OEC FIBER

OEC Fiber subscribers rave about exceptional service, internet speed

A

nother month has passed and we are excited to move closer to our goal of providing affordable and reliable high-speed fiber services to all OEC members. We still are in the beginning of the project with a lot ahead of us, but we have a total of 1,600 active subscribers online and enjoying #OECFiberFast internet. In May, we opened four new zones, bringing our total number of open zones to 17. If you are still waiting for OEC Fiber to open your zone, make sure you’re signed up for updates at www. OECFiber.com and stay tuned. We are working extremely quickly and will keep you updated with announcements about your zone as we have them. As always, you can see the areas that are already open for service at www.OECFiber.com/map. Here's what some of the first OEC Fiber subscribers are saying: zz “I got my OEC Fiber internet connected today and I am just pleased beyond words! The techs, Mason and Andrew, were very knowledgeable, respectful, and extremely considerate during the installation process. The install took them no time at all to get it going from start to finish. So tickled that we were some of the first to receive service and will be a customer for many years to come! Thanks so much to OEC, Mason and Andrew! (I forgot to mention that my internet is ridiculously fast!!!!!! 110 Mbps it was reading)” — Dee G., a 100 Mbps residential subscriber zz “My Internet now has Wings! I shoot a lot of photos with a camera that consumes a memory card faster than a frat goes through pizza. When I get home from a long trip, it would often take three 24 hour days to upload my images to the cloud. We just got back from a trip to the Amazon and with our OEC Fiber, all 800 images were uploaded within three hours! Yes, it took about a month to get installed but it's a world of difference better than the ATT U-Verse we used to have. I'm constantly seeing 100Mps downloads AND 100Mps uploads! The OEC techs were great and worked with me to run the wiring exactly where I needed it. The best

part? The price is the same as ATT with four times the speed!” — Michael G., a 100 Mbps residential subscriber zz “Just got OEC Installed a couple weeks ago and here are my thoughts: - Customer service is absolutely fantastic. Same high level of care and service from the electric side, so no surprise there. Having come from AT&T internet, it's wonderful. -With AT&T, I was paying $60/month for 5 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up. OEC Fiber is giving me 1 Gbps both ways (1000 Mbps up and down) for $85/month. Definitely worth it. -Installers are great guys and very knowledgeable in the equipment and technologies they are working with. — a simple reminder — Don't be upset when you get less than 1 Gbps speeds using Wi-Fi. You need hard wired connections to get those speeds. This isn't OEC's fault, it's a limitation of how Wi-Fi works, especially if you have multiple devices connected. I still see speeds of 350-400 Mbps on my phone on Wi-Fi, which is vastly faster than what I got with AT&T. Overall a great value and fantastic service. We are the some of the first neighborhoods to get service and it has been an incredible experience.” — John D., 1 Gbps residential subscriber
