EDITOR’S NOTE Hello Key Clubbers! As 2015 comes to an end, I’m sure many of you are thinking about what resolutions to make. I hope one of them is to become more active in Key Club, or remain as active as you previously have been! I look forward to our last few months serving together in 2016. Happy reading! Yours Sincerely, Katherine Yang 2015-2016 Editor

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE Hey Key Clubbers! December sure was a busy month! Not only did we continue our SKIP reading and Daycare visits, but we also started our preparations for Coffeehouse, our annual performance event! This year, all proceeds from Coffeehouse will go towards the Federation of Foodbanks, the service project for this year. Officers will be selling tickets for three dollars, but you can also pay by bringing in three cans of food as well! I hope you will all participate in Coffeehouse in some way, shape or form--whether it be through the Serving, Food, or Decorating Committees--or even by performing some acts! Yours in Caring and Service, Yang Fu PHS Key Club President '15-'16

CAREONE VISITS Starting January 9th, all Key Clubbers will have the chance to volunteer at CareOne two times a month (every other Saturday). This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the elders of our community and talk to them about their lives; they’re sure to have great stories to share with you! Activities will be either puzzles and board games or arts and crafts, and the relaxing environment is a big plus as well. As always, spots are limited, so when an opportunity arises don’t forget to sign up ASAP if you’re interested!

UPCOMING ELECTIONS Unfortunately, our time together is coming to a close ď Œ However, this also means that very soon we will be holding PHS Key Club Officer Elections! More information will be given at the January 19th general meeting, so if you’re interested in making a difference (and adding a nice credential to your college application!), make sure to be there. Additionally, Lieutenant Governor (aka LTG) elections will be held on Thursday, January 21st. They will be at the Main Library and will start at 6PM; more information about the LTG position will be released shortly!
