question. What exactly is this energy healing that you do?
Scalar energy is also known as prana, chi, radiant energy, zero point energy, qi, orgone, eloptic energy. After years of experimentation and modification, Tom has developed a technique using scalar energy that will transmute pathogens quickly and painlessly. This technique facilitates the use of photographs of people who desire to have pathogens transmuted in their bodies.
Tom Paladino: I am working with Scalar Energy. It’s not electricity. It’s not of the electromagnetic spectrum. Nickola Tesla was probably considered to be the founding father of Scalar Energy. Many of you have heard of that name, Nickola Tesla, a great scientist.
Tom has participated in clinical trials with a medical institution. In the lab, they watched the pathogens (protozoa) disassemble in front of their eyes. Emboldened by these discoveries, he desires to present the world with the solution for ALL bacterial, fungal, protozoan and viral infections. Matt Connarton: Absolutely. Tom Paladino: Very simply, Scalar Energy is from the sun, from the stars. So, I am working with that perfect energy, Scalar Energy. Some people call it life force energy. From my studies and from what I’ve observed, the electromagnetic spectrum is a derivative from Scalar Energy. So, I am working with the first energy of the universe, so to speak. It’s the life force energy. And with that life force energy, Scalar Energy, you have control over matter. You have control over nature. Matt Connarton: When you say you have power over matter, you have power over energy, can you expand on that a little bit? Tom Paladino: Sure. I have observed thousands of times in my laboratory Scalar Energy is responsible for molecular bonds, whether you call them hydrogen bonds, ionic bonds, atomic bonds, covalent bonds. A Scalar Energy instrument has control over those chemical bonds. And in so doing, I can either assemble matter or disassemble matter with Scalar Energy. This is the consummate control that I’m speaking of. Scalar Energy allows us to control molecular forms, and with that, what can we do? Well, if something’s harmful, we get rid of it. We break it apart. If something’s beneficial, we can assemble it. We can create that geometry, that molecular geometry and indeed create a molecule, create some type of a vitamin or some type of an antioxidant. This is what I’ve observed in practice. We have developed Scalar Energy instruments, and that’s no small doing, and with that in mind, we have now the ability to control physical matter. I want to underscore that. Tom Paladino: On a daily basis, I work with people who have pathogenic infection, viral infection, bacterial infection, fungal infection. Tom Paladino: Precisely. I’ll give you a for instance. We have demonstrated hundreds of times that we can destroy, we can break apart the herpes virus, and it’s always been considered that, if you have the herpes virus, you have it for life. There’s no drug, there’s no modality that’s going to remove the herpes virus from your body.
This is going to be considered a Godsend once the world will acknowledge this energy. In a practical sense, every day, I’m treating people with pathogenic disease. The ability to remove, to eradicate that causative agent of disease, again, the virus, the bacterium or the fungus, that person is cured.
Well, we have demonstrated, again, hundreds of times by way of diagnostic testing that Scalar Energy does indeed break down the molecular structure of the herpes virus. The herpes virus literally falls apart. It disassembles. And the followup diagnostic test prove that there’s no viral load of the herpes virus after we’ve treated people.
