Mother Earth Speaks By PATRICK PITTMAN
andana Shiva is an Indian scholar, environmental activist, food sovereignty advocate, and alterglobalization author. Vandana Shiva, currently based in Delhi, has authored more than twenty books. She is one of the leaders and board members of the International Forum on Globalization (along with Jerry Mander, Ralph Nader, and Jeremy Rifkin), and a figure of the global solidarity movement known as the alter-globalization movement. She has argued for the wisdom of many traditional practices, that draws upon India's Vedic heritage. She is a member of the scientific committee of the Fundacion IDEAS, Spain's Socialist Party's think tank. She is also a member of the International Organization for a Participatory Society. She received the Right Livelihood Award in 1993, an honor known as an "Alternative Nobel Prize".
PATRICK PITTMAN: You talk of Climate change, food security, oil supply, the politics of water, biotech—when considered separately, these issues seem too vast to tackle in a single life or body of work, but is there something unifying that defines a mission for you across all of it? VANDANA SHIVA: Well, I see a deep connection between climate change and agriculture. At least forty percent of greenhouse gas emissions are coming from agriculture, and agriculture is most vulnerable to the impact of climate instability. We are witnessing it in India right now and in the United States.

The solution to climate problems of instability and predictability, as well as the food crisis, is ecological agriculture. Feed the soil with organic matter; it’ll allow you to go through a drought. It’ll also reduce emissions. It’ll give you more food. PATRICK PITTMAN: Amongst all of your work, across all of these issues, in the end, it comes back to a consistent solution of seed-to-soil food production.
VANDANA SHIVA: Yes. You know, at the basis of all of this is a certain kind of thinkingMechanistic thinking. The idea that the world is a machine, and you could break it down and fix it back, and everything will go on. Linked to that is a particular idea of the economy—that it must be industrial, that it depends on fossil fuels. Now, there are hundreds of ways to produce; humanity existed long before fossil fuels came into our economy, and growth is a mismeasure. All it does measure is how fast you can destroy your natural endowments; how fast you can destroy your society to commodify and commercialize. That growth train eventually stops; we’ve seen it stop in Europe; we’ve seen it stop in the US. Brazil, India, and China were kept up as the poster children for growth. The BRICs. We were turned into bricks! We were called ‘emerging countries. Now we’re grinding to a halt! In Brazil, there’s only two percent growth. In India, five percent. So, this whole ‘making growth the objective,’ which is nothing but the destruction of society and nature, it must end. O M T I M E S

PATRICK PITTMAN: To reclaim sanity, you begin with what is available to you. You can’t change the minds of those who become billionaires. VANDANA SHIVA: You can’t change the minds of governments who think this is the way to go. You begin with your back yard. You begin with the pot on your balcony. PATRICK PITTMAN: You were trained as a physicist, but you’re a long way from that these days. Was there a moment of awakening, or were you always fighting? VANDANA SHIVA: Well, you know, I became a physicist A, because I wanted to understand the world, and, B, Einstein was my inspiration. I went to a school where they didn’t teach physics, but I found ways to learn physics, and eventually went into the foundations of quantum theory. I didn’t stop doing that work because it bored me; I didn’t stop doing that work because I’d had enough. If I moved out of my preoccupation with the foundations of quantum theory, which I thoroughly enjoyed, it was really for two reasons. I’d become involved with the Chipko movement while I was a student. So, I hadn’t given up physics at that time. But, as a result of doing ecology on the side, working with movements, every vacation for me was a vacation where I participated in and volunteered with movements like Chipko. At the end of it I was writing a lot and doing studies for fun, and hobby, and service. Those started to create this identity of me as a so-called ‘environmental expert,’ and the government started to commission studies, and those studies turned into saving entire ecosystems.

/ 25 My mother had given up official work and became a farmer and was much freer. Wherever my father got posted, she would seek out the best poets, the best activists, the best social workers, it was wonderful. So those were the kind of people who surrounded us as we were growing up.

PATRICK PITTMAN: Now you’re often referred to, even on your book blurbs, as a “radical” scientist. It always strikes me as interesting when people preaching very traditional and old ways of engaging with the earth refer to themselves as “radical.” But what does it mean to you to be radical in science? VANDANA SHIVA: Well, look at the roots. I mean, the word “radical” comes from the roots. So, for me, a radical scientist is one who’s rooted in actual knowledge, truth, and independence. And for that reason, is also rooted in the knowledge that has lasted, and all knowledge that has lasted is the knowledge that makes us recognize interconnections.
PATRICK PITTMAN: People started to take notice of your work on a global level with your work on seed politics, and Monsanto, round about the same time as the World Trade Organization was kicking into gear. VANDANA SHIVA: Yeah, but you know, I got exposed to this in 1987; because of my book on the Green Revolution , I was invited to an early meeting on biotechnology long before there was commercialization. The industry laid out its plan, and the plan was threefold. You’ve got to genetically modify to take patents because we can’t just go and say, ‘The seed is my invention,’ you’ve got to do something to it to make it look different. So genetic engineering was the gateway to what they wanted. Patenting so they could collect royalties. And they wanted this on a global scale. So, they wanted the WTO to impose these rules of patenting worldwide. 1987 is when I started saving seeds and started Navdanya. Of course, there was no law on paper by then, but the agenda of the corporations was there. 1991 was when we got the leaked draft of what became the WTO, the Dunkel Draft Text, it was called. And we called it the DDT. I started traveling the country explaining this to farmers and built up a movement. There has been a redefinition of who is the creator, the owner, of this planet, and its beautiful diversity of life. I don’t think there’s been any tectonic shift as deep as that, and most people didn’t even notice it.
PATRICK PITTMAN: A couple of Years ago, you were at the UN in New York for a discussion on Bhutan’s Happiness Index. I find that very interesting—let’s look at another way to measure the success of a country that’s not economic growth. They’re doing some interesting stuff there.
VANDANA SHIVA: They are. Very courageous stuff. Years ago, the prime minister invited me for a conference. I delayed my trip to Copenhagen for two days just to do this meeting in Bhutan. I’d done my book, Soil Not Oil; we’d just finished the study on the Himalayas, “Climate Change at the Third Pole.” So, I talked of all this and then the prime minister asked me to come back and help the transition to a 100 percent organic Bhutan. As he wrote in his letter, “The only way we’ll grow happiness in a society which is largely agriculture is by growing organic.” From our experience, he could see what the Green Revolution has brought. A quarter million farm suicides. Cancer; there’s a cancer train that runs out of Punjab every night. Water is gone, poison everywhere. And he doesn’t want to see Bhutan that way. Bhutan always talks of happiness and well-being. And well-being very clearly is another way of measuring the economy.
PATRICK PITTMAN: You won the Sydney Peace Prize a few years ago. I wonder if you could talk for a moment about the link between your work and what that means for the building of peace in the world. VANDANA SHIVA: I started working in organics in 1984. As I said, Bhopal had happened, Punjab had happened. These were both huge incidents of violence; in Bhopal, thousands had been killed in one night. And in Punjab, thirty thousand had been killed in extremist violence. That’s when I started to study the Green Revolution. So, the very roots of my engagement with organic farming begin with a search for a solution that is non-violent. For me, organic has always been about peacemaking with the earth — peace-making for people. Why should people be dying of cancer? Why should farmers be committing suicide? Why should we, if we are angry, take guns and shoot each other? Peace has quite clearly been the motivating factor for me to do all this, both peace with the earth and peace among people.
JULY B | OMTIMES MAGAZINE
PATRICK PITTMAN: You’ve come back a Look magazine fewOct times • 2019 in what you’ve been talking about to the tragedy of the farmer suicides in India over the last fifteen years. When did this phenomenon become noticeable to you?
EXPLORING THE CULTURE OF THE MIDDLE EAST
VANDANA SHIVA: It started in 1997. I rushed down to study the first one in Andhra Pradesh, a young man who grew food crops. He was told he’d be rich with this From hybrid cotton. He borrowed heavily to we food, to monumental structures, get the seeds. Borrowed heavily to drill a cultureheavily of the for middle tubeabout well. the Borrowed the east chemicals. He couldn’t pay back. He committed suicide. He used to grow food, and he was never in debt before that. That was the first study we did. And we’ve monitored it since then. Most of the suicides are in the cotton belt. Most of the cotton is now genetically modified cotton, Monsanto’s cotton. Now, while the trend is so very clear—that the suicides are because of debt, the debt is because of the cost of seed and chemicals, and this cost is extremely high in the cotton areas—every year there’s a fake study that is floated by Monsanto. I’ve done this work long enough to know who speaks for them, which scientist does their studies, which so-called “farmers’ union” puts out a study. There’s one new one saying, ‘Oh, the indicator that this has done well is the higher levels of consumer expenditure.’ It’s all so manipulated. And those who don’t know get impressed and say, ‘Oh, there’s a debate.’ There’s no debate. There are lies versus truth. There’s never a debate between lies versus truth!
PATRICK PITTMAN: So, to your mind, / 25 with those things in mind, there are no issues with small scale diverse farm production scaling to feed not just India’s population, but also the vast cities and metropolises of the world. Do you believe you can feed a world to that level without industrial agriculture?
VANDANA SHIVA: Well, India’s feeding itself with small farms. Eighty percent of world’s food is not coming from the learnthe more monoculture agribusiness farms controlled by the dominant cultures of the world. Eighty percent of the food comes from small farms. So, when we consider scaling up of the small farms, for me, scaling it up is not destroying the small farm to make the large farm — not destroying the biodiversity to make the monoculture. But taking those large farms and turning them into bio-diverse farms. That is the scaling up we need.
The Middle East is a transcontinental region centered on Western Asia and Egypt.

