Body 360
Come tone all 360 degrees of your body. It will burn calories and tone all muscle groups. The workout rolls from exercise to exercise without a break using different tools-dumbbells, Pilates rings, bars, and bands. It is easy to follow moves that help burn calories and strengthen muscles. All levels are welcome.
Fitness-Aerobics 20-20-20