Once you no longer have that infectious agent in your body, we break down that infectious agent, that infectious agent ceases to exist. question. The way I destroy a germ is by introducing an actual photograph of the herpes virus, say, into my instrument. Everything is light with the Scalar Energy dimension. Matt Connarton: You mentioned this being a gift from God. Does it matter in terms of a person’s own healing what their beliefs are or maybe their lack of belief? Tom Paladino: What I’m working with is fundamental. It works for everybody. As an example, I frequently treat dogs and cats and horses. People send me photographs of their animals, and those animals enjoy the benefits of Scalar Energy. Obviously, a dog does not understand anything about Scalar Energy. It does heal people and animals regardless of whether you believe in it or not. But, we always have to consider that when people participate in their healing, the healing is accelerated. Many studies have been conducted that healing is indeed accelerated when you participate and when you want to be healed. Matt Connarton: I’m sure there’s skeptics. How do you deal with those folks? Tom Paladino: Those who
are sincere, we have so many diagnostic test that prove that we’re destroying germs, that prove that people are being cured, and those diagnostic tests are now on our website. And these are diagnostic tests from people around the world - Europe, Africa, Asia, North America in which we are proving that a person once had herpes and now they no longer have the herpes virus after the Scalar Energy treatment. We have a study from Africa in which a person had HIV, a viral load, and after the Scalar Energy treatment, there’s no viral load. The HIV virus cannot be detected. We follow up with these people, and a year or two after we’ve treated them, they’re still cured. They’re asymptomatic. They have no symptoms of herpes or cholera or HIV infection. The diagnostic tests really tell the story. We use what is called a polymerase chain reaction test for many of our diagnostic test results, and that’s a very strong test. The Art of Compassion Have you ever found yourself standing in line for a ticket, when someone pushes in front of you saying they’re going to miss their train if they don’t get their ticket quickly? You have two choices, either to be really annoyed and irritated or to show compassion and extend forgiveness. Of course, you don’t know whether they would miss their train or not, as you don’t know their situation … but to extend your forgiveness by trying to put yourself in their shoes, to appreciate their situation is much harder to do. For all you know, they might have young children in daycare or school, and if they miss their train, they won’t be back in time to pick them up. I’m fascinated on a spiritual level that many of us don’t always see that compassion is all about that deep level of connectiveness between ourselves and others. Being able to demonstrate compassion proves that we can push the boundaries of our tolerance and understanding beyond what we believe. It’s worth the time and effort to explore how to push that boundary of understanding further, and with practice it’s possible to become even more compassionate. I find that mindfulness is a simple way to foster more compassion. For over 3,000 years people of all cultures have practiced the art of mindfulness. It’s a state of being that improves your overall emotional well-being by being more present in the moment, and in doing so, increases compassion for yourself and others. The act of mindfulness instills calm – both in the young and old alike. When you start to act mindfully, you become more aware of your feelings, and when those feelings become overpowering or cause you to feel out of control, it’s possible to reign them back and gain a more compassionate perspective – for yourself and others.
JOHN'S LESSON Using exercises to promote mindfulness, it’s possible to teach yourself to be more present in the moment, so that emotions don’t overwhelm you, and you create the space to let compassion in as well. No matter how busy life gets, try and make time for a mindfulness exercise every once in a while. Here is one simple mindfulness exercise, which I just call my; mindful walking exercise. It’s really quite simple and you can do it, like I do when I walk my dog. Just schedule some time to take a walk, and as your stroll through your neighborhood, woods, or the countryside, try and notice things you haven’t noticed before, things that you’ve just not paid attention to. Notice the textures, the colors, the shapes and sounds. As you’re doing this, don’t make any noise yourself, don’t talk, listen to music … just absorb. Let all the sounds, colors, textures fill your mind and senses for a few minutes so your total consciousness is focused on where you are and what you’re noticing. It’s simple! You’ll be amazed how you feel after as well as a sense of space in your mind. Live a Soul-filled life!