So, we’ve started the Seeds of Freedom campaign, a global movement. And what I want to do over the next three years—I don’t know what the outcome will be, but I feel the imperative to do it—is that the issue of patenting gets understood by a lot more people. So that a lot more people start to realize that this is so wrong and start to take actions. Not just the farmer who was saving seeds which is today being criminalized, but every organic grower, every organic eater. The little restaurant that wants to get good delicious vegetables and knows that tomorrow this will be impossible and all you will get is Monsanto seeds. So, to create a very broad wave of both awareness and outrage. And to call for no patents on seed. And to create actions that allow it to happen. Why do I take even hope in this? Because we’ve done it in India. When I started seed saving, I did it to fight patents. And I took inspiration from Gandhi. Facets of Gandhi. Gandhi didn’t have just one facet. He didn’t just resist. HOW HEALTHY HABITS CAN REPLACE DESTRUCTIVE ONES WRITTEN BY RACHELLE WILBER A balanced lifestyle can be rewarding for so many different reasons. It can reward you with increased energy levels, first and foremost. It can reward you with a clean bill of health. It can even reward you with the pleasures of a totally clear head. If you want to do away with detrimental lifestyle patterns, then you need to stress the value of beneficial ones.
JULY A 2019
Exercise on a Routine Basis If you’re used to sleeping in and feeling out of it all day long, then you can switch that unpleasant behavior with something totally new. You can swap it out with routine workout sessions. Exercising at the gym at 7:00 in the morning can have you feeling as fresh as a daisy for the day ahead of you. It can boost your manufacturing of serotonin, too. This serotonin spike can do a lot for your mood and productivity.
Hang out with Positive Influences It can be exciting to be social. If you’re a social butterfly, though, you don’t have to hang out with poor influences. You can actually spend quality time around people who make you want to be better. If you’re in the midst of detox heroin treatment services, you should try to meet friends who can motivate you to make something better out of your priceless time on this planet.
Eat a Nutritious Diet People who have detrimental lifestyle practices often don’t put a lot of attention to their diets. They may have penchants for consuming junk food and sugary treats. They may take in alcoholic beverages with great frequency as well. If you want to upgrade your life, you should concentrate on overhauling your eating patterns. Eliminate greasy fast foods in favor of whole grains, vegetables, legumes, fruits, fish, and lean meats.
Taking up Enriching Pastimes Taking up a hobby can make you feel enthusiastic about your existence. It doesn’t matter if you go for ballroom dancing, poetry writing, raw food preparation, painting, or anything else. Keeping up with a pastime can be wonderful for your soul. It can stop you from thinking negative thoughts that may push you into going back to your old ways. If you want to recover thoroughly, then taking up a new hobby can be intelligent. A life of health can make you feel terrific inside and out. If you want to turn your existence around, then you need to make your wellness a priority. You can do so in many incredible ways, too.

Ro-Hun
The Healing Process of Miracles by David Robertson
What is Ro-Hun? Ro-Hun is about miracles. Miracles are rapidly occurring events based on natural principals. In Ro-Hun, the miracles encompass the whole of the human being: physically, mentally/emotionally and spiritually. All miracles already exist, waiting to be expressed when the mental/emotional level releases the painful thoughts and feelings (energy) that block them. Ro-Hun is a healing process that enables us to uncover and rectify beliefs and ideas that confine us to patterns of repetitious, painful behaviors. The basis of Ro-Hun therapy is the discovery of the destructive partnerships of faulty thoughts and negative feelings that we hold within us. Faulty thoughts and negative feelings are dictating human life with or without our knowledge of them.
omtimes.com
July B 2019 Edition
By accessing The Higher Self and Universal Mind, Ro-Hun utilizes the client’s spiritual strength to gain profound understanding and forgiveness for Self, and others in the past, effectively and lovingly releasing the blocked energy and hidden shadows that prevent a joyful and productive life. The transformational structure is unique in that the client becomes enlightened and empowered by facilitating their healing. In Ro-Hun, clients attain such a depth of understanding and forgiveness that they forever alter the ways in which they develop and behave in relationships. Those who need to break free from toxic relationships do so. Families release the need for dysfunctional patterns. Others are able to forgive their abusers and walk away from years of painful, buried memories. Without exception, they accomplish these relationship miracles with love and understanding, ending forever the blame, shame, and pain. Physical miracles are a common experience in Ro-Hun therapy. Chronic migraines end, eating disorders stop, deformed limbs straighten, blocked menstrual cycles begin flowing and perfect vision has been restored. There are many layers to self-awareness. These layers are, in effect, points of view through which we experience ourselves, our environments, our pasts and our presents. Each layer discovered brings deeper and deeper healing. For every thought, there is a feeling; for every feeling there is a thought. A faulty thought and a negative feeling combined and used repeatedly creates a Negative Reactive Self. This consistent use of hurtful patterns creates an actual rut, or ditch, in your energy field, making the pattern easier and easier to fall into until you don’t even realize you are living a pattern. omtimes.com
July B 2019 Edition
Therefore, to discover these layers, Ro-Hun takes you through several processes, each one building on the insights and understandings of the one before so that the journey into one’s innermost faulty thoughts and negative feelings is an organized, rational one. Each Ro-Hun process deals with aspects of consciousness, their transformation to higher states and has a specific set of goals, that are performed in an intentional order, designed to help the client heal in a healthy, sustainable manner.
Beauty = radiance, positive attraction and inspiration Understanding= perception, clarity, known and reason. We all have moments of expressing our Divine Aspects. Unfortunately, we don’t seem to be able to consistently express our Divine Aspects consistently in everyday life. All that is left to express, then, are their opposites, and that results in the following: Lack of Love = fear, anxiety, isolation and coldness
Every Ro-Hun session begins with a process of reconnecting with the Spiritual or Higher Self. It is from this place of clarity, where we can feel the spiritual truth about who we are.
Lack of Wisdom = inflexible thinking, poor decisions and choices, and insensitivity.
In our core, each of us is a soul, an individualized spark of the Divine Source. Just as our bodies are composed of our parent’s DNA, our Souls are composed of our Divine Parent’s Divine Aspects. There are five Divine Aspects.
Lack of Beauty = low self-esteem, self-criticism, shyness and withdrawal
Love = kindness, caring, connection, acceptance and unity
As much as we would like to say that the problems lie outside of us, the world cannot prevent our goodness. The prevention happens when we entertain personal ideas and feelings that are the opposite of our Divine Aspects. Life has hurt us, but what we often avoid are the ideas and beliefs we took on about
Wisdom = discernment, confidence, balance, knowledge Harmony = peace, wholeness, integration, and dynamic movement

Lack of Harmony = discord (i.e., stress, illness, pain and disease)
Lack of Understanding = judgment, hostility, condemnation, and superiority.

ourselves, because of painful events. We bury these ideas and thoughts and they become our subtext, running just beneath our conscious mind. Because we are unaware of them, they create and re-create themselves repeatedly in terms of our life’s experiences without us knowing what is happening. Despite our efforts to suppress them, these buried thoughts and feelings, -married to deep emotional pain, create Negative Reactive Selves. These Negative Reactive Selves write the very scripts of our lives, pulling their inspiration from the poisonous cesspool of thoughts and feelings of failure, helplessness, insecurity or unworthiness buried deep within. Put a number of these Negative Reactive Selves together and they truly erode self-esteem. Because once created these Negative Reactive Selves, cannot be erased, only transformed. The faulty thoughts and negative emotions that make up the Negative Reactive Selves are live energy. That energy, without exception, is bound by the Natural Law of Attraction. In other words, if you are sending out a signal (energy) that says, “I am unworthy of love”, you will attract experiences that prove your thought. “What is within your consciousness (or unconscious)
omtimes.com
that is drawing the circumstances of your existence?” No Negative Reactive Self ever led to fulfillment, joy, abundance, or love, so why would we want to claim it as who we are? External forces will always exist, but we don’t have to let those external forces control us. Ro-Hun brings not only hope to our buried pain, but positive results to our lives. If we open the cesspool of negative feelings and clean them out, then our lives will no longer be poisoned by past experiences and buried feelings. Through healing our personal negative thoughts, Ro-Hun Therapy enables us to connect freely with our spiritual aspect. The visible, tangible results are vision, clarity, purpose and best of all, the ways and means to navigate this minefield called life.

