Biography: Peru is in South America. Peru borders on Ecuador and Colombia to the north, Chile, Argentina and Bolivia to the south. The capital of Peru is Lima. Machu Picchu is in Peru


The flag of Perú: The flag of Peru is a Peruvian national symbol.The flag of Peru was adopted by the government of Peru in 1825. It is a vertical triband with red outer bands and a single white middle band. Depending on its use, it may be defaced with different emblems, and has different names. Flag day in Peru is celebrated on June 7, the anniversary of the Battle of Arica.

Religion: Peruvian people are mainly catholic.

President of Peru The current president of Peru is Ollanta Humala elected in 2011.

1 kg(liseta) potatoes 1 lime salt 250 g canned loin tuna 1 red onion 100 g mayonnaise 1 avocado 1 boiled egg 1 egg yolk Aragon black olives 100 g lettuce

1 kg frozen yellow aji 100 ml olive oil 1 clove of garlic salt


First plate ● Duck with orange juice Ingredients: ● 1 duck ● 1 glass orange juice ● 1 glass cognac ● 2 oranges ● olive oil ● 1 coffee spoon vinegar ● 1 coffee spoon sugar ● 100 g prawn bread ● 1 coffee spoon curry ● salt Preparation: First step: season the duck with oil and sugar and cooking. Add the cognac, the vinegar and the orange juice and let reduce. Second step: cook, over low fire, until the duck is tender, more or less one hour Third step: cut the orange peel into strips and boil them during a few seconds to take the strongest flavor. add them to the duck during the last minutes of cooking. Quarter step: fry prawn bread in a pan with oil and sprinkle with curry Last step: accompany the duck with prawn bread.