Mindfulness is a way that can help us realize this, and these five suggested behaviors may empower us to learn how to be more present, more aware, Kinder and receptive to our feelings and the reality around us. We should point out that, when we speak of happiness, we realize that It depends on our personal dedication to achieve it. Hence Happiness is not a product of Fate. Changes start happening when we gradually train our mind to be more perceptive, more engaged on what is happening around us, and allow us to be present in the now.Mindfulness allow us to be maleable, fluid and adaptable. Our Greatest enemy that prevents us from crossing these thresholds of opportunity is unquestionably
the “wandering mind.” Through some studies, scholars concluded that we spend about 30 to 40% of our time in the “autopilot” behavior. This type of behavior commonly induces us to let our happiness to be the result of Fate. It is like to live a routine life where we become mere passengers rather than commanders-inchief is like leaving our own joy in the hands of fate. This is not the most appropriate. We offer you the suggested changes to include in your daily life these five keys to see fast and direct results 1. live in different realities, with different backgrounds and coping mechanisms, Adopting this humble attitude will allow you to have an entirely different perspective on unity in diversity. 3. Practice being Present and being Receptive at all times. Learn to be a good listener. The Secret of listening is to listen to understand, not to respond. The Good listener will hear with its heart. In doing this, you will be able to control the mental chatter that goes on in the background of your mind. Try to slow the pace of your life, stop and breathe regularly. Be a single-tasker, this will help you manage your time better, as well. To live a more mindful life, you may need to learn to
apply appropriate mental filters and focus all your personal energies and resources on that life purpose you have in mind. 4. Change your focus from “I HAVE TO BE” to the mindful practice of the “I AM.” We spend most of our lives trying to be what others expect of us to be. We strive to please, to be what others want, despite our internal guidance and our real goals in life. This attitude tends to create needless suffering, lack of joy and undoubtedly, and misery. 5. Start Practicing the attitude of acceptance The Practicing of acceptance does not necessarily translate on abandoning our principals, nor it means surrendering ourselves and our ideas to the ebbs in our lives.
It means, accepting ourselves and our present emotions. Acceptance and Tolerance also allow us to understand realities alien to ourselves and to respect them. To be mindful is to speak the language of the heart where tolerance and understanding are combined. Mindfulness is the best way to approach fuller and more authentic happiness. Do not hesitate to take advantage of their tools in allowing yourself to be guided by experts in the field. Training is always the most straightforward and most practical way to achieve direct results in a short time. Only Through the understanding of our feelings and perception will we be able to ignite significant change in our lives

I’m old enough to remember life before email. Nowadays we have to deal with both email and regular mail. To stay organized and de-clutter, the “Touch Once” concept dictates that you deal with your regular paper mail immediately instead of allowing letters and junk mail

to pile up somewhere in your house or office. Instead of procrastinating or shuffling the mail from one pile to the next, you touch it once and decide right then and there what to do with it. Some people don’t even let the junk mail into the house, taking the junk mail from the mailbox directly to the outdoor trash cans. If you are the type of person who cuts coupons and wants to look at the junk mail, then I recommend that it at least go in a special location for that purpose. One needs to then make sure they deal with the junk mail on a weekly basis. Let your weekly Trash Pick Up day be your incentive. With the Touch Once policy, the bills would be placed in one folder (to be dealt with weekly or monthly), other correspondence in another folder. You need a filing system so that you can take action on anything with a deadline (like a bill) or an expiration date. When I get my Bed Bath and Beyond coupons in the mail, they go directly next to my purse so that I can put them in the glove compartment the next time I go to my car. I may have taken the Touch Once principle to the extreme in that I pay a bill the day I get it instead of doing all my bills at the same time. I personally just like to get the bill off my desk and not have to look at it again. I don’t like seeing bills! Many of you may be laughing at this practice since so many people pay their bills online and have gone paperless a long time ago. And the ultimate would be the auto-pay options for many bills. Let the computers pay your bills! That said, many people from my generation are still a little skittish about auto-bill paying. If you ever got caught up in one of those multi-level marketing products where you were put on a monthly bill/ delivery program without your permission, you know it is not always easy to get off the autobill merry-go-round. for moving your emails