LIVING INTUITIVELY: Do Our Animals Reincarnate? Animal Reincarnation and Families By Robyn M Fritz MA MBA CHt
These days people consider their animals to be family members, which deepens the human-animal bond and raises mind, body, spirit issues in their multi-species families, including what happens to animals when they die. Do animals have souls? Do they reincarnate? Part 1 of a two-part series explores the concept of soul groups, animal souls, and the afterlife.
Omtimes.com
Part 2 explores animal reincarnation and what that means for our families. At some point during the loss of their beloved animals, many people wonder if they’ll reincarnate. As anecdotal evidence confirms, our animals are often reincarnating with us in different animal bodies throughout our lives. Luckily for us, it doesn’t seem to hinder (or annoy) them that we are seldom smart (or aware) enough to notice. In this two-part series on animal reincarnation, we’ve explored how souls work in Part 1, and we’ll now look at animal reincarnation and families. Souls and the Afterlife Souls are busy wherever they are, in bodies or the afterlife. They’re always working to grow in self-love, which includes achieving whatever soul purpose they settled on for a particular incarnation (or afterlife experience). Sometimes souls that were in animal bodies choose to take another animal body and to reincarnate with their multi-
species families. For example, my animals have been reincarnating with me my entire life, but I only became aware of it in mid-life. Do we need to know if our animals will reincarnate with us—or already have? Yes, no, and maybe. All animals have afterlives because they all have souls, and my personal and professional experience reveals they come back more often than we know. I believe we’re now re-discovering this because we’re more spiritually connected to ourselves and our animals than we’ve been in centuries. We learn about our animals’ reincarnations if we need to: if it’s necessary for their soul purpose and ours. In my family’s case, my dogs and cat and I had work to do together that required me to know they were coming back. Before that, I didn’t know they were back, or that it was even possible. The good news is that animals often want their families to know why they’re back—or why they’ve chosen another path—because it helps both Omtimes.com
sides get closure after a death. Yes, it can be as difficult as their actual deaths to learn they aren’t coming back. However, their reincarnation isn’t up to us: it’s the soul’s choice made after a life review in the afterlife when they evaluate what they intended to do in their life, what they accomplished, and what they want—and need—to do next.
death, I facilitate a “happiness talk,” which helps both sides reminisce about their lives together. It is cathartic, liberating—and sometimes hilarious.
Happiness Talks and Magnetizing
Why? Because like us, animals can be afraid, lonely, and worried about what comes next, but usually because we are. They are remarkably resilient and, unlike us, often completely aware of their many soul experiences—and already plotting their next move. For example, after I helped a dying cat, Felix, remind his person that he did complicated backflips to inspire her work (she was a choreographer), he skipped right past his imminent death to ask if he could come back as a dog. Awkward, but hilarious—and perfectly timed, because the next thing his person said was that, for the first time in her life, she was thinking about getting a dog, which made Felix giggle.
I’ve learned this through my consultation process with dying animals and their people. As we explore if it’s time to die, and how animals and their families choose to meet
Our animals often manage to reincarnate with us and live their entire lives without us recognizing them. The best thing we can do for them
Their next choice may have something to do with us, as I’ve repeatedly witnessed, but it should never be because we asked for it. As I pointed out in Part 1 of this series, souls who have been in animal companion bodies will sometimes feel pressured to give up what they need to do for their soul growth to do what we want. Our job, then, is to find out what they want and to help them if we can— even if it doesn’t include us.
Omtimes.com
is to honor them as equal souls with free choice with something like a happiness talk. By celebrating our dying animals’ lives with them, and encouraging them to do whatever they need to, we allow energy to smoothly flow so both sides can let go—and maybe surprise each other in another body, someplace, sometime. Sometimes, though, we learn they’re reincarnating, and we need to find them. We do that first by understanding that most of the souls who come back to us seem to find their way home again simply and easily when on our own, we humans make things harder. In other words, plan but don’t panic! Second, if you know, they’re coming back, practice “magnetizing” them. That means sitting and imagining that you are holding and loving that new body in your arms—make it real by imagining it. Let your heart call to them, and listen for their calling to you, because that’s what this is, a heart match. You might have to shell
out some money, time, and effort, but that’s part of the deal. You do what it takes if you’re given a chance. If you’re lucky, you can skip the complications and fall over your animals like the woman who lost her beloved cat and then, some weeks later, walked by a store, looked down at a box of “free” kittens, and recognized him back in a new body. It happens all the time. Be ready, be smart, be fast—be love. Moreover, believe. Somehow, many of us do keep finding each other. Our animals are looking for us despite the greatest handicap of all: we are human. Can You Actually See Your Departed Loved Ones? By John Holland
Can we really see our departed loved ones right in front of us? According to Dr. Raymond Moody, this is possible through mirror gazing, which he also refers to as scrying. He developed his own mirror-gazing technique, his Psychomanteum Chamber, which was inspired by the ancient techniques used 2,500 years ago at the Oracle of the Dead in Ephyra, Greece. Over the years, I’ve heard Dr. Moody speak many times of the people who have gazed into the mirror in his Psychomanteum Chamber and subsequently had their own personal contact with their departed loved ones. Omtimes.com
You don’t need to have your own chamber; a simple mirror can provide the necessary gateway. Simply follow these steps. Sit comfortably and look into the depth of a clear mirror. I recommend that you have either a tall mirror in front of you or one on a table, so you can easily gaze into it. Place a candle behind you and away from your gaze. You want to gently illuminate the room with soft light, just bright enough to see your reflection in the mirror. Deeply relax your body until it feels heavy. When you’re ready, try not to really see anything or strain your eyes as you gaze into the mirror. Relax your eyes and just gaze gently. Some people have said they noticed the mirror becoming cloudy or a fine gray mist appearing. If you experience this, it’s quite normal; it’s not your eyes playing tricks on you. Let it happen because this is usually a sign that a vision is about to appear. When you begin to see images,
please don’t try to control them. Let them flow naturally as you remain relaxed. You may see a loved one, a pet, or even a special memory from your past. Some people have reported that images took on a 3-D effect so that they saw things outside the mirror. Images may last seconds or even minutes. JOHN’S LESSON The more you practice this exercise, the more proficient you will become, and the longer the visions will last. However, don’t be surprised or worried if you don’t see anything initially; you might feel, rather than see, your loved ones around you. I also recommend that you journal your experiences in as much detail as possible. There may come a time when you need to reflect on an image that appeared to you, or you might need some inspiration to give you a loving lift, so I always recommend you keep your journals over the years. If you have other exercises that have worked for you, do feel free to share them either on my Facebook page Omtimes.com

Yoga: The Meeting Point of Science and Spirituality
How yoga brings a convergence between science and spirituality, how mysticism meets the rationale and the reasoning, how intellect meets the contemplator. They are not in conflict with one another rather in harmony with each other.
Omtimes.com
The point where science meets spirituality, where one shakes hands with the other to bring harmony, between the body, mind, and soul. The yoga awakens us, so there is a recognition of oneness between human being and the humankind. In the farextending impact of yoga, there is an enlightening convergence between science and spirituality. The word yoga can be traced back to the Rig Veda, originating in India. The philosophy and the science sprang from Patanjali, through the famous text, Patanjali yoga-sutra. The yoga teachings were to be practiced as a health regime, which would lead to physical fitness. But its benefits go beyond physical health. The human persona is not just reflected through a physical body but a harmony through body, mind, and soul. And this is where yoga comes in to attempt a balance between all of them. It harmonizes the physical body, the reasoning
intellect, and the eternal soul. The mind always runs in diverse directions. But through the harmonized approach of yoga, it becomes unflickering, unwavering and we get a mastery of our warbling minds. What previously seemed uncontrollable, now seems to be in control through the balance attained by yoga. So, we realize the unity between personal consciousness and universal consciousness. In this sense, the individual consciousness and the universal consciousness do not have any standing differences. Yoga teaches to see the unity, to recognize it between us and the environment and ultimately, the bond of interconnectedness between everything in this universe. The essence of such a realization is to sense the oneness, to feel it deep down in our hearts, and to bow down to such a truth that resides in the heart of this universe. So, we can experience the oneness
Omtimes.com
among all sentient beings in this world. Scientific research investigated the relationship between a yoga practitioner and brain function, to see if there could be a connection at the most intense and mystical moments of a practitioner between the human consciousness and the compelling need to feel a bond with the greater whole. If human beings could step out of the individual consciousness and long for the belonging in cosmic consciousness. As per neurologists Andrew and Eugene, the spiritual impulse is so deeply seated in the biology of the brain. After many investigations of the brain function, the behaviors, and deep-rooted studies of meditators, the revolutionary conclusion was made, that a spiritual belief has its roots that can be traced back in the brain biology. The discovery found that spiritual contemplative practices create an alteration in brain activity, due to which our perception of Omtimes.com
the transcendent spiritual experiences can be viewed as real and not illusory. It feels so intense that it almost seems tangible. Through meditation and prayers performed by meditators and nuns, they feel the oneness with this universe, and such a feeling arises due to the altered brain activity at the intense moments of contemplation. So, the feeling of a divine presence is palpable and not a delusion, that results from a chain of neurological events behind which lies the observance, recording and they can be actually photographed. Newberg and Eugene found an intimate connection between spiritual experience and human biology. It is the biology that somehow compels the need for a spiritual longing, that drives the urge. Yogic experience in its purest form is mysticism, and it is the science of ultimate, the science of union between the absolute and nothingness. The nature of such a reality can be realized through a yogic encounter,
which is mystical. It is a state of the unitary continuum where the absolute and nothing else move together in a continuous sequence adjacently. They act as a cohesive force, existing side by side. They do not counteract each other, rather they solidify one another. There is the concept of a participatory universe from the epoch-making the discovery of Werner Heisenberg when he concluded that the electron picture is blurred and unknowable. And the quantum theory that attempts at an understanding of physics, chemistry and biology, one of its creators Erwin Schrodinger attempted to give some form to the sore ideas of Vedanta through quantum mechanics. The secrets of consciousness have a quantum basis. As per Heisenberg’s Uncertainty principle, any attempt for the discovery of ultimate reality is futile as the classification into subject and object, interior world and the exterior world falls short of adequacy.
Consequently, in a subatomic world, the observer becomes the participator, a perspective that carries much of a similarity with the notion of the participatory universe as per the yogic view. Much later, J.S. Bell, a leading physicist, confirmed that at the fundamental levels there is an intimate and immediate connection between the separate parts of this universe. They are not fragmented, rather they belong to a unified wholeness. Jayita Bhattacharjee was born in Calcutta, India and later had her education from the University of Houston in Economics. She has chosen her career as a trustee and teacher. Feng Shui and Magnetic Pole Shift by Kartar Diamond
When asked about the evermoving magnetic North pole, it motivates me to find out what is the latest research and opinions. And recently, there have been more reports coming out of the scientific community about the increasing rate of speed with which the magnetic poles are moving. No one seems to know why. Omtimes.com
And the magnetic South Pole isn’t wandering in perfect tandem with the North magnetic pole either. In other words, you can’t draw a straight line from the magnetic North to the magnetic South Pole through the geometric center of the Earth. These magnetic declinations have not been in the same spot as the literal geographic North and South Poles for a long time. A student in our Feng Shui School brought to my attention an article on Watcher News I went on to look up more findings on the Internet. The phenomenon of the fluctuating magnetic poles is fascinating, in and of itself, in terms of how it could affect our planet, humankind and all of nature. And with it, people wonder how it will influence the Sun’s radiation power if the magnetic field of our planet weakens
further. A weakened magnetic field can be a side effect of poles shifting. The poles have shifted hundreds of times in our Earth’s history, over vast amounts of time, and this is also referred to as a “geomagnetic reversal.” Many people worry that this will cause an apocalyptic event or series of devastating events which will turn our world topsy-turvy and end all life as we know it. Many researchers, however, have said that there is no evidence that the pole shifts in the past have caused any mass extinction, and yet the last complete pole shift was some 780,000 years ago. So, we don’t have records of what happened the last time! If a complete pole shift were to happen suddenly, it probably would be catastrophic, but more likely the shift would be gradual, and life on our planet would
Omtimes.com
probably find ways to adjust during the process. What brings a certain level of anxiety to feng shui practitioners is whether the beginnings of the pole shift, like the current ramped up movement of the North and South poles, will render our Luo-pans or compasses unable to function or give us the proper directions. It is also a real concern for all of those who use electronic devices That are reliant “on the Reference geomagnetic field models such as the World Magnetic Model (WMM) and the International Geomagnetic Reference Field (IGRF). These are used in a wide range of applications, including aircraft and ship navigation, and embedded in billions of handheld electronic devices” according to Arnaud Chulliat, a geomagnetist at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Omtimes.com
One could even wonder if this would change the local magnetic fields so radically that they would not even produce the same or any flying star energies which have been so predictable in their influence and our ability to reliably calculate them. As much as I love being a feng shui consultant, I think that sudden radical sabotage of our Earth’s magnetic field through pole shift, solar flare or asteroid hit might indicate that we all have much bigger things to worry about than our compasses. That said, I don’t think any geomagnetism experts are too worried about complete and sudden pole shift in our lifetime. Author: Kartar Diamond Company: Feng Shiu Solutions ®

