FRAME AND CRANE CARE FOR PONSSE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT CUSTOMERS PONSSE Frame and Crane Care covers all the parts of a PONSSE forest machine’s frame up until 10,000 hours if a valid maintenance agreement exists for the machine. The maintenance agreement must be valid uninterrupted throughout the period, but it can be made in instalments. The new PONSSE Frame and Crane Care covers the machine’s front and rear frames, the middle pivot and articulated frames, and the crane base as well as the main, lifting and luffing booms (excluding extensions) and the pillar. The Frame and Crane Care is granted for all new forest machines covered by a maintenance agreement and manufactured in 2021 or later. A PONSSE Active Care maintenance agreement tailored to a forest machine entrepreneur’s busi-
ness enables entrepreneurs to outsource scheduled maintenance of their machines to Ponsse’s expert staff. This means you can concentrate on your core business – efficient and productive harvesting. The purpose of the PONSSE Active Care maintenance agreement is to maximise machine availability, productivity and efficiency. Regular maintenance ensures the trouble-free operation of the machine. When a customer brings their forest machine in to an authorised PONSSE service centre, work is always conducted by Ponsse’s trained mechanics using only high-quality original parts, lubricants and filters. The maintenance history of machines covered by a maintenance agreement will also assist you in planning future maintenance procedures, which improves the machine’s trade-in value.
