INTRODUCTION

We do this project in english language.

CHARACTERS TANGO: She’s a baby “adopted” penguin. For her, it isn't

important that her parents are two boys. She enjoys herself in the zoo, because all the people go to see her family. NILO: Is Tango’s father. He likes Roy and he is funny and

a good penguin.

ROY: Is Tango’s other father. He is Silo’s boyfriend too.

He is very daring and a good father.

MR. GRAMZAY:Is the carer of the penguin’s house. We

think he is nice because he helps Nilo and Roy to have a baby.

FIRST IMPRESSION Aroa: I think the book is about two penguins that have a baby and take care of it as if it were his son/ daughter and when it gets older it decides to become independent but, parents miss him and things happen that make him unable to return home. On the cover I see three penguins, two adults and a baby. In the background there are mountains of ice. Lucía: I think that book is about 2 penguins, they live in the zoo and one day a baby penguin arrives at the zoo and these 2 adult penguins take care of the baby, but the other animals in the zoo don't like that, because “They aren’t a typical family”.

For this reason the 3 penguins go to another place to be happy. In the cover, I think Tango is the name of the little penguin, and the biggest penguins are the 2 fathers, they are in a zoo, and they are a family. And I think “Makes three” can mean there were 2 penguins but when Tango arrives they are 3. Sabela: This is about a family of three penguins. They are two and, when Tango was coming, he makes three. In the cover page we can see three penguins in a place with ice and snow.

SUMMARY This story took place in Central Park Zoo. In the penguin’s house, the females try to find a males to mate. Two penguins, called Roy and Silo did everything together. They were in love. But the problem started when they wanted to have a baby penguin. They looked at the other couples with new babies but in their eggs nothing ever happened. Their carer had a very good idea. He thought about one way to get Silo and Roy had a baby. He put one egg in their house, to substitute the stone that they were taking care of. Some days afterwards, Tango was born. Silo and Roy were very happy to have a new member in their family. Now, they are a family and they are very loved for all the people who go to visit the Park because all they know their story.

MESSAGE This book wants to teach us that in the world there are so many types of couples, and not to worry if your couple is the same sex as you are, if you are happy.

CONCLUSION In this project we learned not to judge the different types of couples, to work in groups and to present a good and funny project.

AFTER READING THE BOOK When we finished the book the three think the same. For us this book is incredible, for its message and what it explains. The story of this three penguins is very beautiful and we think that all the people can read this book because the message is very important. Our opinion is the same as when we started this project because we already had an idea what the book was about. We recommend this book so much because we like the opinions of the author and his thoughts about the couples of the same sex.
