2. What makes you a Visionary? I believe my ability to be creative in the midst of chaos and to see something great in moments when there does not seem to be nothing to build from. A visionary should be able to see the finished

In the wake of the global pandemic, we were faced with our biggest decision since the inception of pgmag in 2018. We deliberated whether to go ahead or wait until life returns to normal. With each team member situated in different countries and cities of the world, we know that it is a battle against everything else (time, money, mentalnand physical wellness and dedication). After much consideration we decided to go ahead with the project, and today you we are sharing our finished product with you. I salute my design team for allowing me to stretch them in this challenged time. I think we have achieved what seemed impossible from the look of things. We hope you would enjoy this work and also continue to support our global mission. This edition has contents from across the Nations of the world.
