Men’s Day Trip to Brighton: meet at Victoria station at 10am for a 10:30am or so train to Brighton (aged 60+? Get a 1/3 off your tickets, check out www.senior-railcard.co.uk or call into any mainline train station to apply). We will be met at Brighton Station by our GEMS (Gay Elderly Men’s Society) friends at 11:30am, where we will have a walk down The Lanes, before heading off to The Saltdean Carvery (by foot or bus) for a carvery lunch (cost approx. £5). Tonight’s film, recommended by Gay’s The Word bookshop, is another dip into world cinema, “Free Fall”, branded the German “Brokeback Mountain”, tells the story of a forbidden love between two police cadets, Marc and Kay. man and a father to be, Marc is torn between his family and his love for Kay. (Film in German with English subtitles). 'This film tracks the adventures, misadventures and experiences of three aliens from the planet Zots, sent down to Earth on a mission to rid themselves of romantic emotions, which are
