INTRODUCTION: This project is about Healthy Eating Habits. First, we wrote in our notebooks a diary about our healthy eating habits of a week. Second, we wrote the quantity of food that we ate. Then, we did a questionnaire to some students, teachers and our parents. After that we analyzed the questionnaire and we created a healthy menu. Finally we explained our assignment in class.

ALEXIA’S FOOD DIARY: On Monday I didn’t eat enough proteins but I ate too many carbohydrates. On Tuesday I didn’t eat enough carbohydrates but I ate too many-proteins. On Wednesday I didn't eat enough lipids but I ate too many proteins. On Thursday I didn’t eat enough proteins but I ate too many carbohydrates. On Friday I didn’t eat enough carbohydrates but I ate too many lipids. On Saturday I didn’t eat enough proteins but I ate too many carbohydrates. On Sunday I didn’t eat enough carbohydrates but I ate too many lipids.

SARA’S FOOD DIARY On Monday my diet was very bad because for dinner I didn’t eat enough vegetables. On Tuesday my diet was bad because I didn’t eat a snack. On Wednesday my diet was bad because I didn’t eat enough of the necessary proteins. On Thursday my diet was bad because I didn't eat enough meat. On Friday my diet was bad because I didn’t eat enough nuts and I didn’t have dinner. On Saturday my diet was bad because I didn’t eat enough fruit and I didn’t have dinner. On sunday my diet was bad because I didn’t eat enough fruit.

QUESTIONNAIRE ANALYSIS: 68% of the people interviewed eat 3-4 meals a day. 83% of the people interviewed have breakfast every day. 87% of the people interviewed drink 3-4 or 5-6 cups of water daily. 53% of the people interviewed don´t drink tea. 43% of the people interviewed drink 1-2 cups of coffee daily. 84% of the people interviewed never or seldom drink low calorie carbonated. 85% of the people interviewed never or seldom drink carbonated whit sugar,
62% of the people interviewed never or seldom drink juice. 73% of the people interviewed never or seldom drink beer. 66% of the people interviewed never drink wine. 37% of the people interviewed have 1-2 portions of vegetables daily. 44% of the people interviewed have 1-2 portions of legumes weekly. 38% of the people interviewed never have integral cereals. 77% of the people interviewed never or seldom have reďŹ ned grains. 57% of the people interviewed have 1-2 portions of ďŹ sh weekly.
38% of the people interviewed have 1-2 portions of poultry weekly. 49% of the people interviewed have 1-2 portions of red meats weekly. 50% of the people interviewed have 1-2 portions of eggs weekly. 49% of the people interviewed seldom have cakes, pies . 66% of the people interviewed have never or seldom dark chocolate. 47% of the people interviewed have seldom nuts. 48% of the people interviewed have 1-2 glasses/cups a day of skim or low fat milk. 66% of the people interviewed never have whole milk.
57% of the people interviewed have 1-2 glasses/cups a day of yogurt. 38% of the people interviewed seldom have cheese. 72% of the people interviewed never have margarine. 88% of the people interviewed never or seldom have butter. 41% of the people interviewed have 1-2 pieces of fruit daily. 54% of the people interviewed don't add any sugar. 68% of the people interviewed have occasionally fried food. 91% of the people interviewed use olive oil to cook.
64% of the people interviewed are females. 55% of the people interviewed are between 41-60 years old. 43% of the people interviewed are parents. CONCLUSION We think they have a healthy diet but they should have more nuts, integral cereals, skim milk, juice and less coffee.

CONCLUSION: We did this project to analyze our eating habits and the eating habits of some of our teachers, parents and schoolmates. We did this because people don’t usually follow a healthy diet and they eat very badly. This harms our health. We should do exercise every day and eat a healthy diet.