into different folders and look at the urgent ones first, and other communications can go in a WHENEVER file. These days, our emails are a mixture of personal and social exchanges, as well as junk, and real business-related communications altogether. I used to have a Touch Once policy with my emails, which I thought was efficient, but later changed my practices. I used to think that I will just deal with each email as I open it and that included a lot of deleting. But I would also feel compelled to answer all emails immediately when really very few are urgent. I wanted to get these emails “out of my hair” and over with. This ultimately became obvious that the Touch Once policy was sabotaging my time management. I found myself answering all emails in the morning whether or not urgent, and then not having enough time to exercise before leaving to see a client. I was actually letting the email control me. Now I show some restraint. I delete all the junk mail, but then qualify the business and social emails into sub-categories. Business emails are read or Omtimes.com
scanned right away in the morning. But if it is not a new client inquiry or something urgent from an existing client, then it can wait for a more convenient time to answer. There is a whole psychology to waiting until the end of the day to answer the emails and when tired. You might be briefer at the end of the day when you’ve got 30 emails to respond to, as opposed to answering each one the minute they come in and probably spending too long on each one. I thought this was a relevant topic to cover because cyberclutter can sabotage our time and quality of life as much as paper clutter. And it is fair to say that a lot of people who struggle with clutter and time management could have some compulsive behaviors to conquer. You’ll often hear me say, if you wake up in the morning and have blood running in your veins, you’re in business. And what you can achieve in business is often beyond what this world would regard as ‘rational.’ Rationality and irrationality are very misunderstood

concepts, especially when it comes to business. Contrary to what we tend to believe, being irrational is actually a gift that allows your business to become more successful. Most people try to achieve in business by emulating successful people or repeating what has worked in the past. That’s being
totally rational. The trouble is, when you replicate what’s already been done, you fail to acknowledge whether or not it will actually work for you now, and you limit your ability to recognize other – greater – possibilities. Being rational also means you build your business purely based on facts and figures. Rationality is based on judgment; always looking for what’s right or wrong. You’re trying to prove why your choices are smart, why they will work or why they should have worked. In doing so, you become locked into the mindset of projections and expectations. You prevent your business from expanding and becoming more successful in all the irrational ways it can. To be truly rich and successful with your business, you have to be irrational. This means choosing options and following opportunities that don’t actually exist yet. When you are irrational in business, it doesn’t mean you want to totally ignore all the successful people and businesses around you. Ask
successful people you know about the choices they made that enhance their business. If a particular business grabs your attention, research more about the actions and decisions that led to their success. Then, ask yourself how you can take what you’ve learned and allowed it to contribute to your business in irrational ways. What parts work for you and what doesn’t? What else can you do with the information that allows it to work for you? Irrationality is not disregarding the bits and pieces of other peoples’ choices that appeal to you; it’s willing to know what works for you and your business even when it doesn’t make rational sense. It’s the gift of creating based on what you instinctively know. The power of the question To function from irrationality, you have to give up believing you have (or can find) the answers to everything, and start asking questions. Questions will give you more control than anything. They allow you to go beyond everything you’ve seen or been told, to instead choose from knowing what actually Omtimes.com
works for you. There are several questions you can ask, to help you tap into the gift of irrationality. These include: Does this actually work for me and my business? Is it a contribution? The world will tell you to look for the reason things are, or aren’t, working. However, you don’t need ‘rational’ reasons or justifications in order to know what’s best for your business – just ask the question and check to see if your instinctive response is ‘yes’ or ‘no’. When you follow your instinctive knowing, you no longer base your current decisions on things you’ve already done or chosen. The decision is based on what you know now. This is living from a yes/no universe. Things either work or they don’t, without an explanation. Most people are trying to figure out why, or how, or what everything is going to look like. When you’re willing to let go of all that, you open your mind to the possibility. A yes/no universe will give you the greatest freedom in business, and all aspects of your life.

