Please come to all appointments wearing a bathrobe and underwear; for baths, and upon request, a disposable slip will be provided.
Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment, as we will otherwise have to charge for the missed session.
Please, do not smoke in the SPA.
Smartphones: please, do not use smartphones or smoke in the indoor pool or sauna pavilion.
For hygiene reasons, entering the PARK SPA with street shoes is not permitted. Shoe covers are available at the entrances. Bathrobes and towels are provided in your room and should be returned there. Please wear flip flops in the wet areas.
Nude Area: Sauna pavilion with relaxation and sauna rooms. Sauna towels should be used for covering.
Always place a towel underneath you in the sauna. Access is permitted for guests aged 16 and older.
Children: Please maintain silence and supervise young children. Children are not allowed in the nude area.
Fitness Room: Use is at own risk. Children under 16 may only use the equipment when accompanied by their parents, as the Tecnogym machines can be dangerous if used improperly. Parents are responsible for their children.

Beforeenteringthesauna,itisrecommendedtotakeashowertocleansetheskinandopenthepores,thus facilitatingtheabsorptionofmoistureandtherapeuticsubstances. Werequestgueststoenterthesaunanakedandsitonatowel.Thehigherthebench,themoreexposuretoheat andhumidity.Sweathelpsremovedirtaccumulatedontheskin.
Thedurationofthesaunasessiondependsontheindividualwell-being.Usually,thestaylastsabout10minutes. Eachpersonshouldlistentotheirinternalclock.
Afterthesauna,thecoolingphaseisusedtoeliminatetheaccumulatedheatfromthebody.Beforetakingacold shower,youshouldwalkinthefreshair.
Rest in the relaxation room. Perhaps with a glass of water or a herbal tea? We recommend to rest for 10 to 20 minutes.
