Add Resolution

If your investigation revealsthat a Participant Role is different than reported by the staff member, their detailed information must not be edited but the Role should be changed to match the investigation. The administratorshould also addanynew information uncovered during their investigation in that individual’s Participant(s) Details.

In this example, Mohammad Jones was found to be the Victim after the administrator completed the investigation.

Once you have completed all necessary entries for each participant, select Save, and the Participant(s) Details window will close.

Add Resolution

To add a resolution, select Add Resolution button found at the bottom of Events and Participants section.