I cover what’s going on here and, in the multiverse, from intuition to the human-animal bond, mediumship, space clearing, past life regression, energy healing, spiritual awakening, rituals, mindset, culture, science, and the mysterious. It’s thought leadership for evolving times, from how to tap our innate intuitive and healing abilities to live as equals with all life so that we can become our best selves, no if’s, and’s, but’s, or BS—ever!
OMTIMES: What does it mean to be a thought leader today? Robyn M Fritz: Thought leaders today must be futurists, helping to reframe our thinking to move beyond our limiting human mindset to embrace the world as it is, where everything is equal to us and is alive, has a soul, consciousness, responsibilities, free choice, and opinions. How do we live and thrive in this world, instead of the one religion, science, and culture invents? How do we humans learn to collaborate with non humans to identify mutual needs and concerns and conquer the challenges that affect us all?

THE PRACTICAL INTUITIVE How do we balance mind, body, and spirit in a rapidly changing world? What does that mean to our daily lives? Thought leader futurists imagine what could be—and reach out to resolve differences, helping all life thrive. OMTIMES: Tell us a bit about your story and how you named your latest book. Robyn M Fritz: As a medium, I work with my deceased dad, Ray, to help the living and the dead, human and animal, get closure and resolve grief. My dad has a special job in the afterlife—he runs what I call a Way Station for Dead Things on the Other Side, one of the many places that we rest up in when we get to the afterlife. Since he’s the expert, I asked him what the first thing he wanted people to know about being dead was, and he laughed, saying, “It’s a party!” So my new book, which explores what happens when we die, is called, “The Afterlife Is a Party: What People and Animals Teach Us About Love, Reincarnation, and the Other Side.” OMTIMES: What products do you offer our audience? Robyn M Fritz: I offer a growing number of diverse products on my website and blog, RobynFritz.com. Many products are free: articles, videos, and stories on living an intuitive and healing life, plus a video meditation that’s free with a subscription to my newsletter. You can also find my upcoming book on the afterlife and two books on the human-animal bond. I’m constantly adding digital and print media that explore body, mind, and spirit, from the practical to the esoteric. Plus I have an upcoming line of unique energy clearing products, including a special salt blend and clearing sprays. My wide social media presence includes a weekly Facebook Live at the Humanity Healing page and a biweekly OMTimes Magazine column “Living Intuitively.” If you go to the OMTimes’ Experts program at the Learn It Live platform, you’ll also find many recorded webinars. OMTIMES: What services do you offer clients?
Robyn M Fritz: I’m a practical professional, an intuitive and spiritual consultant, and a certified past life regression specialist. I help people claim their best selves at home and work. My diverse services include personal and business intuition, mediumship, animal communication, space clearing, past life and between life regression, soul progression clearing, spiritual awakening, spiritual journeys, and crystal energy healing. I have studied with intuitives, energy healers, and shamanic specialists to create unique services that help clients overcome what is holding them back and claim self-love and personal sovereignty. I’m passionate about helping people tap their own intuitive and healing skills and make their contribution to the world. We live in tough times, and every single one of us matters. OMTIMES: How do fear, courage, and resilience factor in your life? Robyn M Fritz: Injury and illness derailed my life for many years. I had to work hard to get well, to learn to love myself, and defeat fear while creating a new life filled with courage and resilience. As I learned what love means, from cherishing myself to creating a family and a thriving business, I realized that, healthy or not, most of us have the same problem: we lack selflove, alive and dead. I use that hard-won knowledge to help clients who are struggling to release the blocks holding them back, whether from this or previous lifetimes or through ancestral lines, and to claim satisfying, inspiring lives. Challenges and failures are opportunities to grow, to choose to create a healthy, balanced life. Setbacks aren’t ‘the way it’s meant to be’ or any such nonsense: tough things happen, but we can overcome them with hard work, patience, self-love, and attention to mind, body, and spirit. We can choose to be our best, or we can let life’s difficulties defeat us.

Relationships The interconnectiveness among all human beings and, consequently, the relationships among us are the focus of this section. The dynamics of the web of connections we make is one of the most prominent aspects of human existence: how we interlace with each other’s existence in a meaningful way.
The Power of Relationships By Erika Ghiro
Relationships of all kinds are often perceived as very delicate things, that require extra effort to maintain. However, a relationship can also be something that can provide security and can also be longlasting despite many trials.
The group or organization is also dependent on how the members work well with the management.
Building effective and lasting relationships is a necessity for several reasons. For example,
An ineffective group or organization can really be very frustrating. An effective group
Omtimes.com
in a group or organization, the wellbeing of the people depends on how efficient and effective that group or organization works.
or organization can also ask so much on their members, that sometimes the members would be having no life outside the walls of the area where they work or sacrifice the other aspects of their life just to meet deadlines. For an organization or group with this kind of scenario, relationships can be stressed or suffer from breakdown.
People or other entities who depend on these groups or organization also suffer. Society is defined as a web of relationships, which requires all parties to work and contribute their share to achieve a common goal. Having a good relationship, where cooperation and respect are manifested, can make society work better. In this way, each member works for the good of the whole and towards achieving a common goal. This can only be attained with effective and efficient relationships. Understanding the other parties’ feeling and position creates an effective and efficient relationship. The easiest method to understand what is important to another party is to ask them
what they want and listen to what they have to say. When the other party realizes this, they would feel the importance given to them Effective and efficient relationships require parties to openly express their feelings and positions on all matters about the relationship. Assuming that the other party understands our needs and give us when we need it without asking for it is not a good practice. Respect is the key to a relationship. To create a more effective relationship, parties should treat each other with respect. We can show respect just by listening to the other party and by trying sincerely to understand how they function. You can also show respect to other parties by confirming that they are doing everything they can. The opposite of respect is quick forming of judgments based on unfounded facts and prejudice. Respect is the very foundation for a great relationship. This also means respecting yourself and respecting others.
Omtimes.com
Another key area in forming an effective relationship is to tackle differences of the other party directly. Differences between parties or people are quite interesting. For example, in a conversation where each party listens to the other party, you may observe that each is having two different perspectives. Work towards a win-win solution for both parties.
more clearly. Developing an atmosphere where the other party can express their feelings when they need to. When parties fail to express whatever is on their mind or their feelings, it can get in the way of building an effective relationship.
Effectively listening and no prejudging. This is important if parties are to understand each other.
Parties should be aware that certain things exist naturally but should be controlled in any dealings in any relationship. Human nature is one. Some of these things found in a relationship also include a history of stereotyping or mistrust, blaming the other person or party for a strained relationship, excluding the other party’s feelings when focusing on a task, no clear and defined objectives, roles and expectations of each party in a relationship is also unclear.
Informal discussions are conducive for parties. They bring out issues and concerns comfortably. They also feel more relaxed, making them think
Relationships are important to anyone, addressing issues and problems right away is a must to further improve the relationship. As they say, ‘No man is an Island.’
This can be done when at least one party acknowledges that the relationship is important. That party would then exert more time, effort, and energy to understand the other party’s needs and deal with it to get it out of the way. Should they fail, it is comforting for that party to know that they tried.

