AS joy rippled through the Dubbo community on Monday following a $7.5 million recurring funding commitment by the state government for a drug and alcohol detoxification and residential rehabilitation facility in Dubbo, community leader Frank Doolan had this to say: “Thank you. “It’s a great start to NAIDOC Week.

It’s a sizeable investment in this area by the government. In that regard, many thanks are to be offered both to the Coalition Government and our local member Dugald (Saunders),” Mr Doolan said. “We need representation now more than ever. In this case, the member has delivered, and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts.”
