Introduction In this project we are going to talk about the eating habits because a lot of people have a bad diet. So in this project we want to design a healthy menu for a week and the conclusions of the people interviewed.
To do This project we followed some steps in english class: 1.- Loly explained us the daily habits and the voc percentage of proteins , fats and carbohydrates we should eat. 2.- Loly explained us the healthy food and how to do a diary of our food in a week. 3.- Loly explained us the proteins, lipids, carbohydrates the food we eat must have and with the . 4.-Loly read all of the questions of the questionnaire to help us to do the interviews. 5.-We interviewed at our parents, 2 teachers and 2 students. 6.-We got some a conclusions of our daily diet

Conclusion My diet is not very healthy because I eat many proteins, few lipids but enough carbohydrates. -
Solutions: 1.-Eating more foods that have lipids. 2.-Eating less foods that have proteins.

Conclusion -I
think I don't eat very healthy because I need to eat more vegetables, ďŹ sh and more fats but I have to eat less red meats.
Questionnaire analysis
How many meals do you eat a day? (breakfast, lunch, dinner , snacks) Consider every fruit, yoghurt, glass of milk etc. as a single snack. -The 68% of the people interviewed eat 3-4 meals a day, and the 28% 5-6.
Do you have breakfast every day? -The 86% of the people interviewed have breakfast every day and just the 14% don´t have breakfast every day.
How often do you drink‌? -Water: 60 people of the 102 interviewed drink 5-6 cups of water daily and 27 drink 3-4 -Tea: 53 people of the 102 interviewed never drink tea -Coffe: 43 people of the 102 interviewed drink 1-2 cups of coffee daily. -Low calorie carbonated: 56 people of the 102 interviewed never drink low calorie carbonated and 28 seldom drink. -Carbonated with sugar: 56 people of the 102 interviewed never drink carbonated with sugar and 29 seldom drink. -Juice:35 people of the 102 interviewed seldom drink juice daily and 27 never. - Beer: 41 people of the 102 interviewed never drink beer and 32 seldom. -Wine: 66 people of the 102 interviewed never drink wine.
How often do you have…? -Vegetables: 37 people of the 102 interviewed eat 1-2 portions of vegetables daily. -Legumes: 44 people of the 102 interviewed eat 1-2 potions of legumes a week. -Integral cereals: 38 people of the 102 interviewed never eat integral cereals . -Refined grains: 43 people of the 102 interviewed never eat refined grains and 34 seldom. -Fish: 57 people of the 102 interviewed eat 1-2 portions of fish a week. -Poultry(Chicken, turkey...): 38 people of the 102 interviewed eat 1-2 portions of poultry a week. -Read meats: 49 people of the 102 interviewed eat 1-2 portions of read meats a week -Eggs: 50 people of the 102 interviewed eat 1-2 eggs a week. -Cakes,pies: 49 people of the 102 interviewed seldom eat cakes or pies.
-Dark chocolate:36 people of the 102 interviewed never eat dark chocolate and 30 seldom. -Nuts: 47 people of the 102 interviewed seldom eat nuts.
Do you have dairy foods every day? Skim or low fat milk: 48 people of the 102 interviewed eat 1-2 glasses/cups of skim or low fat milk a day. -Whole milk: 66 people of the 102 interviewed never eat whole milk. -Yoghurt: 57 people of the 102 interviewed eat 1-2 yoghurts a day. Cheese: 38 people of the 102 interviewed seldom eat cheese. -Margarine: 72 people of the 102 interviewed never eat margarine. -Butter: 49 people of the 102 interviewed never eat butter and 39 seldom.
How many pieces of fruit do you have a day? The 41% of the people interviewed eat 1/2 pieces of fruit daily, the 28% 2/3 pieces daily, the 20% more than 3 pieces daily and the 12% none.
How often do you eat fried food? The 68% of the people interviewed eat fried food occasionally, and the 24% once or twice a week.
How many teaspoons of sugar do you add to your beverages each day? -The 54% of the people interviewed don´t add teaspoons to their beverages, and the 40% 1-2 teaspoons.
What kind of fat do you use to cook? The 91% of the people interviewed use olive oil to cook and just 9% sunower oil.
Gender -The 64% of the people interviewed are women, and the 36% men.
Age group -The 55% of the people interviewed are between 41-60 years old, the 17% 21-40, the 14% 11-16 and the 12% 17-20.
Occupation -The 43% of the people interviewed are parents, the 27% students and the 21% teachers.
Analysis -With these analyses taken from the responses of the interviews and analyzed we have learned that very few people have a good diet, because they always exceed in proteins, carbohydrates..., they are missing something and eat many vegetables. Solutions: 1.-Eat less food with sugar and sweetened beverages. 2.-Eat more vegetables.

Conclusion In this project we learned that most part of the people have a bad diet we learned some new vocabulary about foods, how to do percentages of what people eat and to design a healthy menu for a day.