Facing the Truth About Difficult Family Members By Marcia Sirota, MD.
Most of us come from a family. Many of us have perfectly lovely families, but for those who don’t, our family can be a source of great unhappiness. If you come from a challenging or dysfunctional family, you might be wondering if there’s anything that you can
Omtimes.com
do to improve your situation. Sometimes we grow up with siblings who are loving and supportive, but sometimes our siblings are jealous, competitive; even hostile. Sometimes a sister or brother can be our best friend, but sometimes they can behave really badly and feel like our nemesis. If you grew up with one or more troublesome siblings and still have to spend time with them at family gatherings, you might be wondering how best to handle these difficult interactions. It gets even harder if you’re being pressured by certain family members to turn the other cheek with your hurtful sibling(s). Sometimes our parents are our greatest source of support. They’re there for us when we need them and give us unconditional love. Sometimes, though, our parents have their own psychological issues. They might be neglectful, hypercritical, exploitative; even abusive toward us. If you grew
up with parents like this, you might be wondering how to deal with them now that you’re an adult. Sometimes our extended family is great. Our grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins make us feel like we’re part of a large, interconnected community. Sometimes, though, these people are disinterested, competitive, jealous, or even hostile toward us. If you find yourself in such a situation, you might be wondering how to deal with the difficult members of your extended family. One major problem in coping with difficult family members is that there are too many voices in our society telling us how we’re “supposed” to behave toward them. These individuals and institutions have only good things to say about the notion of “family.” They’re in a sort of denial over the fact that some families might contain difficult or even hurtful people. Our society seems to have a

blind spot when it comes to talking about the family. The message is, “Family is the best; family is sacrosanct. We can never speak badly about family.” According to most of our religious, educational, political, and social institutions, we’re all supposed to be nice to our family members, even when they’re not nice to us. That just doesn’t make sense. Our society may refuse to acknowledge that many families contain troublesome members, but it doesn’t negate the fact that these difficult family members do exist. Your personal experience of the family might be very different than the idealized picture presented by greeting cards, storybooks, and TV shows. It can be confusing to have lived through (and be living through) family interactions that belie the message of “family is wonderful so we must always love and support our family members.” You might be finding it hard to reconcile the reality of your difficult family members with the image of “family”
Omtimes.com
portrayed in the media. If you have hurtful or disrespectful people in your family, you might be wishing that your family conformed to all these happy stories. In fact, you might have spent a good amount of time trying to convince yourself that they actually do. It’s hard to face the truth about difficult family members because it’s a painful truth to face. It gets even harder to accept the reality of hurtful family members when you’re constantly bombarded by messages in the media, at school and where you worship that you always need to see your family in the best possible light. You need to know that despite the messages you’re hearing about “family,” you need to look at your own family as a collection of unique individuals; some of whom might be fine and some of whom might be problematic. Rather than having only one way to view family members
– “they’re beyond reproach” – and only one way to treat them – “with the utmost of forbearance” – we can react to each relative according to how they actually behave toward us. If a family member is kind to us, we can be kind in return; if they’re disinterested, we can take a step back from them; if they’re trying to get something from us, we can set limits, and if they’re hurtful, we can walk away. It doesn’t matter whether they’re our sibling, our parent, or even our child. If they’re hurtful, disrespectful, exploitative or abusive, we don’t have to tolerate their mistreatment. Family members have the potential to be very close because they share so much history. A family could be a tight-knit group of like-minded people or a loose cluster of disparate individuals. The truth is that it all depends on the people in the family; especially the adults. If the parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles are loving
and caring, they set the tone for the kids to be connected to the adults and to each other. If the adults are in any way hurtful, ruptures can arise in the fabric of the family. And if one or more family members –whether adult or child – are disruptive, through substance abuse, violence, or inappropriate behavior, it can cause deep rifts in the family structure. The most important thing to understand is that you don’t owe your family members anything. Being related to you doesn’t give them any special dispensation to neglect you or mistreat you, and you’re free to respond to their behavior in the same way as you’d respond to any other human being. If you’ve got one or more difficult people in your family and you’d like to learn some simple, constructive and effective strategies for how to deal with them, check out my new online course, “How to deal with difficult family members, once and for all.” Sign up here for my free, monthly newsletter.