What is the most irrational thing I could choose with this? The most irrational thing is something that doesn’t exist yet. It’s a possibility you can’t get to with logic and reason, and it’s greater than anything you could rationally conclude. The world will tell you-you’re wrong for operating this way, but who cares. This is your life and your business. Letting go of the need to rationalize is the gift of all different levels of possibilities. Asking questions will give you more awareness. What other possibilities are available that I’ve not yet instituted? With questions, you’re going beyond the box and judgments of what you can do, into a whole different place of choice and possibility. It’s not always a comfortable place to be, but it is where true success actually exists. What else or who else can I add to my business today? Many people already feel too overwhelmed to consider adding something else. They can’t imagine how or why they would invite even more to manage. What you might add can be
anything. Maybe you require a new pen that you really like or an app to help you be more organized. Or perhaps hiring someone who can take over marketing will free up time for you to work on other projects that allow your business to grow in fun and exciting ways. You have to be willing to ask the question and know what will work for you without conclusion. What will it take to create this? It’s not useful to ask how something can or will happen. How questions lock you into the old habit of looking at facts, figures, and conclusions. They’re not based on possibility. Instead, build a vision of what you require, and then ask What will it take to create this? Does being totally irrational and living in a yes/no universe mean that every choice you make will create success? No, it doesn’t. What it does give you is the awareness that you can ask again, and choose again. Just because something didn’t work doesn’t mean it’s time to give up. The rational response would be to quit, go get a good safe job and settle down. What if you could receive the gift of the failure and
ask what you need to do or be to create something different? Every choice gives you more awareness of what else you can ask or choose. When you’re willing to give up all your fixed points of view about what creates a successful business, a wide range of new possibilities are available. If you weren’t using your rational mind, what could the gift of being irrational to create? They could be beyond your wildest dreams. Parenting is the hardest job in the world, and I see parents as heroes, sacrificing much of their own comfort and happiness for the sake of their children’s well-being. It’s easy to criticize parents for not being perfect but what would be more helpful would be

some constructive tips on how to maximize their skills for the best possible outcomes. One of the sadder things I’ve witnessed in my years as a psychotherapist is the parent who loves their kids, but somehow, these kids still grow up with considerable emotional wounds. It’s understandable to me that abusive or neglectful parents would end up with emotionally wounded children, but loving parents? That seems contradictory. The explanation is this: a parent who carries emotional wounds from their own childhood trauma will inadvertently pass on their dysfunctional coping strategies to their children. This is because our children learn from us in three ways: how we treat them; what we teach them, and what we model to them. We can treat our children with love and affection. We can give them the best guidance and advice, but if we don’t believe in ourselves, if we’re extremely self-critical, or if we have serious addictions or other problems our kids can take after us in the negative things even more than
in the positive ones. Sadly, childhood trauma goes so deep that even the strongest love for our children won’t prevent the wounds of the past from affecting them; most especially if we’re unaware of what’s happening, and we don’t intervene. I’ve seen this outcome in my practice far too often to think that it’s some strange aberration. Love and guidance are absolute necessities for raising happy, healthy, successful kids but they’re not enough. If a parent wants to ensure a bright future for their kids, they need to add one additional ingredient to the mix: self-love. Children unconsciously internalize their parents’ selfregard. A confident, self-loving parent is far more likely to have confident, self-loving kids than an insecure, self-critical parent, even if the latter parent adores their kids. Having observed both sides of the story, or the adverse effects on a child when a parent hasn’t dealt with their emotional wounds and the positive effects of a parent sorting out their issues before it’s too late. I’ve come to see the importance of examining our own emotional wounds when embarking upon the wonderful and daunting task of parenting.
I’ve worked with many parents and parents-to-be over the years, and I’ve seen how healing from their childhood trauma and developing more self-love has made an enormous impact on how their children grow up. Doing therapy as a young parent or better yet, before becoming a parent is a key factor in preventing future difficulties in one’s kids. I’ve also seen the opposite scenario, where a person with grown kids looks back and realizes how their emotional wounds adversely affected their kids’ emotional development. These unfortunate individuals didn’t realize in time that they had such deep wounds; they

It might seem far-fetched to some people, but I would recommend that everyone considering being a parent or anyone whose kids are still young should attend a few sessions with a psychotherapist if only to reassure themselves that they aren’t harboring any unconscious emotional wounds. If they do discover that there’s something that they’re sitting on, this would be the perfect opportunity to resolve these emotional wounds before the wounds can adversely affect their children or future children.
