Agent Profile Photos
All agents who start with NZSIR require new photos with a professional photographer to use in profile marketing collateral.
Marketing will provide you with details of the company photographer in your region so you can liaise directly and arrange a suitable date and location for the shoot. If you have another preferred photographer you’d like to use, send the contact details to Marketing who can provide a detailed brief together with Photography Guidelines.
Dress code is formal business attire, agents are typically asked to bring two wardrobe changes so photos can be taken in a couple of different settings and with a range of full length, mid-range and sitting shots.

AGENT CARD
Marketing can create an agent card that can be used when prospecting or delivering items to vendors in your farm area. There are two sizing options, either a DL folded to make a greetings card or a half DL which makes a double sided square. Both have space to allow for a personalised message to be written on the card.

NZSIR Merchandise Online Store
Branded merchandise can be ordered via our online store i.e. drink bottles, key rings, thank you cards, presentation boxes, pens etc. To register on the site, simply click on the Sign-up option on the home screen and follow the instructions.
• Orders will require a personal credit card for payment upon check-out
• Staff name badges are funded by NZSIR (1 per person, staff will need to pay for additional name badge orders)
• Items that can be personalised with your contact details include pens, key rings and notepads.

Design Vault
Design Vault is a complimentary design tool developed by SIR Global that allows affiliates to create social media, digital and print collateral using brand approved templates. NZSIR approved social media templates are also available.
HOW DO I USE IT?
The templates in Design Vault can be personalised with listing and agent details, and if a listing is on SIR.com, Design Vault syncs with Dash providing the ability for listing assets to feed into Design Vault templates.
WHERE DO I FIND IT?
Log into your account on www.access.sir.com and in the main menu click on Apps & Tools. There you will find the Design Vault option which will automatically redirect you to the design software to view and personalise templates. If you need guidance on how to use Design Vault, please ask Marketing for a demonstration.