Everything you wanted to know about The Greys and was afraid to Ask Greys & Myth Busting by Judy Carroll
I’m well aware of the massive amount of negative information put out on the Greys, and also that some people have had unpleasant experiences in connection with them. The fact that two very different groups are involved needs clarification.
Omtimes.com
One group are highly evolved insectoid humans from off-planet and the other are cloned insectoid/ reptoid hybrids resident here on Earth and on the moon. There are similarities in appearance between them, and this has been done on purpose to cause confusion. In her books, Sanni Ceto speaks of interplanetary wars that occurred eons ago involving one of the Zeta Reticulan planets that was attacked by Reptilians and their “Blond” allies, which are Reptoid/Pleiadian hybrids. The planet’s inhabitants were abducted and forced to crossbreed with reptoids, who fitted them with implants to control them and used them as slaves. A similar event occurred on Earth involving the Reptoids and Ant People. The Ant People were on Earth billions of years ago. They’re very distant relatives of the off-planet Greys in the same way that Cro-Magnons
and Neanderthals are distant ancestors of modern-day humans. Having evolved from ants, they operated as a hive consciousness, and as an early humanoid species they had their wars along with a rather polarized outlook as do many of today’s Earth people. As with present-day humans some were more highly evolved than were others. The Repterrans were also present on Earth as “Controllers,” just as they are now, so even back then Earth was a war zone. A faction occurred when some of the Ant People were captured by the Repterrans. They, like the captured Zetas, were crossbred with reptoids, fitted with implants, cloned and enslaved, stopping them from evolving as have the genuine Greys. This is still being done by the Controllers. These cloned insectoid/ reptoid hybrids are the PLFs (programmed Life Forms) referred to by Steven Greer. They are not Greys, but they do slightly resemble Greys. More positive Ant People are
Omtimes.com
still present, mainly based on the moon. The more evolved off-planet Greys and other ETs are trying to assist these ones to evolve as they are also doing with Earth humans who wish to move on spiritually, hence DNA work being done with both. Off-planet Greys began returning to Earth after the detonation of the bombs that ended WWII. They did use the moon as a base, as some of the Ant People are settled there. Some Ant People were present on off-planet ships that have crashed. The off-planet people coming here were deeply concerned, as were the Earth-plane Ant People, that humanity was, and is, taking Earth down a road to destruction, especially once nuclear energy started being developed. The ships recovered from crashes were not nuclear-powered. It took many years of intensive back-engineering to even approach an understanding of off-planet technology, and this is still not fully
Omtimes.com
understood as consciousnessenhanced technology is involved. The Nazi “bell” was a crude replica. Some Common Myths That Need Busting Myth # 1 – Greys and other ETs are coming here to interfere with people, carrying out invasive procedures during “abductions,” and interfering with peoples’ minds. Answer – The interference and invasion happened on Earth many millennia ago, when Earth human DNA was compromised to block further evolution in order to enslave humankind. This mental enslavement has been going on for eons and continues today. The ETs who are coming here now, including the Greys, are a “rescue corps” who are helping to awaken humankind to the reality of the situation, to enable them to finally break free from this mind control. The time is now ripe for Earth
humans to evolve to more expanded levels of conscious awareness, which involves repairs to, and upgrading of human DNA. Evolution in the human kingdom is a mind/ spirit process, so it’s at this level where assistance needs to be provided. However, universal law must be adhered to, and as such, ETs cannot directly intervene or interfere without being asked. They can only assist Earth humans to help themselves. They can provide the necessary “mind tools” so that people can help themselves. They cannot do the work for others. And that spiritual work is learning to think and act in a loving rather than in a fearful way. All beings are an intrinsic part of God, so each being has the power within, providing they can wake up and acknowledge it. It is the ETs job to assist in this awakening process. Myth # 2 – all ETs and most especially the Greys are demons that have
come to earth as “end of time” biblical prophecies have predicted. Answer – The “end of time” interpretation is incorrect, and is part of a fear campaign that began long ago when Earth was “hijacked” by the Reptilian group Judy calls the Controllers. Yes, an “Armageddon-type” scenario is unfolding, but it’s more to do with a planetary consciousness shift to a higher energy frequency, and the corresponding choice every human being on the planet must make between Love and Fear. The Greys are “triers and testers of souls,” and are here as a “rescue corps” to try to push people past the fear barrier/blockage to free them from the Controllers’ interference and mind control, so of course they aren’t welcome on Earth. A major disinformation and fear campaign has been put in place by the Controllers aimed specifically at the
Omtimes.com
Greys to cause people to hate and fear them, thus diminishing any influence they may have on human evolution. Greys are not demons. They are simply another human culture that has evolved elsewhere in the universe, and not from mammalian primate stock, as have humans of Earth. The belief that Earth humans are the ultimate human life-form in the universe is as incorrect as the belief once taught by the Church that the Earth is the center of the universe and the sun revolves around it. It was only a couple of hundred years ago that people who opposed this dogmatic belief were put to death as heretics. Myth # 3 – the greys are taking DNA from corpses as part of a covert hybrid program. Photos have been taken of them at night in graveyards doing this. Answer – The Greys are carrying out a hybrid
Omtimes.com
program to benefit both Zetas and Earth humans. There is a need on both sides for this, and yes, human DNA is involved, but this is not taken from corpses but rather from people taken onto the ships. Earth human DNA was compromised many millennia ago, which has interfered with the evolutionary process of humankind on this planet. The Greys and other ETs are now trying to repair the damage. Given the ongoing presence of the Controllers on Earth, there is a very real possibility that humanity may end up destroying itself through nuclear warfare, destruction of the environment, disease, air pollution, etc., so Earth human genetic material is being taken to ensure the continuance of the species elsewhere if necessary. Greys do carry out “soul retrieval”, from situations where the energy frequency is too heavy for higher “angelic” beings to enter.
Because of all the fear being promoted through belief systems and Controller manipulation on Earth, many human spirits become trapped in lower frequencies after death, and it’s the Grey assist them through to where they need to be. Myth # 4 – Greys are a hive consciousness with no free will. They plan to impose this upon Earth humans. Answer – Greys are in a way a “hive consciousness” because they’ve evolved from hive-dwelling insectoid species, but they understand and respect the fact that Earth humans are different, having evolved from mammalian primates. Greys are a very ancient culture, billions of years old, and have evolved past free will and into “God’s will.” Yes, they do operate as a hive consciousness in that everything they do is always for the good of all. It’s not about self, as some people on Earth are inclined
to act, with no thought or concern for others. Also, Greys are highly telepathic, and everyone is attuned to the Group Consciousness, which is like a vast, crystalclear ocean, so there is no dishonesty or deceit. Myth # 5 – Greys are robotic, with no emotion. Answer – Greys are biological entities, as are Earth humans, but having evolved out of insectoids they do look different. Some still retain the compound eye structure and chitinous exoskeleton of various insect species. This body type is ideal for space travel. Greys are human, and like all humans throughout the universe they can and do experience emotion. However, not having the same musculature in their faces, they can’t physically express emotion as Earth humans can. This is not to say they don’t experience and clearly express it in their own way. Also, like some highly evolved spiritual Adepts on
Omtimes.com
Earth, Greys have evolved to the point of being able to practice non-attachment, so, unlike the majority of Earth humans they are able to control their emotions rather than their emotions controlling them. Myth # 6 – Only Earth humans are made in God’s image. Answer – This is a basic universal truth that has been misinterpreted and distorted by the Controllers, and the misinterpretation is akin to still believing that Earth is the center of the universe. God is not a physical human-type being. God is a high frequency Source, Life-force or Creative Energy that permeates all of creation, and all the various human cultures throughout the universe acknowledge this Source Energy. This understanding and acknowledgement is not confined to humankind on Planet Earth. The true meaning of man
Omtimes.com
being created in God’s image is that it’s at the human level of evolution that animal instinct gives way to the ability to access a conscious awareness of immortality. All human-type cultures in the universe have this awareness. Also, like God Energy, humankind is multidimensional. The erroneous concept of man being physically created to look like God came about when certain off-planet beings who closely resemble modern Earth humans, took part in the development of the human species on Planet Earth. They provided their own genetic material to aid the evolutionary process of Earthman, and in this way, the newly developed Earth human species do resemble them very closely, and are in fact, made in their image. Myth # 7- The tall Greys are Reptoids. Answer – The tall Greys are not Reptoids, rather they highly evolved Elders
of the genuine Greys. They are insectoids, either Zeta Kebbans or Mantids. I and many others have had ongoing contact and guidance involving the tall Greys since early childhood, and that contact has been totally loving and positive. Extensive and very comprehensive surveys carried out by the Dr. Edgar Mitchell Foundation for Research into Extraterrestrial Encounters (FREE) provide well-corroborated evidence that the vast majority of ET contact is positive. Myth # 8 – The men in black are tall Greys disguised to appear human. Answer – The Men in Black are reptoid hybrids created down here by the Controllers. They are created as they are to cause confusion. The genuine tall Greys are often seen dressed in black clothing. This is because their vibrational frequency is so high that it doesn’t reflect light waves. This is
similar to so-called dark or black matter, which vibrates beyond the speed of light. In their own environment up on the ships, the tall Greys dress in white robes. * * * Judy Carroll is the author of Extraterrestrial Presence on Earth, The Zeta Message and Human by Day, Zeta by Night. The Gift of Remote Viewing & Accepting Money in Crime & Missing Person Cases by Jenny Lee
Remote viewing is not as widely known as being psychic or communicating with those who have passed on, but it’s equally amazing gifts help all those in need. Most commonly used in investigations of murder cases and a missing person. Remote Viewing can be used in many ways, and this gift should be used wisely to help those in need free of charge.

How Remote Viewing works
The person uses their mind to search for any object or person and does not require much information to find the target. They use ESP or extra perception sensory to guide their thoughts and energy to locate the objective in hand. By touching a belonging of the person missing the remote viewer may see into the past
as well. During the search, they may either see or smell what’s lost and can come in fragments of where it may lie. Those who do remote viewing work closely along with police in times of kidnappings or missing person cases, in which they are paid for their services.
viewers take advantage most times and require payment for their deeds, but do true heroes charge for their otherworldly gifts?
Who benefits from Remote Viewing Gifts?
You may agree or not on whether money shows gratitude for the extra boost our ordinary lives are incapable of, but truly should money be given to those who help us in our most time of need? When it comes to the lives of our loved ones, we don’t play games and are willing to do anything even if we have nothing. Remote viewing can do so much for us, but in time of crisis and anticipation, there should be no expectation of high prices. After all, when your head is swarmed of crazy ideas of what may become of your beloved, you don’t need to worry about your financial situation being drained of all those who say they want to help. The real payment should know you were the hero in someone’s story, and you changed their lives forever.
All in all, everyone benefits from this natural gift. The person in need of the lost item can retrieve it as soon as they are given either specific details or clues to where it is. The person who is lost, missing, or taken could be found with the help of one or many working together to achieve their goal of locating them. OUR MOON
Your Creative Companion in Life By Shanta Gabriel
Want to be more creative, productive, and feeling in the Flow of Life? The Moon offers us natural gifts of consciousness that can be very helpful if we pay attention and use the Moon energy to plan our activities

