PGMAG: You are a woman on a mission to create over a hundred million Legacy Leaders worldwide. Please tell us a little bit about your organisation (Legacy Leaders) IL: Yes, I am indeed! This may sound like a challenging goal to reach, but with over 7.5 billion people currently globally, strategic partnerships, and many digital platforms - I am very optimistic. But the bigger question is why I am focusing so much on doing exactly that.

TODAY, we have a tremendous shortage of leaders worldwide that lead how our world needs us to: with the vision and impact of our actions on the long term instead of short term success. Instead, we should be asking ourselves what our legacy will be at the end of our life? What will we leave behind for future generations? For the world?
