Energia, è questa la parola a cui dedichiamo la stagione invernale Movimënt 2019/20. È stato un autunno particolare quello che ci ha appena lasciati. Da un ottobre soleggiato e con temperature gradevoli, si è passati in poco tempo a un novembre piovoso e soprattutto nevoso. A metà novembre abbiamo potuto misurare più di mezzo metro di neve a valle e circa un metro e mezzo a monte. Tanta neve morbida, soffice da vivere al massimo con gli sci ai piedi. La neve ha una doppia faccia, cade dolcemente e lentamente quasi danzando. Mentre nevica, se si fa molta attenzione, si può sentire un suono dolce e una volta a terra, copre tutto quanto, anche i rumori più intensi. Il colore bianco e candido la fa sembrare innocua e rilassante. Ma la neve ha un carattere forte, appena tocca il suolo rende l’atmosfera unica, piena di energia. Viene voglia di toccarla, di giocarci, di buttarsi a terra e creare le figure più fantasiose. Pupazzi di neve, igloo, salti, paraboliche, tunnel… l’energia che grazie alle sue mille forme riesce a sprigionare è incontenibile. Dem Begriff Energie widmen wir die Wintersaison Movimënt 2019/20. Der Herbst, der gerade seinem Ende zuging, war ein ganz besonderer Herbst. Von einem sonnigen Oktober mit angenehmen Temperaturen gingen wir innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf einen regnerischen und vor allem schneereichen November über. Mitte November konnten wir im Tal mehr als einen halben und am Berg etwa eineinhalb Meter Schnee verzeichnen. Eine ganze Menge weicher Schnee, der sich am besten auf den Skiern erleben lässt. Der Schnee hat zwei Gesichter und fällt sanft und langsam, fast als würde er tanzen. Während es schneit, können Sie, wenn Sie genau hinschauen, ein süßes Geräusch wahrnehmen, und wenn es den Boden berührt, deckt der Schnee alles und auch die intensivsten Geräusche zu. Die weiße und reine Farbe lässt ihn harmlos und entspannend erscheinen. Aber der Schnee hat einen starken Charakter. Sobald er den Boden berührt, lässt er eine einzigartige Stimmung entstehen und füllt sie mit Energie. Sie möchten ihn anfassen, um damit zu spielen, sich auf den Boden werfen und die phantasievollsten Figuren erschaffen: Schneemänner, Iglus, Sprünge, Parabolrinnen, Tunnel... die Energie, die durch seine zahlreichen Formen freigesetzt wird, ist grenzenlos. season. The autumn that just left us was indeed a special one. From a sunny October with pleasant temperatures, we moved to a rainy and, above all, snowy November in a flash. In mid-November, we measured over half a metre of snow on the valley floor, and about a metre and a half up on the mountains. Tons of soft, light snow to enjoy to the full with skis on your feet. Snow has a double nature: it falls gently and slowly, almost as though dancing. If you listen attentively as the snow falls, you can hear a gentle sound and, once on the ground, the white mantle covers everything, even the most intense noises. The white and candid colour gives its a harmless and relaxing appearance. Still, the snow is strong-willed element, the instant it hits the ground it makes the atmosphere unique and full of energy. You feel the urge to touch and play with it, to throw yourself on the ground and create the most imaginative snow figures. Snowmen, igloos, jumps, parabolic turns, tunnels ... there is no holding back the energy released by its endless forms and shapes. Con ben cinque aree, sei lines e in totale 47 elementi ce n’è per ogni gusto allo Snowpark Alta Badia. La Easy Line con kickers amatoriali e butter boxes tranquille, fa sì che la giornata nel park inizi in maniera rilassante e offre allo stesso tempo a tutti i principianti la possibilità di lavorare sui propri primi tricks. Per chi invece ha già oltrepassato questo step, può sbizzarrirsi sulla Medium Jib Line e la Medium Kicker Line. Allora tutti sulla Top Section, sicuramente il punto più divertente dello Snowpark Alta Badia. Come alternativa c’è la Snake Run direttamente all’entrata del park, per un inizio a tutto flow in banked rally style. L’highlight dello Snowpark però, è con certezza l’Advanced Kicker Line, che con i suoi booters da 11 e da 13 metri regala airtime in abbondanza. Il 9.2.2020 il QParks Tour farà ritorno allo Snowpark Alta Badia! Con il Rookie Battle Alta Badia, ci sarà per la prima volta un QParks Tour Stop dedicato esclusivamente alle nuove leve. Tutti i riders del domani dovrebbero segnarsi questo appuntamento in rosso sul calendario!

On February 9, 2020 the QParks Tour will return to Snowpark Alta Badia. The Rookie Battle Alta Badia is the first-ever QParks Tour Stop exclusively for riders under 18 years. Therefore, all young guns should mark this day in their calendar.

WINTER FOR KIDS IT Eccolo Peter, curioso come solo i bambini di 10 anni sanno esserlo,

rovistare tra le cianfrusaglie nel garage della nonna. Una bicicletta bucata, qualche libro impolverato, una macchina da scrivere del dopoguerra, una tovaglia morsicata dai topi. “Insomma non c’è proprio niente di interessante tra questo disordine!” pensa tra sè e sè il nostro piccolo esploratore, ed è proprio in quell’istante che la vede lì, sotto una coperta rosso rubino. Le lamine dorate, un telaio giallo acceso (il suo colore preferito), è lei, è la slitta dei suoi sogni. Un bolide in ferro e legno nascosto sicuramente dal fratello più grande per evitare che Peter la prendesse. Di corsa a casa, tuta da sci, berretto, guanti, occhiali, scarponcini e subito al Piz Sorega, al Tru Liösa Foram. La pista da slittino Foram, in ladino “Tru Liösa Foram” si trova a monte dell’ovovia Piz Sorega, a San Cassiano. La lunghezza complessiva della pista è di 3,5 km. Lungo il tracciato si trovano delle protezioni in legno per garantire la sicurezza della pista. Le pendenze variano dal 10% al 15% massimo e il tracciato ha un dislivello totale di 460 metri. Alla stazione a monte della cabinovia del Piz Sorega a San Cassiano, il Park Movimënt è un luogo dedicato a tante attività per scoprire e imparare cose divertenti ed interessanti sulla natura. L’attrazione principale è la grotta dell’orso con giochi e curiosità, dove addentrarsi per scoprire segreti sugli animali, saltare su di un morbido tappeto e udire un vero ruglio!

Ein Fahrrad mit einer Reifenpanne, einige verstaubte Bücher, eine Schreibmaschine aus der Nachkriegszeit, eine von Mäusen zerbissene Tischdecke. „Überhaupt nichts Interessantes in diesem Durcheinander“, denkt der kleine Forscher bei sich, und genau in diesem Moment sieht er ihn unter einer rubinroten Decke. Vergoldete Kufen, ein leuchtend gelbes Fahrgestell, da ist er, sein Traumschlitten. Ein Bolide aus Eisen und Holz, den der ältere Bruder bestimmt versteckt hatte, damit er ihn nicht findet. In Sekundenschnelle ist Peter zu Hause, zieht sich Skianzug, Mütze, Handschuhe und Schneestiefel an und flitzt zum Piz Sorega auf die Tru Liösa Foram, die Schlittenpiste in St. Kassian. Die Rodelpiste Foram, auf Ladinisch „Tru Liösa Foram”, liegt über der Kabinenbahn Piz Sorega, in St. Kassian. Die Piste ist insgesamt 3,5 Km lang. Für die Sicherheit der Piste sorgen Rückhaltesysteme aus Holz. Das Gefälle der Piste variiert zwischen 10% und 15% und der Höhenunterschied beträgt insgesamt 460 m. Über der Station der Anlage Piz Sorega bei St. Kassian, befindet sich der Park Movimënt. Hier gibt es für Groß und Klein jede Menge über die Natur zu entdecken. Die Hauptattraktion ist die Bärenhöhle, in der die kleinen Gäste die Geheimnisse der Natur lüften und sich auf einem kuschelweichen Teppich mit ihren Freunden austoben können. Außerdem hören sie, wie das Brüllen eines echten Bären klingt.