every month. All over the world, the Moon changes the tides of the oceans. Since the average adult body is made up of more than 60% water, it’s important to remember that we are also affected by the amazing energetic activity of the Moon. It is helpful to understand that the Moon is changing the tides on our inner level at the same time as it changes the outer world. The gift of the New Moon every month is an opportunity to open the doors to New Beginnings in your life. It’s a powerful creative week! New Moon can help you chart your course. It is like a RESET button every month. No matter what has been happening, you get to set new intentions and create your life anew for the month ahead. Whatever you set into motion in the first week of the waxing phase of the New
Moon, will continue for the rest of the month. Within the first week leading up to the Full Moon, the Waxing Moon energy supports us to begin new projects, make major decisions from a clearer place, and create empowered intentions to guide us throughout the month. The energy is not always helpful for completion of projects, but we are in alignment with receiving new guidance, ideas, and creative solutions for problems that did not seem to have answers before. If we can plan our projects around the first week of the New Moon waxing energy, your productivity can be more like stepping into the River of All Creation. Life becomes much more graceful. The second week leading up to the Full Moon still has tremendous creative energy, but the first week is the time for New Beginnings. After
Omtimes.com
the Full Moon, in the Waning Phase, it is more difficult to begin anything new but perfect for completing whatever you have started in the Waxing Moon. The Full Moon has very powerful energy as everyone knows who has stood under a brilliant Full Moon. Most people have experienced romance blossoming. But did you know that many surgeons will not operate during a Full Moon because people bleed more? There are more ER visits, often more accidents and violence during the Full Moon. The powerful energy of the Full Moon deserves our respect. We need to plan our activities in harmony with what most serves us during this Full Moon phase. I am a Cancerian, an astrological sign which is ruled by the Moon. Some people of this sign have
Omtimes.com
been called looney, which is another derivative of lunar moon energy. I have noticed feeling lonelier around the Full Moon, but also empowered, courageous, and often overly spacious without a grounded presence to stay connected to the Earth. When we can be more educated about the lunar energies for the month on a planetary level, it supports us in making choices which can serve our highest good. After the Full Moon, in the Waning phase, it is more difficult to begin anything new, but a perfect energetic flow for completing whatever you have started in the Waxing Moon. You will likely find it more difficult, like pushing the river, when you try to begin new things in the last two weeks of the moon phase. However, powerful energy is present to use
in completing all those dangling projects and things on your To Do list. It’s a great time to clean out your closets, file drawers and take old clothes to the secondhand store. You will be making space for all the new and wondrous projects and ideas that will come to you in the New Moon. As we come into the last week of the Waning Moon, it often feels like suddenly everything in life got flatter. Some people feel sadder during the Waning Moon then they do in the Waxing Moon. Often people notice that it is difficult to work productively in this phase. This last week before the New Moon is clearly guiding and supporting you to rest more, take more time in Nature, have more fun, and allow yourself to integrate all the great things you did during
the month. To thrive in life, we cannot keep adding in more information, more projects, more people and more action, without giving ourselves the time to integrate where we are and what we have done up to this completion point each month of the Moon phases. The Integration Phase is essential for creating more space to allow the new which comes in perfect Divine Timing each month with the New Moon. As Moon Childre, we thrive when we are conscious creators of a life that flows in perfect harmony with the Moon phases guiding us throughout the month. May always you be in the flow of Divine Light. Are Our Answers Really in the Stars? By Liesha Petrovich
Who hasn’t read a daily horoscope? We even expect enlightenment in our fortune cookies. Culturally, these are not seen as anything of substance and are regarded as entertainment, not enlightenment.
Omtimes.com
If we are already open to alternative and traditional practices, we may have overlooked astrology simply because it’s become so mainstream. It’s listed in newspapers, apps, and we even choose jewelry depending on our birthstones. Perhaps in our quests for enlightenment, we’ve overlooked what was right in front of us. If we’re open to traveling an alternative spiritual path, here are a few reasons why the stars may have the answers we’ve been seeking all along.
Rethinking Our Sign Each sign has significance, characteristics, and a certain reputation. But aren’t we all more than one personality trait? Virgo is an excellent example of an astrological sign that is much more than its purity symbol. With a symbol of a virgin, it would seem that Virgo characteristics would include cleanliness, unsociable behavior, or maybe inflexibility. However, in Virgo and the Constant Pursuit for Perfection and Acceptance, the author explains
how the Virgo’s brain works: “There is so much information and thoughts running through their heads, that the only way they will not be completely scatterbrained and all over the place (like Gemini) is through logically processing each and every thought that pops into their mind.” The connection between purity and logical thought processing is not easy to connect. Instead, we have to dig a little deeper to find true meaning. Don’t just look at the symbol or one characteristic, but how these could be applied in our daily life. Since we are all on a journey of self-discovery, we may find answers that help us to see how the stars have been influencing our personality since the day we were born.
Uncovering Our True Nature As we each walk our own path of spiritual and alternative practices, most have heard about Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine. Ayurveda practitioners believe that we are all born with a certain constitution. In Omtimes.com
Ayurveda: What’s your Dosha? Deborah Caruana shares the three different doshas: Vata (Air + Ether), Pitta (Fire + Water) and Kapha (Earth + Water). For example, knowing we have a Pitta dosha helps us choose the foods and practices that promote balance within that dosha. With so many amazing practices available to us, why would anyone think only one traditional contains wisdom about our true natures? Many of us have incorporated tarot, spirit and animal guides, angels, and other influences into our spiritual practices. It’s not crazy to believe answers about our true natures can be found in astrology as well.
Listening To the Universe How many of us haven’t identified with our astrological symbol on first thought? Whether Virgo the Virgin, Cancer the Crab, or Libra the Scales, we may struggle to connect with our astrological sign simply because it’s extremely conceptual and Omtimes.com
may not seem to fit our personalities at first. Yet, under the surface of symbolism may lay new answers that help us understand ourselves in new and interesting ways. What if we took a deeper look into our signs and went beyond our daily horoscopes? We all have our own experiences to live, and answers are there if we are open to listening to them. Perhaps our travels into understanding our astrological natures will help us connect the dots. For example, Virgos are Earth signs, and this may answer why we’re drawn to grounding crystals and practices. Or our astrological sign will point us in a new direction to discover practices we never knew existed. Coincidence or the Universe is helping us walk our path? 10 Powerful Questions to Help You Defeat Defeat! By Guy Finley
You possess a potential power that is superior to any difficulty that life may ever present. This immense inner capability enables anyone who will claim it to rise above his challenger instantly. It
Omtimes.com
makes no difference what form the challenge may assume or how huge it looms. This latent power of yours can render it harmless and ultimately make it disappear. This friendly force that can turn your life into a series of victories is the power to question defeat. Now, before you start insisting that you already question your stresses and strains, allow me to show you the difference between right intention and right direction. A little story will help illustrate this higher idea. A happy traveler noticed a tired-looking man seated off to the side of a small but pleasant country road. It appeared that even the cool shade of the tree seemed to weigh upon him. The traveler asked if he might sit for a while and refresh himself. It wasn’t long after they had shared some bread, an apple, and sparse, polite conversation that the unhappy man spoke up. He begged his new companion’s forgiveness and went on to ask if the traveler could help him.
It seemed he had been wandering for weeks, going through all kinds of difficulties; but for all his intense effort, he could tell he wasn’t getting any closer to his destination. He wanted to return to the home of his childhood. The traveler understood his plight and asked where was this home. The man, showing his first smile, called out the name of the small town where he had been born. The traveler looked at him gently and then spoke. “I know how it feels to want to go home; but along with your right intention, you’ve got to have the right direction. You’ve been headed the wrong way, friend.” The kind traveler then pointed him in the right direction, and the wandering man soon made it back to the home of his youth. Let’s look at this story through the eyes of a new understanding. In that way, we too can make it back to our authentic inner home, our True Self. First, we must realize that our stressful,
Omtimes.com
pain-filled experiences are not caused by people or events, but by our reactions to them. And yet, if we will honestly examine the way we presently question our defeats, here’s what we see: we are still desperately seeking answers that serve only to correct the surface or exterior conditions. We are still blaming circumstances for crushing us. The direction of our questions proves that we are still thinking incorrectly toward our problems. This is supremely important to grasp if we wish to change our inner and outer world. By their very nature, our old questions tend to make and then keep us, victims. They imply that someone or something outside of ourselves is punishing us. No human being is a victim of any punishment outside of his undeveloped life-level from which his inner reactions are seen as outer attacks. This is why we must learn to turn our questions into tools for developing self-wholeness
Omtimes.com
instead of letting them lead us off in the wrong direction. As a matter of fact, there should be new questions forming in your mind just about now. Here are ten new questions that lead to self-wholeness. Use them to see the difference between how you used to think and how you will question defeat from now on. You will win! 10 Questions to Defeat Defeat:
1) Instead of always asking yourself why things always happen to you, learn to ask, “What is it inside of me that attracts these painful situations?” 2) Instead of always asking yourself why things had to go this way or that way, learn to ask, “Why is the way I feel always determined by external conditions?” 3) Instead of always asking yourself how to protect yourself in challenging situations, learn to ask, “What is it in me that always
needs to be defended?” 4) Instead of always asking yourself how to clear up your mental fog, learn to ask, “Can confusion know anything about clarity?” 5) Instead of always asking yourself what to do about tomorrow (or the next minute, learn to ask, “Can there ever be intelligence in anxiety or worry?” 6) Instead of always asking yourself why does so-and-so act this or that way, learn to ask, “What’s inside of me that wants to hurt itself over how anyone acts?” 7) Instead of always crying out, “Why me?” learn to ask, “Who is this “me” that always feels this way? 8) Instead of always asking yourself if you’ve made the right choice, learn to ask, “Can fear ever make a safe decision?” 9) Instead of always asking yourself why doesn’t so-and-so see how wrong they are, learn to ask, “Is what I’m feeling
about that person right now good for me? Or them?” 10) Instead of always asking yourself how to get others to approve you, learn to ask, “What do I want, the applause of the crowds or to have my own life quietly?” These new questions are the power that defeats defeat. They alone ensure total victory. Each time you ask the right question about an inner ache, you receive the new and right result of being released from the dark deceptions of the false self that wants you to fight with life. THE “VISION QUEST” OF OUR CONSCIOUSNESS AND OUR SELFHEALING PROCESS By Johanna Kern
As we are living in times when much that we have built our world on begins to quickly fall apart – it will be necessary for us to adapt to the inevitable change and find out who we truly are. It is high time for all of us to understand what does and what doesn’t work on our planet. Why life in our town, village, or country – is the way it is. Why
Omtimes.com
there is so much suffering in the world, and why it is that while some people bloom, others keep struggling in life. As the consciousness that we are, we are always evolving and looking for more opportunities to expand our vision of ourselves. It manifests in our life through our pursuit of happiness, seeking our life purpose, seeking to improve our situation, looking for fulfillment or a happy relationship, reaching for our dreams, feeling the need for self-improvement, etc. Whether we wish for a peaceful and happy life, or we want the whole world to come together in peace – we need to start from the bottom and turn off our own internal “war.”
seeing our body in the mirror or feeling the rain on our skin). 2. By perceiving ourselves through experiencing (our emotions, mental processes, desires, memories, likes, and dislikes). We can perceive ourselves because of our consciousness. Our consciousness can also be defined in two ways: 1. Consciousness, as described by old-school medicine or oldschool psychology: as long as we can operate via our senses, we are considered “conscious.”
We usually define ourselves in two ways:
2. The consciousness that operates beyond the senses, beyond body/brain capacity, beyond time and space. It does not stop when our brain goes into a coma, or when we are “out of it” and experiences itself in all states of our physical and mental capacity. In health, or in physical or mental illness, consciousness continues to gather the experiences for the purpose of its progression.
1. By perceiving ourselves through our senses/brain (like

expand, and our physical life is the “vision quest” of our consciousness. The main thing that can stop the consciousness that we are from existing is our lack of progress. What best serves our consciousness, are the states of altruism, compassion, and universal love – i.e., the “higher virtues.” To maintain the natural evolution of our consciousness, we need to overcome our conditional programming. Conditional programming consists of Subconscious Programming, Societal Programming, and Avoidance Programming: Subconscious Programming is spontaneous and rooted in our survival fears. It can be easily triggered by any of our caregivers/parents or other authorities in our life. Societal Programming is externally inflicted – usually via regulations/manipulation or pressure – and rooted in the inherent need of all social animals for a structure for living in groups.

