Agustín Fernández Paz was born in 1947 in Villalba, (Galicia) he is a galician writer. In the 2008 he won the “Premio Nacional de Literatura Infantil y Juvenil" of Spain. He is teacher of galician and the most premiered author in this language. He wrote: "Corredores de Sombras” & “Noche De Voraces Sombras”. 2-Illustrator

Miguel Calatayud is a Spanish illustrator and cartoonist, born in Alicante, in 1942. He is considered an isolated and independent author or a precursor of the New School Valenciana. As an illustrator, has received the most prestigious awards sector.

3- Characters ·Adrián: He is a famous painter, who after being long out decides to return to his homeland. He is an impulsive person but he likes the calm. Xavier: He is a famous writer and Adrianś friend. He is decided. ·Teresa: She is Adrian’s sister, she is a decided person Soutullo: he is the inspector and Adrian’s friends.
5- Plot It is about Xavier Louzao and his friend Adrian Novoa. When Xavier came back from Canada, he received a lot of letters from his friend Adrian. He bought a house in Doroña, but when he went to his house, he found a book. In the book there is a room with a girl, but the girl moves in the room and she asks for help to Adrian. Adrian found a secret passageway. When Xavier went to Adrian’s house, he found a note. He is going to save the girl. When Xavier read the note, he went to save his friend. Before, he put an oil tin in the kitchen, on the furnace. Xavier’s sister received all the information from Xavier and Adrian. And when she arrives at Adrian’s house, it is on fire, when the police arrive, at the house, they extinguish the fire and they look for Adrians and Xavier, but they only find a book. •

7-My personal response to the plot I first read this book in 1º Eso. When you read this book you can´t stop reading it. It´s a great intrigue book. I really like this book you can imagine the place, the characters
