The same applies to voice calls originating from people pretending to be a Berkley colleague. If you don’t recognize the voice of the caller or something seems ‘off’, follow the starred above If you get a text from a colleague asking if you "are available?" or asking for you to only "text them", before responding, reach out to the sender directly to check if this is legitimate. Be sure to reach out to them via a secure and confirmed channel, like WebEx, Teams, or their WRB email address. DO NOT reply to the text or use any contact information provided in the text - attackers often provide fake numbers or email addresses that they control. FOLDER
In the desired Space, click Content and then select + Folder from Microsoft
A Webex pop-up will appear with a general overview, click Continue
You will be prompted to select a folder to link to the Space
Once you've found the folder, check the folder and click Select in the lower right corner
It is recommended to uncheck default file location box (see image)
If the box remains checked, all files shared in the Space will be uploaded to the linked folder - this can potentially cause confusion and duplicate files
Click within the box to be directed to Webex resources