Some signs are indicating that you might be carrying emotional wounds; for example, if you’re suffering from depression or anxiety. These conditions may be genetic, but they can also arise out of emotional trauma. Other signs of emotional wounds from past trauma include any addictions that cause problems in your personal, financial or professional life or any longterm bad habits like watching too much TV or going to bed too late. Other signs are a sleep disorder, an eating disorder or ongoing problems with money. You could have a long history of low self-esteem, ongoing interpersonal difficulties or the feeling that you’re not fulfilling your potential. You might feel chronically stuck or blocked in your work or your creativity, or you might be pessimistic or cynical, extremely self-critical or very judgmental toward others. You could be moody and easily upset, or hypersensitive to criticism or rejection. You could be easily angered or extremely
control. You could have a chronically messy home or be way behind on your taxes. Some people have ongoing physical problems that doctors find it hard to understand or treat, including fatigue, pain or digestive disturbances. If any of these above signs are familiar to you, you may have a history of childhood trauma that you’re not consciously aware of. It isn’t surprising that this trauma is often unconscious, as our natural psychological defense mechanisms protect us by blocking out many of our painful memories. Being unaware of your childhood trauma is a common phenomenon, so not knowing about it doesn’t mean that it didn’t happen. And because of this, it might be a good idea, especially if you can relate to any of the above signs, to see a psychotherapist ASAP if you have kids or you’re considering having kids. It’s just one more way to ensure that you’re the best parent you can be.

There is no compassion that exists in a sleeping human being, in unconscious relationship, except for the fallacious compassion we express in order to make ourselves feel like we’re compassionate. They lock themselves more and more into their own worlds, isolate themselves and dodge. Depending on the couple, this can cause strong fights for the smallest reasons. It is also a source of silence, boredom, and lack of interest in being together. Showing up alone at a big event can make a person feel like everyone’s staring, wondering why you’re the only single there. You could feel embarrassed, maybe even like a bit of a loser. Some people can be pushed to take desperate measures. These individuals might not be interested in starting a relationship, but they’re superkeen to find a date for their upcoming summer events. Fortunately for these desperate individuals, all they have to do is click or swipe on their favorite online site and bingo, they’re set up with a suitable date for the backyard barbecue or the banquet hall reception. Think of it as on-demand dating. An individual has a specific need, they check
out what’s available, and they choose from the most attractive options. It’s online shopping, but for people. When it comes to ondemand dating, the person looking for a date has only one thing in mind: to avoid the unpleasantness and/or embarrassment of showing up to their summer events unaccompanied. Since they aren’t looking for an actual relationship, they’re not interested in getting to know the other person on any meaningful level. And the expiry date for such an arrangement would be at the latest, Labor Day weekend. The person being chosen as the on-demand date is in an awkward situation. More often than not, the individual who sought them out wasn’t honest about what they were looking for. This is unfair, but the on-demand dater isn’t focused on ethical concerns; they just want to avoid showing up unaccompanied

to the summer parties. They’re not going to be upfront if it means narrowing down the pool of available options. Here’s how on-demand dating works: If the first event goes well, the ondemand dater will bring their new companion to all their remaining summer events. They’ll attend the weddings, reunions and pool parties, with one of them thinking that they’re building a real romance. What a shock it will be for this person when they’re summarily discarded as soon as the sun sets on that last long weekend. You might think that ondemand dating is a rare occurrence, but in fact, it’s become rather common. If you don’t want to end up being dumped when party season is over, here’s a tip for avoiding this type of arrangement. Assume that you’ve been chosen as someone’s ondemand summer romance

If your new friend is all excited about taking you to a June wedding or a July barbecue, you’re safe to assume that you’re only along for the ride. You can expect the “relationship” to be over by the time you’re ready to pack away your summer shoes. Sad to say, this has become the era of transactional interactions. By this I mean that many folks out there are seeing other people as commodities; objects for their consumption rather than human beings to care about, respect and treat with consideration. Something has shifted in the human psyche, and we’re less inclined to seek out intimate connections and more inclined to view other people regarding what they might offer us. It’s sad because this leads to empty, meaningless interactions where nobody
gets what they want. Aside from dehumanizing the person chosen as an ondemand summer date, it’s fundamentally dishonest. Who really wants to start a new relationship, only to discover that they were being used, essentially, as an unpaid escort? It’s unfair and immoral to take advantage of someone for the summer, only to dump them when party season winds down. If the couple is sleeping together, it makes it even creepier. The on-demand dater figures, “Why not enjoy all the perks of this summer romance?” The other person is thinking, “I’m starting a serious relationship!” In my mind, on-demand dating is a lose-lose proposition. The person seeking an on-demand summer romance wants a suitable “object” to exploit. The sad truth is that the ondemand dater fails to discover
what a great person their summer date is. They miss out on getting to know someone who might actually make them feel happy and fulfilled. The person being chosen as the on-demand date has been reduced to the status of a fun summer hat. I can’t imagine how this could be good for their self-esteem, or how it will make them feel about venturing into romantic territory again, come September. A person should be more valuable than an accessory, but on-demand summer romance reduces the other person to that status: fun to use for the season and easily discarded in the fall. Everybody loses, though, when we see other human beings as things to consume rather than individuals with whom to form meaningful connections. On-demand dating might be convenient for some, but it’s not good for anyone.

