Greetings Brother, I am Brother G. D. Mc Neal, your Eastern Region Parliamentarian. I am writing to advise Brothers of the following opportunity to take an eight week course on Parliamentary Procedure. The class meets every Monday for 2 hours, 7 pm - 9 pm. The Howard County Unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians will host it second “Cram for the Exam.” This 8-week series will prepare you for the NAP 40-question Membership Exam based on Robert’s Rules of Order in Brief 3rd Edition. The series will be held weekly on starting Monday, January 10, 2022.