He runs home, puts on his ski suit, bonnet, gloves, goggles, boots and races to Piz Sorega, to the Tru Liösa Foram. The Foram sled run, “Tru Liösa Foram” in Ladin, is located at the top of the Piz Sorega cable car in San Cassiano. The total length of the track is 3.5 km. There are wooden safeguards along the route to ensure the track is safe. The inclines vary from 10% to 15% maximum and the track has a total difference in altitude of 460 meters. L’immagine rinnovata di Movimënt comprende, ovviamente, anche il sito, canale di ingresso privilegiato per entrare nel mondo Movimënt. Das erneuerte Image von Movimënt umfasst natürlich auch die Webseite, den bevorzugten Einstiegskanal in die Welt von Movimënt. Einige den Besuchern gestellten Fragen ermöglichen die Gestaltung einer maßgeschneiderten Homepage: ob sie alleine oder in Gesellschaft, zu zweit oder mit Kindern, Naturliebhaber, sich entspannen möchten oder auf der Suche nach Sport und Adrenalin sind, können sie mit der Seite interagieren, die auf ihre Anforderungen abgestimmt ist. Wir befinden uns an einem der schönsten Orte der Dolomiten und bald kommt der Schnee: Es ist somit der perfekte Zeitpunkt für eine Erneuerung des Images und einer Neuausrichtung des Charakters, die Movimënt auszeichnen. The logo recalls the mountains symbol of the plateau, while the website adapts perfectly to the profile of each visitor, offering a personalised service. The renewed image of Movimënt also includes - of course - the site, a privileged access channel to enter Movimënt's world . Visitors can create a customised home page by answering a few questions: whether they are travelling alone or in company, with their partner or with children, whether they are nature lovers, wishing to relax, or looking for sport and adrenaline, they can interact with a site tailored to their specific needs. We stand in one of the most enjoyable places of the Dolomites, the snow is around the corner: it is the perfect time to recreate one's image and realign it with the character that distinguishes Movimënt: young, with personality. This project was carried out with the communication agency Interagendo, which dealt with the logo and site and with the TinBob agency, which was entrusted with the presentation clips for the pre-launch phase.

I canali social, Facebook e Instagram, hanno già adottato questa nuova comunicazione, raccontandola con immagini e miniclip dallo spirito leggero e pop.

Gelb: eine Farbe, welche die Sonne, die Vitalität, aber auch das Verlangen weckt, seinen Wünschen nachzugehen, indem man in eine neue Dimension, wie etwa den Pfad der gelben Backsteine der Welt von Oz, eintaucht. Movimënt kehrt zu seinen Ursprüngen und zur lebendigen Farbe zurück, die seine Skilifte seit jeher auszeichnet, um einen Sprung in die Zukunft zu wagen. Das Rebranding der Parks des Plateaus in Alta Badia ist eine Aufforderung, um mit einem regenerierenden Energieschub ganz neu in den Winter zu starten. La campagna branding 2019/20, grazie ad un innovativo progetto di comunicazione, unisce la spettacolarità e la tecnica avanguardistica degli effetti speciali, al concetto innovativo di prodotto. Movimënt diventa il mezzo per rendere energica e piena di vita la vacanza trascorsa in Alta Badia. “Movimënt, your energy parks in Alta Badia” è un progetto di comunicazione realizzato da Skicarosello Corvara in collaborazione con l’agenzia di comunicazione Interagendo e lo studio creativo TinBob. La campagna è iniziata a novembre 2019 e proseguirà con immagini estive fino a settembre 2020. La campagna comprende 2 immagini invernali e 2 estive diffuse sui social network, sulla stampa locale, sui magazine internazionali sportivi: con sintesi efficace, raccontano come l’assunzione del prodotto Movimënt (in forma di drink e barretta di cioccolato) si trasformi in un carico di energia esagerata. Un incontro che migliora la realtà e la rende molto più emozionante e fantastica. Un video diffuso sui canali social ufficiali racconta infine, con creatività e ironia, il concept della campagna: prova Movimënt, non te ne pentirai. NOVITÁ 2019: LE QUALIFICHE ALLE FINALI DELLO SLALOM GIGANTE PARALLELO La novità principale di questa edizione è data dal sistema di qualificazione per la partecipazione allo Salom Gigante Parallelo in notturna, previsto per lunedì 23 dicembre. Per partecipare alle Finali dello Slalom Gigante Parallelo, gli atleti dovranno superare le gare di qualificazione. Su un tracciato parallelo, gli sciatori si sfideranno in due manche. La somma dei tempi decreterà le posizioni di partenza alle Finali dello Slalom Gigante Parallelo dei migliori 16 qualificati. Le qualifiche hanno inizio alle ore 15.00, mentre le Finali si svolgeranno alle ore 18.15, sempre sulle “Gobbe del gatto” e cioè sull’ultimo tratto della pista Gran Risa. Anche in questo caso l’Alta Badia si riconferma pioniera in una nuova disciplina dello sci, ora a sé stante, con coppetta di cristallo di specialità per gli uomini. La disciplina sarà, inoltre, inserita nel programma dei mondiali di Cortina 2021. Ai vincitori del PGS, come a quelli dello Slalom Gigante, verranno assegnati i trofei, realizzati appositamente per l’Alta Badia dall’artista Daniele Basso, con cristalli Swarovski.

NEUHEIT 2019: DIE QUALIFIKATIONEN FÜR DAS FINALE IM PARALLELRIESENSLALOM Die wichtigste Neuheit dieser Ausgabe ist das Qualifikationssystem für die Teilnahme am Parallel-Nachtriesenslalom, der für Montag, 23. Die Qualifikationen beginnen um 15.00 Uhr, während das Finale um 18.15 Uhr ebenfalls auf den sogenannten „Katzenbuckeln“ und somit auf dem letzten Abschnitt der Gran Risa-Piste stattfindet. Auch in diesem Fall präsentiert sich Alta Badia als bahnbrechend in einer neuen, nun eigenständigen Ski-Disziplin der Herren mit eigenem Kristallpokal. Die Disziplin wird außerdem in das Programm der Weltmeisterschaft in Cortina 2021 aufgenommen. Den Siegern des Parallel-Riesenslaloms, wie auch des Riesenslaloms, werden die eigens für Alta Badia vom Künstler Daniele Basso, mit Swarovski Kristallen, kreierten Trophäen übergeben.

In order to take part in the Parallel Giant Slalom, athletes must get through the qualifiers. Skiers will compete in two heats, on a parallel course. The total time taken will decide the starting positions for the finals of the Parallel Giant Slalom for the 16 best athletes. The qualifiers will begin at 3pm, with the finals being held at 6.15pm, all on the “the last section of the Gran Risa slope. Alta Badia will once again confirm its status as a pioneer in this new ski discipline, which is now a stand-alone sport, awarding a special crystal cup for the men’s races. This discipline will also be included in the Cortina 2021 world cup programme. As is the case for the Giant Slalom, the winners of the PGS will be awarded trophies, which are created specially for Alta Badia by the artist Daniele Basso, with Swarovski crystals.

L’innevamento programmato è sempre e comunque realizzato con l’acqua piovana che viene trasformata in neve, e poi torna alla terra, in un eterno ciclo naturale. La tecnologia aiuta: Skicarosello ha adottato SnowMan (ovvero Snow Management), sviluppato dalla BPEng di Rovereto. Un sistema che acquisisce dati come la quantità di neve prodotta dai cannoni, mettendola in relazione con quella presente sulla pista da sci e rilevata dai sensori presenti sui gatti della neve, in grado di valutare anche la conformazione del terreno. Queste informazioni, geolocalizzate grazie al segnale Gps, sono utilizzate per decidere quali impianti di innevamento azionare, e per quanto tempo, fino al raggiungimento della quantità di neve di volta in volta necessaria. Tutto questo si traduce in un notevole risparmio di acqua ed elettricità, riducendo a zero lo spreco di queste risorse. Attualmente SnowMan è attivo su tutte le piste di Skicarosello Corvara e su tre quarti di quelle dell’Alta Badia, ed è stato implementato con software ancora più moderni. La pista Gran Risa è al centro di un progetto pilota che in futuro sarà esteso ad altri ambienti di gara. È la sede di una competizione di Coppa del Mondo, quindi deve rispondere a standard elevatissimi: ecco perché Skicarosello Corvara ha creato una app dedicata agli operatori che si occupano della barratura, tecnica speciale che garantisce la perfetta tenuta del manto nevoso per tutti gli atleti, compresi quelli che partono per ultimi. L'utente rileva le condizioni della pista in punti sensibili, il peso della neve, l’umidità interna e superficiale, la temperatura dell’aria e tanti altri parametri che, successivamente, immette nell’apposita applicazione, rendendo i dati fruibili digitalmente. La tecnologia viene incontro anche ai turisti e agli sciatori, che spesso si ritrovano a scegliere verso quale località dirigersi in base al “fattore neve”, elemento trainante della stagione. Skicarosello ha optato per la massima trasparenza e correttezza: il pubblico, tramite snowreport.skicarosello.it, può verificare in tempo reale, ora dopo ora, lo stato di avanzamento e di innevamento di ogni pista e valutare così se spostarsi o meno. Inoltre, più di mille iscritti al servizio ricevono un bollettino con gli stessi dati ogni 2-3 giorni.