Initiation expands your identity beyond “me” to “me, as part of the we that has always been and always will be.” A spiritual initiation ushers in what has been called rebirth, enlightenment, or a peak experience.
But the idea of archetypal forces is actually not unique to Jung. There are similar concepts in ancient wisdom traditions. Indigenous medicine men and women of old as well as shamans of today believe we are all connected to each other and to all that exists, and that energies in forms such as spirit animals affect our very being.
Humans naturally yearn to reconnect with their sacred nature and realize they are not confined to one particular time and physical body, but eternal spiritual beings that are connected to all other beings, to the cosmos, and to all consciousness. This longing may be thought of as a quest for connection and belonging, for purpose and for healing. Initiation takes place within our minds but also within the great mind of the cosmos. In the early twentieth century, Carl Jung identified a collective unconscious, of which we are all a part and which we all contain within us. He also identified the existence of archetypes, the energies that influence
You might think of initiation as being a shift in experiencing a great matrix that intertwines all of creation, and which consists of energy and consciousness. Imagine that you, like everyone, is just one expression of this creative, divine force. An initiation reminds you of your connection to the matrix and permanently expands your ways of seeing and operating in your everyday life. Initiations can take various forms. consciously invite Source to initiate you, opening yourself to whatever form and timing the initiation might take. Initiation might also happen to you serendipitously, such as by a dream or chance encounter. Then, focus on the sensation of your breathing until you feel yourself relaxing. Next, cleanse your energy field: Imagine that as you inhale, you are bringing in a brilliant light that infuses your body and the space around it. of your body or your personal energy field. Make yourself an empty vessel that is as clear and as receptive as possible to receive the transmission of initiatory energy. Another way to open sacred space is to say a prayer of invocation, calling on Source, Spirit, or God to help you achieve your intention—in this case, to experience your spiritual nature and become open to transformation. The invocation acknowledges that you are consciously setting an intention to experience the numinous. Opening sacred space by invoking Source is a way to connect with and honor the vibratory, energetic essence of the universe and all that is in it, including yourself. You can also call on energies from the world of the sacred—including the forces of nature, renewal, infinity, timeless connections to spiritual
beings, and new possibilities—to help you experience a spiritual transformation. You might experience a very intense, profound shift as you open up to initiation, or the experience might be quite subtle as you sense that you are being filled with replenishing, cleansing energy. It may take more than one session to feel an intense opening and reconnect with your energetic, spiritual nature. After you have opened yourself to initiatory energy and remained present long enough to feel an energetic shift, your intuition will tell you when it’s time to close sacred space. Thank Source for working with you. No matter the method of initiation, ultimately it is Source who initiates us into a new frequency of being. A true initiation facilitates greater awareness and connection to Source so that you can live your life more fully and be energetically attuned with nature and Source. it’s also what we don’t say or show. The light and shadow of all spots exist. We can see how both are gifts once we explore their connection to what attracted us in the first place. Mom, she put her feet on my side of the couch! Mom, she put her game on my side of the car! Mom, she won’t get out of my room! Claiming our spot, putting a stake in the ground, identifying the perimeter lines, we do this to state our presence, our value, but we also do this to feel safe, and to know what area to guard, to protect, and to have something we own that we can design and create to express ourselves from. Our spot has a relationship to our identity. It’s where we feel comfortable, where we retreat to, where we operate from. It’s also where others recognize us. People connect us to the
