familiar face to some at Berkley. He joined Berkley in 2014 leading the operations team responsible for data center and service desk at Admiral Insurance. Prior, he led teams and held various roles within other companies in insurance, advertising, and law. Ben will oversee and lead the End User Services team at BTS focusing on the user experience related to end point technology and collaboration tools.

A: I love helping end users and others, getting to fix computers, and learning new things everyday Q: If you were shipwrecked on a desert island but had all essentials. What other two items would you take with you? A: One, is not an item, but my dog Mika we already go everywhere together, and two, a radio with solar panel to play my 80's music. If I'm shipwrecked, I might as well have a good time!

ENGAGE YOUR AUDIENCE WITH POLLS THROUGH SLIDO (APP) Slido is an application integrated with Webex - as a meeting host, you have the ability to open and use Slido during a meeting by clicking Apps located in the bottom right of any Webex Meeting To create a poll before a meeting, go to www.slido.com and click Log in with Webex and type in your Berkley email address From your Slido dashboard, you can click New Slido in the upper right to create new polls for upcoming meetings and webinars
