COMING HOME BY CLAUDIA BRALL

It all began in the Covid ~ pandemic season 2021. As the outer world came to a standstill so did my inner world. Nothing seemed to make sense anymore, and I knew my perspectives on my life had to change. Desperation led me to question my existence and purpose, “who am I” and “what is this thing called life?” The answers were simple…I am energy, and energy communicates with all that is…boom!

I was sensing an inner urge to spend the new year out of Italy. Following my intuition I chose to fly to Egypt to visit a friend of mine. One morning, as we prepared breakfast she told me

that she has been living in Egypt for 14 years and has never been to the White Desert. This was like a huge ignition inside of me, as I had not realised that Egypt is a desert country. So we arranged with one of her acquaintances a trip for the following day, starting from Safaga into the oasis of Farafra. The beauty of the landscape already began to unfold as soon as we left Luxor behind. Ruggedy cliffs of reddish sandstone embedded in oceans of golden coloured sand. We passed through small villages where life was still moving on like a 100 years ago, donkey drawn carts full of animal food, old men sitting on front door steps talking and women ushering the children to school. It was like entering into

Every time I go into the desert the same sensations of peace and tranquility envelopes me like a soft cloak.

a dream time. In the late afternoon we arrived in the White Desert of Farafra and set up camp pretty quickly as the sun began setting. No words begin to describe the serenity and stillness of these moments when the magic of the change from light to darkness occurs. Every time I go into the desert the same sensations of peace and tranquility envelopes me like a soft cloak. We spent 4 days exploring the vastness and indescribable beauty of iridescent white limestone set against the desert ground. This experience touched me profoundly and changed my perspectives on my own life. I had to set myself free from conventional thinking and conducting life in a socially acceptable way. Returning to Italy left me with huge hole in my heart and I couldn’t return to my former way of living. So

I chose to fly to Egypt once more in the beginning of 2022 to find this something that had captured my beingness. I went to the oasis of Dakhla this time to start another adventure from there. To my surprise the journey was cancelled and I was offered accommodation in a small Beduin village. Little did I know at that time that this would change my whole life. I spent my mornings walking in the countryside amongst cattle grazing in open fields and all surrounded by the rolling sand dunes and steep

mountain chains. One morning I came across a battered sign post saying Beduin camp and curiosity guided me and I took the small path leading up to it. I followed my intuition and ended up in a small restaurant where I found a guy working on his laptop. We started a conversation about this enchanted Beduin camp which seemed totally deserted. A young guy called Khaled offered us tea to please us. Overlooking the whole camp from the restaurant I became aware that it was

asking to be revived to its former beauty and life. Despite some hesitations I made an appointment with the camp manager to offer my services, and after some discussions he agreed. I returned to Italy, gave up my apartment, placed my belongings in storage and entered into a new life in Egypt Bedouins are a very close knit community , nevertheless I was received with utmost respect and curiosity. Being a white woman amongst a male community was certainly challenging, and here I learned to be still and observe.

Especially the young generation were curious to join western

points of view of life and living. My tasks included cleaning and bringing the room up to standard, guest relations and arranging safaris. I loved every moment.

After one year I chose to move Cairo to reassemble all my experiences and reassess what my inner compass asked from my human expression. It didn’t take long and Khaled contacted me and inquired if I wanted to create tours with him. I knew that this creation would have to be fresh and vibrant, and we needed new standards. Slow travel was the answer to gift the adventurers a new

perspective of how to navigate not only through the desert but life too!

Within a few months we established DesertSoul ~ time adventures and began to organise safaris. Travelling with the Bedouins is like flying through time and space into the beyond to return to one Self. They orientate themselves in this vastness by stone formations, the old Beduin caravan routes and the stars. Staying present and observing… The scent of the desert is enchanting, and the forever changing nature and its light reconnects one with one’s true

I would have never imagined to create a life in Egypt and less being in a co ~ creationship with a tribe of Beduins.

Nevertheless my soul, my own energy knew more than my human mind. Once I let go of my imagined identities and role plays I could enter into my full passion of expression and joy of being alive. ENHANCING WOMEN'S BREAST SIZING, COMFORT, AND CONFIDENCE

WITH BRA FITTING EDUCATION

CHARITY MOYO

A Visionary Advocate for Women's Breast Sizing and Bra Education

Wearing correct bra size, style and having a proper fitting is vital for every woman and girl, although they are frequently overlooked. Adequate breast support is crucial for the health and comfort of every woman, as each woman's anatomy is unique. A supportive bra reduces back pain, bad posture, and skin irritation while increasing a woman's confidence and body image. Many women are unaware of their bra size and the consequences of wearing poorly fitting bras.

Lack of awareness highlights the importance of breast and bra education.

Bras hold more importance than just clothing; they are an essential component of daily existence for many women. Despite its significance, a considerable number of women continue to wear ill-fitting and wrong bra sizes often without being aware of it and luck of breast sizing and bra fitting education. On the other hand, for those that often get breast sizing

and bra fitted consider bra fitting and breast sizing to be luxurious aspects of their daily lives.

Regular breast sizing and bra fittings, at least once every six months, play an important role in improving not only physical comfort but also self-esteem, body confidence, and psychological well-being. Wearing a properly fitted bra size is important not just for comfort, but also for emotional and physical well-being. Illfitting bras may trigger issues, including shoulder discomfort and pain, as well as long-term concerns such as back strain. This article focuses on the

importance of accurate breast sizing and proper bra fitting, and how they impact breast health and a woman's mental well-being.

