Health Status Indicator Did you know that you can quickly check if there are issues impacting your meeting experience with the icon in the top right of the Webex application? Hovering over the indicator will provide a button for impact information.
Speaker Labeling and CC Update Speaker labels have been added in the closed captioning box for enhanced live script readability.

New Virtual Backgrounds
Optimize for All Voices
Now with animated options
In meetings, webinars, and events, you can filter all background noises and enhance ALL voices picked up by the microphone regardless of how far you are.
Now available, Webex has updated its default library of virtual backgrounds including animated options.
INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY WITH
MICROSOFT ONEDRIVE Sharing and collaborating on files has never been easier. In order to use OneDrive, your files must be synced the secondary icons note whether or not files are ready for sharing
What do the OneDrive icons mean? Files designated "Always keep on this device" have this symbol. These files are always available on your device even when you're offline.
This symbol means that a file or folder cannot be synced to OneDrive. Click on the icon to learn more about the problem. Oftentimes an easy trick is to make sure OneDrive is connected!
A OneDrive icon with circular arrows signify that syncing is in progress. This includes uploading files, or when OneDrive is syncing new files from the cloud to your PC.
A grayed-out OneDrive icon means either you are not signed in, or OneDrive set-up is not complete. Find the OneDrive cloud icon in the lower right corner to sign-in and start syncing.

Tired of sharing files via email and losing track of which version to use?
Make sure your file is saved to OneDrive OR SharePoint, select Share (located in the upper right of any Microsoft Office product)
When the information box opens, enter the name or email address of those you want to share with and/or change file permissions with the drop-down. Click Share to finish! Tip: access your OneDrive files anytime, anywhere from office.com.

Want to quickly save attachments in your Outlook to OneDrive?
Click the dropdown located to the right of any attachment, and select Upload or Upload All Attachments
Each file indicate file save is successful with the OneDrive icon and "Saved"
Welcoming Kay Sarathy SVP, Insurance Applications Kay recently joined BTS overseeing our insurance applications in addition to leading the Underwriting Modernization project. Kay joined Berkley in 2008 as a start-up member of the BerkleyNet team. Prior to that, she led digital transformation initiatives with Ford, IBM Consulting, and Wyndham in various roles. She then went on to build and lead the Bamtech, alternative markets segment IT team, and has been in that role for the past 3 years. Please join us in welcoming Kay to BTS !