Derzeit ist SnowMan auf allen Pisten des Skicarosello Corvara und auf drei Viertel der Pisten von Alta Badia aktiv und wurde mit einer noch moderneren Software implementiert. Die Piste Gran Risa steht im Mittelpunkt eines Pilotprojekts, das auch in den kommenden Jahren weiterentwickelt wird. Sie ist der Austragungsort eines WeltcupWettbewerbs und muss daher extrem hohen Ansprüchen genügen: Aus diesem Grund hat Skicarosello Corvara eine App für die Bediener entwickelt, die sich um das Vereisen kümmern. Diese spezielle Technik garantiert eine perfekte Schneedecke für alle Athleten. Einschließlich derer, die zuletzt starten. #LADINSKIERS - I GIOVANI CAMPIONI DELL’ALTA BADIA Di Gabriele Pezzaglia - Race Ski Magazine Terra di agonismo, culla di talenti, espressione di campioni: eccola l’Alta Badia, che oggi più di sempre sta vivendo un altro momento magico con i suoi ragazzi inseriti nelle squadre nazionali azzurre e in rampa di lancio in direzione del grande sci. Giovani cresciuti sulle nevi ladine, grazie al lavoro del territorio altamente professionale ma mai esasperante. In prima linea dei giovani leoni azzurri c’è Hannes Zingerle da La Ila. Classe ’95, è il campione italiano in carica di gigante, titolo ottenuto lo scorso marzo a Cortina d’Ampezzo. Un trionfo che lo ha inserito di diritto fra le giovani promesse dello sci mondiale difendendo i colori dei carabinieri, anche grazie ad una stagione sicuramente positiva in Coppa Europa. Hannes si è aggiudicato il gigante di Coppa Europa di Kranjska Gora su un pendio selettivo come il Podkoren, adesso lo aspetta il palcoscenico della Coppa del Mondo. E già, la massima serie, lo sci dei grandi, dei big, dei pezzi da novanta: gigantista in ascesa sarà fra i punti di forza della squadra nazionale per il leggendario appuntamento fra le porte larghe proprio sulle nevi di casa della sua Gran Risa. Hannes rappresenta l’Alta Badia incarnandone lo spirito: una crescita regolare, costante, misurata, equilibrata, senza strappi. Un cammino verso l’alto livello controllato e calcolato, frutto di lavoro, impegno, dedizione. La sua terra ha raggiunto con questo modo di procedere traguardi importanti alzandosi ad un livello di eccellenza mondiale, Hannes è sulla strada giusta per diventarlo nel settore dello sci agonistico dove si cimenta con assoluta dedizione. Questa sarà una stagione davvero importante per lui: se non quella della consacrazione finale, sicuramente quella di un ulteriore e deciso passo in avanti. Il fratello più grande di Hannes: Alex Zingerle, classe ’92, è di grande esempio per gli altri atleti. Vanta di un palmarès molto promettente. In coppa del mondo, oltre alle 5 partecipazioni sulla Gran Risa, vanta di un 18° e 19° posto. Alex è di esempio non solo a livello di risultati, ma soprattutto per la sua dedizione e per il grande impegno. Sin da piccolo ha inseguito i propri sogni con massima umiltà e tutt’ora ce la sta mettendo tutta per inseguire quel sogno nato sin dai primi giorni sugli sci, ammirando la mitica Gran Risa. In squadra nazionale giovanile quindi Matteo Canins da San Ciascian. Anch’egli ’98, al momento è rimasto nella squadra nazionale azzurra giovanile: per il terzo anno consecutivo Matteo, un furetto grintoso sempre a tutta, avrà presumibilmente una duplice arena in cui misurarsi. Il finanziere cercherà di strappare alcune convocazioni in Coppa Europa, tenendo d’occhio sempre le gare italiane per abbassare i punti e continuare a fare esperienza. Fa parte di una squadra veramente valida, una squadra giovanile su cui la Federazione Italiana Sport Invernali ha investito davvero con forza, inviato un team così giovane in estate in Argentina a Ushuaia per un lungo stage di allenamento. Di questo gruppo fa parte anche Manuel Ploner da San Ciascian. Giovane, giovanissimo, addirittura un 2001. È entrato in squadra azzurra al termine del secondo anno Aspiranti. Ploner è stato lo scorso inverno il giovane italiano più interessante: si è messo in mostra nel Gran Premio Italia dominando diverse competizioni e dando dimostrazione di una solidità impressionante per essere alle prime armi. Ma Ploner non è certo tipo che si spaventa: una voglia di crescere senza eguali, una determinazione innata, un talento da vendere. In bacheca già trofei del valore di un argento in gigante all’European Youth Olympic Festival, tanta roba. Un lungagnone ma compatto, al momento più slalomista, ma sicuramente pronto come succede oggi nello sci moderno a prendere la strada della doppia disciplina. Insomma, una compagine di giovanotti in cerca di gloria, ancora con un percorso verso ma con un unico fine: diventare competitivi nella Coppa del Mondo e farlo con il sogno di essere primi attori sulla Gran Risa. Heute durchlebt das Tal einen ganz besonderen, zauberhaften Moment mit seinen Jungs in den italienischen Nationalmannschaften und auf der Startrampe, um weltberühmte Skistars zu werden. Jugendliche, die im ladinischen Schnee aufgewachsen sind und von der hochprofessionellen und nie zögerlichen Arbeit des Territoriums profitiert haben. An der Spitze der jungen blauen Löwen steht Hannes Zingerle aus La Ila. Er wurde 1995 geboren und ist italienischer Meister im Riesentorlauf. Den Titel erlangte er im März 2019 in Cortina d‘Ampezzo. Dieser Triumph hat ihm zu Recht den Zugang zu den jungen Hoffnungen des Weltskisports verschafft, indem er die Farben der Carabinieri verteidigte. Dies war auch dank einer positiven Saison im Rahmen des Europacups möglich. Hannes gewann den Europacup-Riesentorlauf in Kranjska Gora auf einer harten Piste wie der Podkoren. Nun erwartet ihn die Bühne des Weltcups. Und schon befindet er sich in der Topserie, im großen Skisport der Großen, der absoluten Meister: Der aufstrebende Riesentorlaufmeister gehört zu den Stärken der Nationalmannschaft. Und dies verdankt er der legendären Begegnung zwischen den breiten Toren des Gran-Risa-Schnees seiner Heimat. Hannes steht für das Alta Badia und verkörpert dessen Geist: sein regelmäßiges, stetiges, gemessenes, ausgeglichenes und rissfreies Wachstum. Eine kontrollierte und wohl berechnete Karriere, die das Ergebnis von Arbeit, Mühe und Engagement ist. Mit dieser Vorgehensweise hat sein Land wichtige Ziele erreicht. Es gehört nun zur Weltklasse. Hannes ist auf dem richtigen Weg, um ein Weltklasse-Skifahrer zu werden, da er sich seinem Traum mit absolutem Engagement widmet. Diese Saison wird für ihn von wesentlicher Bedeutung sein: Wenn sie auch nicht den Gesamtsieg bringen sollte, bringt sie ihn mit Sicherheit einige entscheidende Schritte nach vorne. Hannes‘ älterer Bruder, Alex Zingerle, geboren 1992, ist ein gutes Beispiel für die anderen Sportler. Er blickt auf eine ganze Reihe vielversprechender Erfolge zurück. Im Weltcup rühmt er sich neben den fünf Teilnahmen auf der Gran Risa auch eines 18. und 19. Platzes. Alex ist nicht nur ein Beispiel für Ergebnisse, sondern vor allem für sein Engagement und seine großartigen Leistungen. Seit seiner Kindheit hat er seine Träume mit größter Demut verfolgt und bis heute bemüht er sich voll und ganz um jenen Traum zu verwirklichen, der auf seine ersten Tage auf den Skiern zurückgeht, als er die wundervolle Gran Risa bewunderte. In der Jugendnationalmannschaft findet sich dann Matteo Canins aus San Ciascian. Auch er wurde 1998 geboren und ist im Moment in der italienischen Jugendnationalmannschaft geblieben: Das dritte Jahr in Folge wird sich Matteo, ein stets lebhafter Sportler, voraussichtlich auf einer zweifachen Arena messen müssen. Der Beamte der Finanzwache wird versuchen, einige Male im Europacup einberufen zu werden, wobei er immer die italienischen Rennen im Auge behält, um Punkte zu machen und weiterhin Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Er gehört zu einer wirklich guten Mannschaft, einer Jugendmannschaft, in die der italienische Wintersportverband massiv investiert hat. Diesen Sommer hat er eine junge Mannschaft nach Ushuaia in Argentinien geschickt, um dort ein langes Trainingspraktikum zu absolvieren. Zu dieser Gruppe gehört auch Manuel Ploner aus San Ciascian. Jung, sehr jung sogar - Jahrgang 2001. Er trat dem italienischen Team am Ende des zweiten Jahres als Bewerber bei. Im vergangenen Winter war Ploner der interessanteste junge Italiener: Er trat beim Großen Preis von Italien an, wo er verschiedene Wettbewerbe dominierte, und bewies als Anfänger eine beeindruckende Beständigkeit. Aber Ploner ist sicherlich nicht der Typ, der sich einschüchtern lässt: ein unvergleichbarer Wunsch nach Wachstum, eine angeborene Entschlossenheit und Talent zum Verkaufen. Auf dem Schwarzen Brett stehen bereits Trophäen im Wert einer Silbermedaille im Riesentorlauf beim European Youth Olympic Festival - große Erfolge. Ein groß gewachsener, jedoch kompakter Junge, im Moment eher ein Slalomfahrer, aber wie es heute im modernen Skisport üblich ist, dazu bereit, den Weg von zwei Disziplinen zu beschreiten. Kurzum: ein Team junger Männer auf der Suche nach Ruhm, immer noch auf dem Weg, aber mit ein und demselben Ziel der Teilnahme an der Weltmeisterschaft mit dem Traum, die ersten Akteuren der Gran Risa zu werden. Young people have grown up on the Ladin snow, thanks to the highly professional but never exhausting work of the territory. At the forefront of the young blue lions, we find Hannes Zingerle from La Ila. Born in 95, he is the Italian giant slalom champion, a title he won last March in Cortina d'Ampezzo. A triumph that had him rightfully join the ranks of young promises of world skiing, defending the colours of the carabinieri, also thanks to a certainly positive season in the European Cup. Hannes won the European Cup giant of Kranjska Gora on the challenging Podkoren slope; now, the World Cup's stage awaits him. And already at the top series, the premier-league skiing for would-be champions: the rising giant slalom skier will be one of among the key members national team for the legendary appointment between the wide gates right on the home snows of his Gran Risa. Hannes represents Alta Badia embodying its spirit: regular, steady, measured, and balanced growth without boasting. A path to the top, controlled and calculated, which arises from work, commitment and dedication. His homeland has achieved important goals this way, raising itself to world-class excellence. As for Hannes, he is well on his way to make a mark in world-class competitive skiing, where he ventures with absolute dedication. This will be a major season for him: if not as his final confirmation as a world-class skier, surely as a further and decisive step towards that goal. Alex Zingerle, Hannes' older brother, born in 1992, is a great example for other athletes. He shows a very promising list of achievements. In the World Cup, further to his five participations on the Gran Risa, he boasts an 18th and 19th place. Alex is an example not only in terms of results, but above all of dedication and unyielding commitment. As a child, he pursued his dreams with the utmost humility; today, he is still doing his best to turn those dreams, born on his first days on skis admiring the legendary Gran Risa, into reality. In the national youth team, we also find Matteo Canins from San Ciascian. Also born in 98, he stays for now with the national youth team: Matteo, a gritty, never-say-die competitor, will presumably have a dual competition arena for the third year in a row. The financier will try to snatch some European Cup calls, always keeping an eye on the Italian races to lower the score and continue to gain experience. He can already showcase major trophies like the silver he won at the giant slalom of the European Youth Olympic Festival - so much potential! With a relatively tall yet compact figure, he has been focusing on slalom for now, but feels certainly ready -as usual in modern skiing - to tackle the double discipline. In short, a team of youngsters in search of glory, still under development but with a single purpose: to become competitive at World Cup level and do so by winning on the Gran Risa. Sono promotori del freestyle e al contempo una crew: sono i Pirates Alta Badia. Il loro nome circola sull’altipiano dolomitico da ormai 15 anni. In occasione di un sopralluogo allo Snowpark Alta Badia sono stati realizzati dei video per mostrare i volti di chi si cela dietro a questo nome. Scopri tutto leggendo l’articolo. “Il gruppo è nato già 15 anni fa, quando eravamo dei ragazzini ed eravamo tutti pazzi a saltare fuori pista! Poi ci siamo persi un po‘ di vista per un po’ di tempo, finché qualche anno fa ho conosciuto Altin e abbiamo preso la cosa sul serio”, spiega Lukas Valentini che, insieme al suo amico Altin Alla, ha guidato il destino della crew dei Pirates, plasmando la scena del freestyle di oggi. Nel frattempo, la crew e il suo logo sono onnipresenti allo Snowpark Alta Badia: come si conviene a dei pirati, il teschio dei pirati fa mostra di sé al portale di ingresso rosso del park e su alcune seggiole della seggiovia Ciampai. I membri della crew ufficiali sono circa 15 e portano il logo sulle loro giacche, trascorrendo quasi tutte le loro giornate invernali allo snowpark e facendo shredding nelle varie line. Altin e Lux sono in montagna per tutto l’inverno, cambiando ogni tanto di ruolo, passando dalla giacca dei pirates a un’altra uniforme: “Siamo entrambi maestri di snowboard e ci piace molto insegnare allo snowpark. Negli ultimi due anni, da quando il nostro logo è esposto all’esterno della scuola di sci, la domanda per lezioni di freestyle è cresciuta sempre di più”. Quanto il loro progetto abbia subito influenzato le nuove generazioni, lo si vede anche dalla presenza di giovanissimi membri nella crew dei Pirates. Mattia Mersa, il più piccolo del gruppo, ha appena 14 anni ed è quasi tutti i giorni allo Snowpark Alta Badia insieme al fratello maggiore, Elia Mersa, e all’amico Felix Schrott. “Sono dei bravi ragazzi pieni di passione che praticano di continuo lo sport sempre sulla neve e, da quello che ho sentito, vanno anche bene a scuola!”, aggiunge ridendo Altin. Il futuro del freestyle altoatesino, in questo modo, è assicurato. Inoltre, sembra proprio che a Lux e Altin non manchino le idee e l’energia per continuare! “Abbiamo grandi progetti per il futuro!”, dice sorridendo Lux con tono di scherno, senza voler far trapelare nulla. “Finché il fisico regge, continueremo a fare salti, quando non reggerà più, faremo tutto da seduti e saremo sempre i capi dei Pirates, ovviamente!”, conclude scherzando Altin. Sie sind Förderer des Freestyle und Crew zugleich - die Pirates Alta Badia. Seit nunmehr 15 Jahren kreist der Name um das Hochplateau in den Dolomiten. Die Gesichter und Hintergründe zu diesem Namen erhaltet ihr hier in diesem Artikel und in den Videos, die vor kurzem bei einem Lokalaugenschein im Snowpark Alta Badia entstanden sind. „Vor 15 Jahren haben wir die Crew gegründet als wir noch sehr jung waren und keine Gelegenheit ausgelassen haben uns abseits der Piste rumzuspringen! Danach verloren wir für kurze Zeit den Kontakt zueinander. Einige Jahre später habe ich dann Altin kennengelernt und wir haben das Ganze neu aufgerollt“, erklärt Lukas Valentini, der gemeinsam mit seinem Freund Altin Alla das Schicksal der Pirates-Crew bestimmt hat und die lokale Freestyle-Szene von heute entscheidend prägt. Mittlerweile ist die Crew und ihr Logo omnipräsent im Snowpark Alta Badia, standesgemäß für Piraten, prangert der Totenkopf am roten ParkEingangsportal sowie von den Container-Wänden in der Chill-Area des Parks. Die rund 15 offiziellen Crew-Member tragen das Logo auch auf ihren Jacken, wenn sie die Lines des Snowparks beinahe täglich im Winter shredden. Altin und Lux verbringen den ganzen Winter hier am Berg. Zwischenzeitlich tauschen sie ihre Pirates-Jacken gegen eine andere Uniform und wechseln in eine andere Rolle. „Wir sind beide auch als Snowboard-Lehrer tätig und wir nutzen den Park hier auch für den Unterricht. Die Nachfrage nach Freestyle-Lektionen ist auch in den letzten beiden Jahren, seitdem wir unser Crew-Logo an der Außenwand der Skischule angebracht haben, stetig gewachsen!“, schildert Altin stolz. Welchen Einfluss sie auf die nächste Generation bereits hatten, sieht man auch anhand der jungen Crew-Member der Pirates. Mattia Mersa, der Jüngste der Crew, ist gerade mal 14 Jahre alt und gemeinsam mit seinem Bruder, Elia Mersa, und ihrem Freund Felix Schrott sind sie im Winter täglich im Snowpark Alta Badia, um an ihren Tricks und an der angestrebten Profi-Karriere zu arbeiten. „Die Jungs sind wirklich sehr ambitioniert und sind fleißig am Trainieren, und was wir so hören, sind sie auch gut in der Schule! Soweit passt also alles“, scherzt Altin. Die Zukunft für den Südtiroler Freestyle ist somit gesichert und an Ideen und Energie mangelt es Lux und Altin auch weiterhin nicht! „Die Pläne für die Zukunft sind groß!“, lacht Lux schelmisch, ohne bereits zu viel verraten zu wollen. „Solange wir können, werden wir uns auch hier noch über die Kicker werfen! Then we’ve lost track of each other for some time. Couple of years later I met Altin and we relaunched the whole thing”, Lukas Valentini recalls. Together with his friend Altin Alla, he has determined the Pirate-crew’s fate and has also crucially coined the local freestyle-scene until today. By now, the crew and their logo are omnipresent at Snowpark Alta Badia. As is right and proper for Pirates, the skull is flaunted on the red entrance portal as well as on the container walls at the park’s chill area. About 15 official crew-members are bemedaled with the logo on their jackets when they shred the park almost daily in winter. Altin and Lux spend the whole winter up on the mountain. In between, they change their Pirates jackets for a different uniform and switch into different roles. “Both of us are also working as snowboard-teachers and we use the park for the lessons as well. The demand for freestyle-lessons has also grown steadily since we’ve put our logo on the wall of the ski school!”, Altin proudly explains. Looking at the young crew-members of the Pirates, it’s easy to see how big of an influence they’ve already had on the next generation. Mattia Mersa is 14 years old and the youngest of the crew. Together with his brother Elia Mersa and their buddy Felix Schrott, they roam Snowpark Alta Badia daily to work on their shred skills and on their ultimate goal - turn pro. “The boys are super ambitious and practice a lot. And as far as we’re concerned they’re doing fine in school as well! So, everything’s cool”, Altin jokes. Hence the freestyle future of South Tyrol is secured and Altin and Lux are overflowing with ideas and energy! “The plans for the future are grand!”, Lux laughs impishly not wanting to give away any details. “As long as we can, we will still send it over those kickers! And if we ever get too old for that, we still remain the Captains of the Pirates!”, Altin adds. IT Arianna Tricomi classe 1992, cresciuta a Corvara in Alta Badia ha vinto le ultime due edizioni (2018 - 2019) del Freeride World Tour.