Avoidance Programming can be either self-inflicted or internally inflicted and is rooted in our natural fear of change and development of a sense of “habitual safety.” Habitual safety is the “knowhow” to exist/survive circumstances that we’ve gotten used to – no matter whether they are beneficial for us or harmful. Due to these three types of programming, many of us perpetuate our existence in fear, discomfort, and limitation, running on “automatic pilot.” When we want to liberate ourselves from our conditional programming, we need to begin and maintain the process of self-healing. The first step is to acknowledge who we are: consciousness. The next steps depend on what we prioritize, or in what order we want to change the programming in the 7 main areas of our life (The Big 7): • Our Body
• Our Mind • Our Heart & Its Vision (our pure, inner being) • Our Emotions • Our Ego • Our Vision Of The World • Our Vision Of Ourselves As the consciousness that we are, we want to experience ourselves as all of the above in our pure, unconditioned form. Can we do that? Yes. As the consciousness that we are, we have a choice: to be, or not to be. How can we do that? We all are part of a Design that has the ability of self-healing. This ability can be applied to all the areas of our physical life (The Big 7). Once we trigger our self-healing process, we align with the natural process of our evolution: we can overcome anything that stands in the way of our progress.
We are here to become all that we can be. We can be humans in the most beautiful way. Let us fall in love with the world and let us not forget to love our life. Using Expectation Wisely by Crystal Presence
Omtimes.com
Defining expectation and how to use it wisely. Addressing the possibility of disappointment, anger, shame or guilt when our expectations fail to come in conforming with times or places we were expecting. Understanding the nature of desires being realized and the things to remember as we embrace the process.
“There is a season for sowing and a season for reaping and they never happen at the same time” Bob Proctor The word expectation originates from the Latin word expectation, an awaiting. In modern times we think of expectation as a strong belief that something will happen, a belief that someone will achieve or experience something. We understand that expectation is part of the invocation process for manifesting our dreams. Many fear that their expectations will leave them disappointed. Some feel anger, shame, and guilt that their expectations are coming in forms, times or places they were not expecting. What if we use expectation wisely and let go of thinking that our dreams must manifest in a certain form, time and place? A great example is a young woman and learning what she is passionate about. She
cultivates new perspectives and gets excited about exploring new possibilities. She notices that if she practices staying connected with herself and Source her life keeps revealing the new experiences that ignite and support the next steps in her journey. Questions we can ask; “Are we allowing the fun and enjoyment of receiving each step in manifesting our full vision?” “Are we bypassing our ability to embrace the multi-levels of our consciousness?” “Are we cultivating our wisdom in how we think, feel and take action?” Bob Proctor, well-known author, and speaker reminds us that we can lessen any disappointment if we understand that “There is a season for sowing and a season for reaping and they never happen at the same time.” Our desires are much the same as the seeds we

plant in the ground with a gestation and incubation time. Knowing that physical and nonphysical manifestation is governed by the same laws, we can learn how to tend, nurture and give our expectations attention in the same way that we would tend our seeds. Letting go into the process while taking appropriate action allows our creative power to design our lives without continuous disappointment. In support of the creative process we can… Connect with self and Source to allow obstacles to get out of the way. Embrace the wisdom that there is always an abundance of what we want and need. Keep asking questions about the nature of how to fulfill our expectations.

Not be limited by our past. Each moment we are offered a clean slate. Go as far as we can envision while also understanding that we do not need to have all the answers. We will know how much further to go once we get there. Use our thoughts and emotions to set up the vibrational environment for our seeds to grow. Draw support, ideas, and inspiration from others around us while dismissing naysayers and doubters who are not ready to understand what we are doing. Focus on faith and trust instead of doubt. Be proactive by feeling satisfaction and appreciation for what we are experiencing now, making a fertile environment for our visions to stay on track.
Life is not always the way we expect it to be, and if we keep letting go and staying connected life is better than expected! When you look at the view of Earth from space, you are immediately in awe of what you do see: the incredible beauty of Creation. It is not until you look closer that you realize what you do not see. You do not see lines partitioning countries. You do not see separation between races. You do not see division between religions. You do not see the walls people build to isolate themselves from each other. There is only One Planet. There is only One Humanity. This section is dedicated to introducing thoughts and ideas to foster a greater understanding of Humanity’s interdependence.

5 Innovative Projects from Around the world that Reduce Loneliness Syndicated by Shareable
Our April 10th event at SFSU, Community Solutions to the Loneliness Epidemic, coincides with the one year publishing anniversary of our latest book, “Sharing Cities: Activating the Urban Commons. The book, which you can download for free here, includes numerous case studies of projects from around the world that help Omtimes.com
people share in everyday life. Sharing is a great remedy for social isolation, naturally. The case studies from “Sharing Cities” show how people are coming together while meeting other vital needs. Below are our favorite loneliness reducing case studies with the author of each included. 1. Nippon Active Life Club: Time Banking for Affordable Elderly Care In a country like Japan, where people over the age of 65 make up more than a quarter of the population, a pressing question is how the elderly can be provided with quality care without it becoming a major strain on the rest of the taxpaying population. Since the 1970s, time banking approaches have been developed there to address this problem. In Japanese, these practices are collectively called “fureai kippu.” People who help the elderly earn time credits, which they can redeem themselves when they grow old, or gift to older family members living in other cities. Such credits can be supplemented with cash payments. Those who commit their time are generally
not professional caregivers. Therefore, most of the care work includes basic services such as cleaning, yard work, and general companionship. Some of the time banks are run by local governments or quasigovernmental organizations. The largest number of them belong to a nonprofit network called Nippon Active Life Club. The club operates a time bank supported by member dues, and members pay for care work in both time credits and cash. As of early 2016, it had nearly 18,000 members and 124 offices across the country. Humanitas: Senior Care Meets Student Dorm in Shared Intergenerational Living Residents in intergenerational Dutch retirement home, by Lisa Goldapple/Atlas of the Future Humanitas Retirement Village, a long-term care facility in the city Deventer in the Netherlands, offers free accommodation to students in exchange for 30 hours of their time per month to help the older residents. Omtimes.com
Currently, six students are residents in the village. This arrangement provides a mutual benefit: rent-free accommodation for students and a younger demographic to help support the care of, and foster interactions with, older residents. As part of their volunteer agreement, students teach residents various skills — such as using email and social media — and provide companionship. While these exchanges are important, it is living in such proximity that helps relationships and connections develop, eases loneliness, and makes a positive contribution to the mental health of the seniors. — Sharon Ede 3. Embassy Network: New Collaborative Housing Model for Purpose-driven Young Professionals Young urban professionals frequently face high housing costs, social isolation, and career-building challenges. Embassy Network, one of the pioneers of the global coliving movement, addresses all three in a new sharedhousing model. Properties in Omtimes.com
the network house from five to 20 people each. They include converted mansions, retreat centers, and small hotels. Residents share food expenses, regular communal meals, commons space, cars, and most importantly, career support. They are typically social entrepreneurs, freelancers, and young professionals seeking to make a positive impact through their work. Embassy Network creates an encouraging environment for personal and career development through peer support, regular public events, short-term visitors who share knowledge, and access to all nine Embassy Network properties located in North America, Central America, and Europe. Find a coliving community here. — Neal Gorenflo 4. CoAbode: Matching Compatible Single Mothers for Cohousing Many single mothers work tirelessly to ensure they have good, affordable housing, while they hold down a job and take care of their children on their own. With around 40 percent of single parents in the U.S. employed in low-wage
jobs, single mothers experience high rates of poverty even as they work long hours. Sharing the financial and practical responsibilities of housing, rather than struggling alone, can help make life easier. CoAbode is a service that matches compatible single mothers for shared housing, as well as services and support to make parenting less challenging. Cohousing can result in the mothers sharing their food and childcare; it reduces financial costs, frees up time, and enables mutual support. Membership is free, and with 120,000 members registered, there are CoAbode members in many U.S. cities including Brooklyn, San Diego, and Washington DC. — Sharon Ede 5. Chisinau Civic Center: Vacant Lot Reclaimed as a Public Park for Community Gatherings A neglected plot of triangular land once lay in the city of Chisinau in Moldova. Cars regularly drove over it. Some used it to dump their garbage and construction rubble. Now, the site is a lively public space, known as the Chisinau Civic
Center. The transformation was initiated by the local nongovernmental organization the Oberliht Association, and was created together with local officials as well as artists, architects, scientists, students, and community members. In the very beginning, they held a public picnic at the park as a way to invite nearby residents to get involved in the park’s restoration. The organizers then built a wooden platform in the center of the park with support of the nearby residents. This eventually led to the Civic Center becoming a play area for children, as well as a place for community gatherings, film screenings, games, exhibits, and performances. — Cat Johnson These case studies and policy pieces were adapted from our latest book, “Sharing Cities: Activating the Urban Commons.” Download your free pdf copy today.
