INTRODUCTION This project is about eating habits, how to eat healthy. We did this project because we don't eat healthy and the obesity is bad. First we prepared the questionnaire about eating habits, second we did an interview to some students, our parents and teachers. After doing the interviews we analysed the results. Next, we designed our daily menu and our conclusions about our diet. Finally we did a project recollecting the previous work in groups of three and we discussed it.

MENU CONCLUSION

This menu is healthy because it hasn’t got to many lipids and sugars, and it has got 1 portion of lipids and 1 of carbohydrates per 2 of proteins.

CONCLUSION In this project we learned how to eat healthy, how to analyse graphs, how to do an interview, how to pronounce well. We did this project, because we wanted to know if we ate well and also if our parents, teachers and students of other class ate well.