Dopo qualche anno di gavetta sui pendii più belli del mondo ha raggiunto il gradino più alto, le vette, anche quelle in classifica, non le fanno sicuramente paura. Nel 2018 si aggiudica inoltre il record come prima italiana ad aver vinto il FWT e diventa “European Skier of the Year”. Anche nel tempo libero, cioè quando non scia, Arianna è abituata a dare il meglio di se in tutto quello che fa. Si è infatti laureata da ormai 2 anni in fisioterapia all’università di Innsbruck in Austria, città dove attualmente vive. Noi l’avevamo incontrata e intervistata nel 2016, oggi sembra passata una vita. Ciao Arianna, allora dal tuo primo FWT è passato qualche anno, ma sembra una vita. Per te come sono cambiate le cose? A. Sembra incredibile ripensare a tutto quello che è successo negli ultimi anni. Ho finito lúniversità e di questo ne vado molto fiera perché è stata dura conciliare lo sci con lo studio e nel frattempo mi sono anche laureata per 2 volte campionessa mondiale. È cambiato e non è cambiato nulla, lámore e la passione per lo sci, la montagna e la natura sono sempre gli stessi ma ormai sciare è diventata la mia professione e ancora non mi sembra vero, sembra un sogno. Gli ultimi due anni sono stati molto intensi, quali sono stati i due momenti più belli? Escludiamo però la vittoria finale se possibile, altrimenti sarebbe troppo semplice. A. In realtà la vittoria non è stato il momento più bello, anzi, le giornate in neve fresca con i miei amici sono i momenti più belli che ricordo. Soprattutto le nevicate incredibili dell’anno scorso in Austria non le dimenticherò mai. Inoltre la prima volta che ho sciato in Giappone e in Canada sono anche stati dei momenti super speciali che mi hanno fatto apprezzare ancora di più le belle Alpi e le belle Dolomiti. Hai raggiunto un primato italiano importante. Essere la prima donna italiana ad aver vinto il FWT è per sempre. Cosa hai provato? A. Non sono molto fissata sui primati, il fatto è che amo sciare e ogni volta che metto gli sci provo la stessa gioia come fosse il primo giorno e finché avrò questa bellissima sensazione la vita non potrà che essere bella. In ogni caso scendere da una montagna non dovrebbe essere giudicato con dei punti perché alla fine siamo come artisti che dipingono su una tela e quindi è molto soggettivo e personale come sport. Ti stai preparando per la stagione che sta per iniziare? Secondo te qual è la cosa più importante da tenere presente per arrivare al top alle gare? A. Sono sempre in preparazione e mai del tutto. Rimango in movimento tutto l’anno e la cosa più importante secondo me è la salute mentale, quindi límportante è stare bene di testa poi le gambe seguono da sé.... Come vedi il tuo futuro, dopo aver vinto tutto al FWT? Hai intenzione di dedicarti ad altro tra qualche anno? A. Mi piacerebbe molto spostarmi verso il filming durante i prossimi anni. Ho già prodotto un film l’anno scorso “La Luce Infinita - Tales from the North” ed è stata una bellissima esperienza che vorrei ripetere. Oltre lo sci e la montagna ami il mare e il surf. Si direbbe che la natura è il tuo mondo. A. Esatto, proprio così, per me l’importante è essere a contatto stretto con la natura. Sono appena tornata da un po´di mare e surf e come detto prima, ha fatto veramente bene alla testa, la carica giusta per l’inverno. La natura è il mio rifugio di pace. Ti auguriamo una stagione 2020 piena di soddisfazioni. A presto e quando torni in Alta Badia passa a trovarci.

