Introduction In our english class each one did a dairy food of a week, we did this project to see how people eat and to know how to start eating healthier.Then we interviewed some people with a questionnaire of eating healthy. We analyzed the statistics of the interview and after that we got a conclusion with things to improve our eating habits and then we designed a menu for a day.

Tuesday 30th april ·breakfast: biscuits, milk ·lunch: sandwich, water, banana, biscuits ·snack: sandwich, water ·dinner: pizza, water Wednesday 1st april ·breakfast: biscuits, juice the fruits ·morning snack: coke ·lunch: chicken milanese, chips, water snack: sandwich, milk, cacao ·dinner: burger , water, chips

Thursday 2nd may ·breakfast: biscuits , water ·lunch: fish, potatoes, salad ·snack:ice cream ·dinner: salad, water


Conclusion : I have to eat more legumes, less fats and more fish

Sunday 28th April: ·Lunch: Meat stew and water ·Snack: Sandwich of chocolate ·Dinner: Pizza with mushroom

Monday 29th April: ·Breakfast: Juice of apple ·Lunch: Sausages, egg fried, chips and water ·Snack: Sandwich of loin ·Dinner: Strawberries with sugar


Tuesday 30th April: ·Breakfast: Bread roll and pineapple juice ·Lunch: Two sandwich of jam and water ·Dinner: Popcorns and water Wednesday 1st May: ·Breakfast: Juice of orange ·Lunch: Meat with chips ·Dinner: Burger with cheese and bacon and a coke

Thursday 2nd May: ·Breakfast: Muffin and milkshake ·Lunch: Salmon, yoghurt and water ·Dinner: Cheese sandwich


Conclusion: I eat a lot of meat with chips and sandwich. I should eat more fish to have more proteins

Sunday 28th April: ·Breakfast: Milk with butter toast ·Lunch: Spanish omelette and a fruit ·Snack: One apple ·Dinner: Hamburger Monday 29th April: ·Breakfast: Milk with cookies ·Lunch: Croquettes and a yogurt ·Snack: Cheese sandwich ·Dinner: Milk with cupcakes


Tuesday 30th April: ·Breakfast: Milk with sponge cake ·Lunch: Russian salad and a fruit ·Snak: One banana ·Dinner: Milk with cookies Wednesday 1st May: ·Breakfast: Milk with brownie ·Lunch: Pork chops and a yogurt ·Snack: Energy bars and a yogurt ·Dinner: Cold meat

Conclusion: My conclusion is that I have to eat more legumes, less meats and more fish.

Questionnaire Analysis ·67.6% of the people interviewed eat 3-4 meals a day and 28.4% eat 5-6 meals a day. ·86.3% of the people interviewed have breakfast every day. ·60 people of 102 interviewed drink 5-6 cups of water daily ·53 people interviewed never drink tea. ·43 people interviewed drink 1-2 cups of coffee daily ·56 people never drink low calorie carbonated ·56 people never drink carbonated with sugar ·35 people seldom drink juice and 27 people never ·41 people never drink beer and 32 people seldom ·66 people never drink wine

·41.2% of the people interviewed eat 1-2 pieces of fruit a day ·53.9% of the people interviewed don’t any sugar ·67.6% of the people interviewed eat occasionally fried food ·91.2% of the people interviewed use olive oil for cooking ·63.7% of the people interviewed are female and the 36.3% are male ·54.9% of the people interviewed belongs to the age group of 41-60 years ·43.1% of the people interviewed are parents


Finally conclusion People eat very badly, they should eat more vegetables, fruits and legumes. They should eat less fried food, cakes and pies.