“spot” we choose in life. We often recognize someone at their work or in a uniform or driving a certain color car however when we run into them outside of those familiar places and “spots” we look right past them. We also do this when we change our external look including our attitudes. We can feel and appear to others as very different people when we are stressed compared to when we are relaxed or having fun. But what happens when we are told that we can’t have the spot we want? What happens when we are guilted from or punished for expressing which spot feels right to us? When my sister and I were growing up we both loved our toys, as most children do, we had our favorites of course but to make things

easier for gift purchasing from friends and family members my sister and I were…well more than encouraged… to choose “our thing.” My sister chooses cats first, and when I chose cats as well, I was quickly told that I could not. I was told to pick something else, that there were lots of themes of toys and collectibles but cats were not an option and that they were my sister’s choice. This devastated me and seemed utterly unfair because I loved cats and they were my choice. At first, I cried and was sad, but then I got angry and started questioning in a very pushy and disobedient way. “Why can’t I love cats to!?” “Why can’t we share that spot?” I demanded a response that I could deem acceptable. I wasn’t prepared for the answer my parents gave me. I was told that there would be competition in the cat

collecting and the gift receiving and that my sister would feel bad every time I got a new stuffed cat toy or cat figurine or a shirt with a cat on it. This answer stopped me in my tracks. I was defeated by guilt and my sensitive nature to never want to hurt my sister. I was made aware of the potential pain that I could be responsible for causing my sister, and that was unacceptable to me, so I chose the giraffe. I chose the giraffe because I thought it was the oddest looking animal and no one else would ever choose it, and so I’d never hurt anyone by receiving giraffe toys. There would be no blaming me for someone else’s pain, and so I stepped out of my “spot” and denied my true identity. But did I really deny my true identity? Years later I
question that belief and have explored it thoroughly since. After choosing the giraffe and truly falling in love with the gorgeous animal, and later even realizing how much the giraffe and I had in common with our long necks and love of eating greens, I realized that part of my true identity was that I would sacrifice. As I do a life review now, I see that compassion plays a major role in my identity wheel. I also see how every characteristic of identity has a beaming light from it as well as a shadow. The shadow for me is that while I am grateful for having compassion, I must at the same time be aware and mindful that I do not lose myself. That I do not give away my spot but that I can share it just like my love for cats. Looking at each of our own lives, what spots have we
chosen? Which spots are we protecting and what are the shadows of those spots? The light and the shadows of all our spots are beautiful gifts and being able to express from both sides will allow for deep and expansive growth and help us to see that no one can ever truly steal our spot. In today’s world, the readily available time has become infrequent. It is no longer possible to clean floors leaving them as a mirror, nor to keep the four corners of the house sparkling shining. Having someone to do the housework is a luxury that just a few can afford, and spending time in the house doing housework is not that easy now. But, this does not mean that everything in our life and house must be turned upside down. It is possible to keep a basically tidy space, without the need to invest much time in it. One of the first causes of the mess is that you may not have sorted objects well, so many things do not have a definite place on where they should be. It is essential to analyze what types of objects we have at home or in the office, to form categories or groups of objects and to define where each group should be stored. Office supplies should have their place, as should medicines, papers, books, notebooks, umbrellas, etc. You might have to create
more than one place to store the same category of objects if there are many in numbers. The next step is to work your mind to prepare to make room for new things. It is a lesson on letting go of feelings, you no longer need when you let go of objects you don’t use. If you keep things you no longer need or keep stuff by merely preserving them, it will be impossible to advance in your new projects and intentions. It is necessary to discard everything that is no longer necessary. What you did not use the previous year should be donated or discarded. Convince yourself that cleaning your home is also to cleanse your mind, cleanse the environment, cleanse your life.