Auch in ihrer Freizeit, d. h. wenn sie nicht Ski fährt, ist Arianna gewohnt, bei allem, was sie tut, ihr Bestes zu geben. Tatsächlich hat sie vor 2 Jahren den Abschluss in Physiotherapie an der Universität Innsbruck in Österreich gemacht, wo sie derzeit lebt. Wir hatten sie 2016 getroffen und interviewt, heute scheint das schon eine Ewigkeit her. Hallo Arianna, seit deiner ersten FWT sind ein paar Jahre vergangen, aber es scheint eine Ewigkeit zu sein. Was hat sich für dich verändert? A. Es scheint unfassbar, sich an alles, was in den letzten Jahren passiert ist, zu erinnern. Ich habe das Studium abgeschlossen und bin sehr stolz darauf, weil es schwierig war, Skifahren mit Lernen zu verbinden. In der Zwischenzeit bin ich auch zweimal Weltmeisterin geworden. Es hat sich vieles und nichts geändert, die Liebe und Leidenschaft zum Skifahren, die Berge und die Natur sind immer noch gleich, aber jetzt ist Skifahren mein Beruf und es scheint immer noch nicht wirklich, sondern wie ein Traum. Die letzten zwei Jahre waren sehr intensiv. Was waren die beiden schönsten Augenblicke? Wir wollen jedoch den endgültigen Sieg wenn möglich ausklammern, sonst wäre es zu einfach. A. Eigentlich war der Sieg nicht der schönste Augenblick, in Wirklichkeit sind die Tage im frischen Schnee mit meinen Freunden die schönsten Momente, an die ich mich erinnere. Vor allem die unglaublichen Schneefälle des letzten Jahres in Österreich werde ich nie vergessen. Darüber hinaus waren auch meine ersten Skifahrten in Japan und Kanada ganz besondere Augenblicke. Hierbei habe ich die schönen Alpen und die Dolomiten noch mehr zu schätzen gelernt. Du hast einen wichtigen italienischen Rekord erreicht. Die erste Italienerin zu sein, die die FWT gewonnen hat, bleibt für immer. Was hast du gefühlt? A. Ich bin nicht sehr auf das Gewinnen fixiert, Tatsache ist, dass ich das Skifahren liebe und jedes Mal, wenn ich meine Skier anziehe, fühle ich die gleiche Freude wie am ersten Tag und solange ich dieses wundervolle Gefühl habe, kann das Leben nur schön sein. Auf jeden Fall sollte die Abfahrt von einem Berg nicht mit Punkten bewertet werden, denn am Ende sind wir wie Künstler, die auf eine Leinwand malen, und daher ist dieser Sport sehr subjektiv und persönlich. Bereitest du dich auf die bevorstehende Saison vor? Was ist deiner Meinung nach das Wichtigste, um bei den Rennen auf die vorderen Plätze zu kommen? A. Ich bereite mich ständig vor und bin niemals fertig. Ich bin das ganze Jahr über in Bewegung, und das Wichtigste ist meiner Meinung nach die geistige Gesundheit. Daher ist es wichtig, sich gut zu fühlen und dann folgen die Beine von selbst. Wie siehst du deine Zukunft, nachdem du bei FWT alles gewonnen hast? Wirst du dich in ein paar Jahren etwas anderem widmen? A. Ich würde mich in den nächsten Jahren sehr gerne dem Filmen zuwenden. Ich habe bereits letztes Jahr einen Film namens „Das unendliche Licht - Tales from the North" produziert und es war eine wundervolle Erfahrung, die ich gerne wiederholen möchte. Abgesehen vom Skifahren und den Bergen liebst du das Meer und das Surfen. So wie es ausschaut, ist die Natur deine Welt. A. Ja, das stimmt, für mich ist es wichtig, in engem Kontakt mit der Natur zu sein. Ich bin gerade von einem bisschen Meer und Surfen zurückgekehrt und das hat mir, wie gesagt, richtig gut im Kopf getan und die richtige Ladung für den Winter gebracht. Die Natur ist meine Oase des Friedens.

