1. Introduction In this project I’m going to talk about the bedroom of my dreams which is a calm room without any noise and a place where I like to read and do my homework.

Furniture

On the right side of the room there are a pale wooden wardrobe, a big bed with a blue or white eiderdown and a pale wooden headboard, and on the right side of the bed, a white bedside table. On the front wall there is a big window with a big sofa where I can see the dusk, read and listen to music calmly, a big pale wooden shelving with CDs and other things and a bookcase. On the left of the room there are a dark blue desk and a blue chair. In the middle of the room there is a dark blue carpet.

Walls

On the walls there are a lot of pictures of my friends, my family and me and pictures of things I like and of places I would like to visit or that I visited. There are also some quotations and sayings that I like and drawings about nature.

Colours

The colours of the room are pale blue, for the walls and some pieces of furniture, dark blue for other pieces of furniture and for the drawings on the walls. The room has got a wooden floor.

6.

Where children sleep

My character is a japanese girl called Kaya, she is 4 years old and she lives in an apartment with her parents. She has a room with a lot of toys and things that she likes. I think that her parents are giving her all that she wants and because of that they aren’t showing her the right principles and I’m sure that the bedroom of my dreams is completely different from hers because it’s very simple and it has not a lot of things.

Conclusion

My conclusion is that in this project I have learnt how to describe the distribution of a room and some new words to do it.