EN Arianna Tricomi, born in 1992, grew up in Corvara in Alta Badia and won the last two editions (2018 - 2019) of the Freeride World Tour.

After a few years' apprenticeship on the most beautiful slopes in the world, she reached the top level: the peaks. She's certainly not scared of those, even in the rankings. In 2018 she became the first Italian to win the FWT and she also became "European Skier of the Year". In her spare time, that is when she isn't skiing, Arianna is used to giving her best efforts in everything she does. In fact, 2 years ago she graduated with a degree in physiotherapy from the University of Innsbruck in Austria, where she currently lives. We met and interviewed her in 2016, which today seems like a lifetime ago. Hi Arianna, so a few years have passed since your first FWT, but it seems like a lifetime. How have things changed for you? A. It seems incredible to think back on all that has happened in recent years. I finished university which I'm very proud of because it was hard to combine skiing with my studies and, in the meantime, I also graduated as world champion twice. While some things have changed, nothing has altered my love and passion for skiing. The mountains and nature are always the same but now skiing has become my profession and it still doesn't seem real, it seems like a dream. The last two years have been very intense, what were your two best moments? However, let's exclude your final victory if we can, otherwise, your answer would be too easy. A. Actually, my victory wasn't my best moment. In fact, the days spent in the fresh snow with my friends are the best moments I can remember. Above all, I will never forget the incredible snowfall in Austria last year. Furthermore, the first time I skied in Japan and Canada were also really special moments that made me appreciate the beautiful Alps and the amazing Dolomites even more. You achieved an important Italian record. You will always be the first Italian woman to have won the FWT. What did you feel at that moment? A. I am not very fixated on records. The fact is that I love skiing and every time I put on my skis I feel the same joy I felt on the very first day I put on skis. As long as I have this wonderful feeling, life can only be beautiful. In any case, skiing down a mountain should not be judged with points because in the end we are like artists who paint on a canvas and therefore it is a very subjective and personal sport. Are you preparing for the upcoming season? What do you think is the most important thing to keep in mind to place first in competitions? A. I am always preparing and I never completely stop. I keep moving all year round and the most important thing, in my opinion, is mental health, so it's important to feel good and then your legs follow by themselves... What does your future look like, after having won everything at FWT? Are you planning to dedicate yourself to something else in a few years? A. I would really like to move towards filming over the next few years. I already produced a film last year "La Luce Infinita - Tales from the North" and it was a wonderful experience that I would like to repeat. Apart from skiing and the mountains, you love the sea and surfing. It would seem that nature is your world. A. Yes, that's right, I consider it really important to be in close contact with nature. I've just returned from a bit of seaside and surfing and, as I said before, it was really great for my mindset, giving me enough energy for the winter. Nature is my haven of peace. CREP DE MONT

Costruito nel 1954 lo ski lift Crep de Mont è un pilastro della storia sciistica dell’Alta Badia. Situato in zona Planac sul passo Campolongo, in oltre 70 anni di storia, ha trasportato migliaia di persone in quota sul versante del Boé. Cinquant’anni fa, nel 1969 è stato rinnovato con uno ski lift di seconda generazione e ancora oggi funzionante. La sua pista immersa nel bosco e che parte dal rifugio Crëp de Munt è un susseguirsi di divertentissime curve. Vi consigliamo un giro su uno degli ultimi ski lift dell’Alta Badia, un momento di nostalgia che vi farà sorridere ed emozionare, in ricordo dei pionieri dello sci.

Tra gli investimenti del consorzio, il fotovoltaico per alimentare gli impianti, un sistema di Snow Management e la gestione trasparente dell’innevamento. Il futuro è già tracciato: il Consorzio acquisterà presto ulteriori impianti fino a raggiungere una copertura del 120% del fabbisogno, e vendere l’energia pulita in eccesso rimettendola in circolo. La tutela dell’ambiente passa anche attraverso piccoli gesti quotidiani, che richiedono un impegno da parte di tutti: i collaboratori di Ski Carosello Corvara sono coinvolti in prima persona. I loro spostamenti sono programmati per zona, e così ogni giorno raggiungono il luogo di lavoro a gruppi, salendo su un unico mezzo e risparmiando l’uso dell’auto privata. La sensibilità per le tematiche della sostenibilità è attestata inoltre dallo standard di gestione ambientale raggiunto (certificazione ISO 14001:2015), secondo un protocollo che prevede un miglioramento costante nel tempo dei requisiti richiesti.

It is well known that sleep is essential to allow the body's recovery from physical effort and increase performance. Rosen's study (2016) demonstrates a correlation between altered sleep and injury risk. Thus, a good night's sleep is precisely what we need before a good skiing session.

The use of the Self Myofascial Release (Myofascial System) during warm-up would seem to have positive effects on joint mobility and flexibility, without negatively affecting muscle performance. Many authors/trainers use the foam roller for this after a general aerobic warm-up on some particular muscle groups: feet, buttocks, chest. It is basically a self-massage.

Eine gute Aufwärmphase auf der Piste vor der Tätigkeit verbessert die Leistung. Einige Autoren sind sich darüber einig, dass die Leistung mit jedem Anstieg der Muskeltemperatur um 1 °C um 4 % zunehmen kann. Dopo l’apertura anticipata della zona Boè/Colfosco del 30 novembre e la successiva apertura di tutti i collegamenti del comprensorio mercoledì 4 dicembre, la vera e propria festa di apertura si è tenuta sabato 7 con l’Invern Opening Party. Dopo il successo dello scorso anno, si è festeggiato infatti l’inizio della stagione con la festa d’apertura più divertente delle Dolomiti. Per tutto il giorno i rifugi hanno proposto musica dal vivo e piatti tipici da gustare: il Club Moritzino ha ospitato la storica band dei Cenomani, specializzati in crossover, mentre al rifugio Piz Boè ci si è scatenati con un dj set e una degustazione di vini locali. Il rifugio I Tablà già dal primo mattino ha intrattenuto gli ospiti con la musica ladina dei Piz a Ciantun. Dopo lo sci, alle 16.30 è iniziata la seconda parte del party, quella serale. La festa ne “Les Viles” a valle della pista Gran Risa, struttura che ospita una delle Lounge durante il week end della Coppa del Mondo di Sci, è un mix di divertimento e musica. Dopo il consueto après-ski del pomeriggio è susseguito il dj austriaco di Radio Ö3 fino a notte.

Nach der vorzeitigen Eröffnung des Gebiets Boè/Kolfuschg am 30. November und der anschließenden Eröffnung aller Verbindungen in diesem Gebiet am Mittwoch, dem 4. Dezember, fand am Samstag, dem 7. Dezember, die eigentliche Eröffnungsparty mit der Invern Opening Party statt. Nach dem Erfolg des letzten Jahres wurde auch in diesem Jahr der Saisonstart mit der unterhaltsamsten Eröffnungsfeier der Dolomiten gefeiert. Den ganzen Tag boten die Schutzhütten Live-Musik und typische Gerichte zur Verkostung an: Der Club Moritzino war Gastgeber der historischen Band Cenomani, die sich auf Crossover spezialisiert hatte, während es in der Schutzhütte von Piz Boè viel Spaß mit einem DJ-Set und einer Verkostung einheimischer Weine gab. Die Schutzhütte I Tablà unterhielt ihre Gäste schon seit dem frühen Morgen mit der ladinischen Musik von da Piz a Ciantun. Nach dem Skifahren begann um 16.30 Uhr der zweite, abendliche Teil der Party. Die Party im „Les Viles“ unterhalb der Gran Risa-Piste, in der am Wochenende des Skiweltcups eine der Lounges stattfindet, verbindet Spaß und Musik. Dem üblichen Après-Ski am Nachmittag folgte bis in die Nacht der österreichische DJ von Radio Ö3.

After the early opening of the Boè/Colfosco area on 30 November and the subsequent opening of all connections in the area on Wednesday, 4 December, the real opening party was held on Saturday 7 with the Invern Opening Party. After last year's success, the start of the season was celebrated with the most entertaining opening party of the Dolomites. Throughout the day, shelters offered live music and a taste of typical dishes: Club Moritzino hosted the historic Cenomani band, specialising in crossovers, while the Piz Boè shelter was throwing a major party with a DJ set and local wine tasting. The I Tablà shelter entertained guests with the Piz a Ciantun playing Ladin music from the early morning. After skiing, the evening party began at 4.30 p.m. The party in "Les Viles", downstream of the Gran Risa slope, a facility that houses one of the lounges during the Ski World Cup weekend, is a mix of fun and music. After the usual après-ski in the afternoon, the Austrian Radio Ö3 DJ kept the party going until nighttime.

Am 12. und 13. April findet zum sechsten Mal in Folge auf den Pisten von Alta Badia die Ski Carousel Vintage Party statt. Eine echte Party auf den Skiern im Vintage-Stil.

On April 12-13, the Alta Badia slopes will host the Ski Carousel Vintage Party for the sixth consecutive year. A real Vintage-style ski party.

Domenica 12 aprile le piste da sci e i rifugi aderenti accoglieranno gli amanti del passato, tra piatti della tradizione e abbigliamento di una volta. Dopo la festa di apertura pomeridiana, il divertimento si sposterà nel centro di La Villa, dove verrà presentato per il secondo anno consecutivo, il “Vintage Village”. Poco più di un chilometro chiuso al traffico e immerso negli anni passati. Verrà infatti ricreata l’atmosfera vintage in collaborazione con pub, bar e ristoranti del posto. Non mancherà la musica dal vivo e tanto divertimento tra costumi ed auto d’epoca.

Am Sonntag, dem 12. April, öffnen die Skipisten und Schutzhütten den Geschichteliebhabern ihre Tore und bieten u. a. traditionelle Gerichte und lustige Outfits im Vintage-Stil an. Nach der Eröffnungsparty am Nachmittag zieht der Spaß ins Zentrum von La Villa weiter, wo das „Vintage Village“ zum zweiten Mal in Folge präsentiert wird. Mehr als ein Kilometer der Ortschaft wird für den Verkehr gesperrt und versetzt Sie in die Vergangenheit zurück. Die Vintage-Atmosphäre wird in Zusammenarbeit mit örtlichen Pubs, Bars und Restaurants geschaffen. Live-Musik und viel Spaß zwischen Kostümen und Oldtimern werden nicht fehlen.

Lunedì 13 aprile si apre con l’ormai tradizionale gara di sci in stile Vintage sulla pista “La Para”, dove l’abbigliamento e gli sci dovranno essere rigorosamente pre-anni 90. Lo Ski Carousel Vintage Party proseguirà nelle baite aderenti fino alle 17.00 per concludersi a Corvara con la premiazione e la festa di chiusura! Non c’è modo migliore per salutare la stagione invernale!

Am Montag, dem 13. April, wird das nunmehr traditionelle Skirennen im Vintage-Stil auf der Piste „La Para“ eröffnet. Hier müssen sowohl die Kleidung als auch die Skier verpflichtend aus der Epoche vor den 1990er Jahren stammen. Die Ski Carousel Vintage Party wird in den teilnehmenden Hütten bis 17.00 Uhr fortgesetzt und endet dann in Corvara mit der Siegerehrung und der Abschlussparty! Es gibt gar keine bessere Art, um sich vom Winter zu verabschieden!

On Sunday, 12 April, the ski slopes and shelters will welcome history lovers, including traditional dishes and clothing from yesteryear. Following the afternoon opening party, the fun will move to the centre of La Villa, where the "Vintage Village" will be presented for the second year in a row. Nearly a mile closed to traffic and taken back in time. The vintage atmosphere will be recreated in collaboration with local pubs, bars and restaurants. There will be live music and lots of fun among costumes and vintage cars. Monday, 13 April opens with the now traditional Vintage-style ski race on the “La Para” slope, where clothing and skis must be strictly pre-90s. The Ski Carousel Vintage Party will continue at all participating huts until 5.00 p.m. to end in Corvara, with the award ceremony and the closing party! IN PROGRAMMA PER SABATO 14 DICEMBRE La stagione culinaria con Sciare con gusto sulle piste dell’Alta Badia parte ufficialmente sabato 14 dicembre. In occasione del settimo appuntamento con il tanto atteso Gourmet Skisafari, la cucina stellata verrà portata a 2000m, nel cuore delle Dolomiti. Gli chef stellati partecipanti, delizieranno gli sciatori presso alcune baite, presentando i loro piatti, che, grazie ai prodotti utilizzati, elogiano le eccellenze gastronomiche italiane. Per la realizzazione dei piatti, gli chef si sono infatti ispirati ai migliori prodotti del territorio. Gli sciatori avranno dunque la possibilità di spostarsi sugli sci da una baita all’altra, dove degusteranno le creazioni degli chef. Verranno presentate vere e proprie opere d’arte, non solo per il palato, ma anche per la vista. Ci sarà naturalmente la possibilità di conoscere personalmente gli chef e di farsi raccontare la storia del loro piatto. Il tutto per una prima sciata stagionale all’insegna del gusto. Anlässlich der siebten Ausgabe mit der lang ersehnten Gourmet-Skisafari wird die Sterneküche im Herzen der Dolomiten auf 2000 m Höhe gebracht. Die teilnehmenden Sterneköche werden die Skifahrer in einigen Schutzhütten mit Ihren Köstlichkeiten begeistern und ihre Gerichte präsentieren, die dank der verwendeten Produkte die italienische kulinarische Exzellenz betonen. Bei der Gestaltung der Gerichte haben sich die Köche von den besten lokalen Produkten inspirieren lassen. Die Skifahrer haben somit die Möglichkeit, mit den Skiern von einer Schutzhütte zur anderen zu wechseln, um die Kreationen der Köche zu verkosten. Es werden echte Kunstwerke präsentiert, die nicht nur eine Freude für den Gaumen, sondern auch für das Auge sind. Es besteht natürlich die Möglichkeit, die Köche persönlich kennenzulernen, um sich die Geschichte ihres Gerichts erzählen zu lassen. All das für einen ersten Skilauf im Sinne des Geschmacks zum Auftakt der Saison. SUNRISA: SKIFAHREN BEI SONNENAUFGANG AUF NOCH UNBEFAHRENEN PISTEN VOR EINEM REICHHALTIGEN FRÜHSTÜCK AUF 2000 M Das Skifahren auf einer noch unbefahrenen Piste vor allen anderen ist ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Wenn Sie dies dann im Herzen der zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe zählenden Dolomiten, im Schnee von Alta Badia tun, wo sich einst die besten Athleten des alpinen Ski-Weltcups gegenseitig herausfordern und Sie auf 2000 m Höhe ein exzellentes Frühstück genießen können, gestaltet sich Ihr Erlebnis noch attraktiver. Jede Schutzhütte wird mit einem grundlegenden Lebensmittel des Frühstücks wie Milch, Müsli, Eiern oder Marmelade verbunden. Die verschiedenen angebotenen Gerichte wurden mit der Unterstützung des Ernährungswissenschaftlers Dr. Iader Fabbri zusammengestellt und enthalten die grundlegenden Zutaten für ein richtiges Frühstück. On the seventh edition of the long awaited Gourmet Skisafari, the star-chef cuisine will be brought to 2000m, in the heart of the Dolomites. Participating star chefs will delight skiers at some cabins, presenting their dishes, which praise Italian culinary excellence with the products used. Indeed, all chefs drew inspiration from the best local products to prepare their dishes. Skiers will therefore be able to ski between cabins, where they will enjoy the chefs' creations. These are real works of art: a feast for your eyes and your palate too! Needless to say, you will have the opportunity to meet the chefs personally and listen to the story behind the dish. All this for a first season's skiing in the name of taste. SUNRISA: SKIING AT DAWN ON VIRGIN SLOPES FOLLOWED BY A HEARTY BREAKFAST AT 2000M Skiing on virgin slopes, before everyone else, is a unique experience. And the experience becomes even more appealing if you do so in the heart of UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, on the snows of Alta Badia, right when the best athletes of the Alpine Ski World Cup challenge each other, and where you can enjoy an excellent breakfast at 2000m. On Monday, 23 December, the ski lifts of the plateau between La Villa, Corvara and San Cassiano, open their doors at dawn to offer skiers a view of the sun rise at 2000m and pristine slopes, perfectly prepared overnight by the numerous snowcats active in the area. Optionally, you might consider enjoying a hearty breakfast, based on genuine and healthy products, at the the following shelters: Club Moritzino, Ütia I Tablá, Ütia de Bioch, Ütia Piz Arlara and Ütia Las Vegas. Each shelter will be assigned a basic breakfast item, such as milk, cereals, eggs or jam. The various dishes on offer have been created with the support of the nutritionist Dr. Iader Fabbri and contain the fundamental ingredients for a proper breakfast, certifying the ideal caloric and nutritional contribution of each stage of the breakfast journey as you move between shelters. Skiers will be chaperoned by a few former Ski World Cup athletes.

Dopo il successo delle scorse edizioni, l’Alta Badia ripropone anche nell’inverno 2019/20 “Sommelier in pista”, con lo scopo di valorizzare il connubio fra lo sci e i prodotti d’eccellenza del territorio. Sono sei quest’anno gli appuntamenti, in programma tra dicembre e marzo (17 dicembre, 14 e 28 gennaio, 11 febbraio, 3 e 10 marzo) e prevedono favolose sciate sulle piste dell’Alta Badia, abbinate alla degustazione di alcuni tra i più pregiati vini dell’Alto Adige. I partecipanti saranno accompagnati da un maestro di sci oltre che da un sommelier professionista. Il prezzo delle degustazioni, guida sciistica inclusa, è di 30,00€ a persona. Gli eventi sono organizzati in collaborazione con il Consorzio Vini Alto Adige e l’Associazione Sommelier Alto Adige. WINE SKISAFARI: IL VINO SAFARI SUGLI SCI A 2000 METRI Domenica 22 marzo 2020, l’Alta Badia porta i migliori vini altoatesini in quota per una degustazione esclusiva, la quale si terrà dalle ore 10 alle ore 16.00, presso i rifugi Piz Arlara, Bioch, I Tablà e Pralongià. Si vuole così concludere in bellezza la stagione invernale, dedicata all’enogastronomia. Il costo del biglietto, acquistabile direttamente presso le quattro baite partecipanti, è di 30,00€ a persona e include la degustazione di tutti i vini presenti. L’evento è organizzato da Alta Badia Brand, in collaborazione con IDM (Innovation Development Marketing) e con il sostegno del Consorzio Vini Alto Adige.

Auf diese Weise möchten wir uns mit einem önogastronomischen Event von der Wintersaison verabschieden. Der Preis des Tickets, das direkt in den vier teilnehmenden Schutzhütten erhältlich ist, beträgt 30,00 € pro Person und beinhaltet die Verkostung aller vorhandenen Weine. SOMMELIER ON THE SLOPES Enjoying a selection of the best wines of South Tyrol, offered by two shelter in the Dolomites, UNESCO World Heritage: this unique experience is only available in Alta Badia. After the success of past editions, Alta Badia offers "Sommelier on the slopes" again for the 2019/20 season, with the aim of enhancing the combination of skiing and excellent local products. There are six appointments this year, scheduled between December and March (17 December, 14 and 28 January, 11 February, and 3 and 10 March) and provide fabulous skiing on the slopes of Alta Badia, combined with the tasting of some of the finest wines of South Tyrol. Participants will be accompanied by a ski instructor as well as a professional sommelier. The price of the tastings, including a ski guide, is € 30.00 per person. The events are organised in collaboration with the Alto Adige Wine Consortium and the Alto Adige Sommelier Association. WINE SKISAFARI: WINE SAFARI ON SKIS AT 2000 METERS Sunday, 22 March 2020, Alta Badia brings the best South Tyrolean wines for an exclusive, high-altitude tasting, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Piz Arlara, Bioch, I Tablà and Pralongià shelters. This is how we would like to end the winter season, dedicated to food and wine. The ticket price, which can be purchased directly at the four participating shelters, is € 30.00 per person and includes the tasting of all wines available. The event is organised by Alta Badia Brand, in collaboration with IDM (Innovation Development Marketing) and with the support of the Alto Adige Wine Consortium.

Movimënt, in the heart of Alta Badia, is the ideal place to explore the magic of the Dolomites in summer and discover thousands of new experiences every day.

Ebike, Geocaching, Orienteering, Mountain Bike, attrezzi fitness, scivoli, una grotta dove scovare l’orso e tanti giochi d’acqua per un’estate indimenticabile all’insegna del sano movimento all’aria aperta.

Im Sommer verändern die Movimënt Parks ihr Aussehen, und aus den verschneiten Pisten werden wunderschöne Naturgebiete, die zur Unterhaltung und zur Entspannung der ganzen Familie beitragen. Es warten zahlreiche sportliche Aktivitäten und jede Menge Spielspaß für unvergessliche Tage mit den Menschen, die wir am meisten lieben. Movimënt im Herzen von Alta Badia ist der ideale Ort für all jene, die den Zauber der Dolomiten im Sommer spüren und jeden Tag neue Abenteuer erleben möchten. E-Bike, Geocaching, Orientierungslauf, Mountain Bike, Fitness-Geräte, Rutschen, eine Bärenhöhle und unzählige Wasserspiele sorgen für einen unvergesslichen Sommer mit viel gesunder Bewegung in der frischen Luft.

La stagione estiva a Movimënt inizia il 13 giugno con l’apertura degli impianti di risalita e si conclude il 27 settembre. Tutte le aree Movimënt sono facilmente raggiungibili con le cabinovie Piz La Ila (La Villa), Piz Sorega (San Cassiano), Col Alt e Boé (Corvara) oppure con la seggiovia Pralongià accanto al Golf Club al passo Campolongo.

Die Sommersaison in Movimënt beginnt am 13. Juni mit der Öffnung der Liftanlagen und endet am 27. September. Alle Gebiete des Movimënt sind leicht mit der Kabinenbahn Piz La lla (La Villa), Piz Sorega (Sankt Kassian), Col Alt und Boé (Corvara) oder mit dem Sessellift Pralongià neben dem Golf Club am Campolongo Pass zu erreichen.

The Movimënt summer season begins on 13 June with the opening of the lifts and closes on 27 September. All the Movimënt areas are easily accessible from the Piz La Ila (La Villa), Piz Sorega (San Cassiano), Col Alt and Boé (Corvara) gondolas or the Pralongià chairlift next to the Golf Club on the Campolongo Pass.