THE IMPORTANCE OF PROPER BREAST SIZING AND BRA FITTING

Many women are unaware that wearing an improperly fitted bra can have significant physical and psychological effects. A study by Wood et al. (2008) found that approximately 80% of women wear the wrong bra size, with 70% wearing bras that are too small and 10% wearing bras that are too large. This issue stems from the complexity of breast

sizing, which varies significantly between individuals due to differences in breast shape, tissue density, and the distance between breasts.

Wearing the wrong size can cause physical discomfort, including back, neck, and shoulder pain. An ill-fitting bra can also lead to skin irritation, poor posture, and restricted breathing. Beyond physical discomfort, the psychological impact of an ill-fitting bra is significant. Many women become selfconscious or dissatisfied with their appearance when their bras do not fit correctly. This dissatisfaction can affect their

overall body confidence, leading to a negative self-image.

Conversely, a well-fitted bra provides the necessary support, enhances the body's natural shape, and can significantly boost a woman's confidence. Proper support is especially crucial for women with larger breasts, as it can help prevent back and shoulder pain and reduce the risk of sagging over time.

EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING

The psychological implications of wearing the wrong bra size are often overlooked. A properly fitting bra can improve a woman's silhouette, posture, and overall sense of security and comfort. These factors influence how a woman feels about her body. When a bra does not fit properly, one may have emotions of selfconsciousness and discontent with one's appearance, perhaps leading to low self-esteem. In contrast, a well-fitted bra can significantly boost body confidence. It enhances the fit of clothing, provides comfort during the day, and can improve

a woman's overall health. This is especially important for women who have experienced changes in their body, such as pregnancy, weight fluctuations, or surgery.

FIVE TIPS FOR A CORRECTLY FITTING BRA

The Band Should Be Firm but Comfortable: The band of the bra should sit level around your body and be snug enough to provide support but not so tight that it digs into your skin. You should be able to fit two fingers comfortably under the band.

The

Cups Should Fully Encapsulate the Breasts: The breasts should fit smoothly into the cups without any bulging, gaping, or wrinkling. The centre gore (the part of the bra that sits between the cups) should lie flat against your chest.

The Straps Should Provide Support Without Digging In: Bra straps should not be doing all the work of supporting your

breasts; that’s the band’s job. Straps should sit comfortably on your shoulders without slipping off or digging into your skin.

The Underwire Should Follow the Natural Curve of Your Breasts: If your bra has underwire, it should sit flat against your ribcage and curve around the base of your breasts. The wire should not poke or dig into your breast tissue.

The Bra Should Stay in Place When You Move: A well-fitting bra stays in place even when you move around. If your bra shifts up or down, or if you must constantly adjust it throughout the day, it likely doesn’t fit correctly.

CONCLUSION

To conclude, breast sizing and bra fitting are vital aspects of women's breast health, influencing both physical comfort and mental wellbeing. Wearing a well-fitted bra improves breast health, boosts body confidence, and fosters good self-esteem. Regular fittings and good bra care are simple tasks that can significantly improve a woman's quality of life.

POWERHOUSE GLOBAL MAGAZINE (PGMAG)

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH

KAREN BASHFORD (KB)

PGMAG: Karen, welcome to today's interview with Lady Anita.

KB: Thank you, Lady Anita. I am grateful for the opportunity.

PGMAG: Please briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

KB: I am an award-winning Empowerment Mentor and Soul Growth Therapist and Founder of the KB Method and The D.R.E.A.M. System. I live in Hampshire in the UK with my 23-year-old cat, Saffy, the love of my life. My passion and purpose is to empower 5 million women to stop self-sabotaging their lives. I know how much my health, wealth and relationships suffered because I self-sabotaged. Now, with my acquired knowledge, experience, and wisdom, I am an inspiring speaker and author of five books. I mentor and support women in transforming their lives. Everything can change when you review, reflect, reframe, release and replace limiting beliefs and stored emotional energy.

PGMAG: Karen, I have known you for over a decade and we each have evolved through time. What are some of the shifts that have taken place in your life within the last ten years?

KB: There have been many shifts over the years.

However, I would say my nervous breakdown in January 2023 caused the most significant change in my life. It was the catalyst for massive growth. I had no option but to surrender to my body's need to recover from the decades of inner conflict and pain from my childhood trauma and abusive marital relationships.

But the most extensive change came when I acknowledged I couldn't continue ignoring the lack of support from my brother and sister with my emotionally needy mother. Between the 3 of them, I was physically and emotionally exhausted.

But the most extensive change came when I acknowledged I couldn't continue ignoring the lack of support from my brother and sister with my emotionally needy mother. Between the 3 of them, I was physically and emotionally exhausted.

In surrendering, I found myself connecting to my feelings and allowing myself to cry. I cried for the lost me, the me that had given the utmost to support my mum over the years without any respite. I cried for my Inner Child, who felt abandoned and rejected by her family and those who promised to love and protect her but only hurt her through their words and actions.

Recovering from the breakdown helped me to set rock-solid boundaries. I could choose how I wanted to live my life and not be concerned about what my family or anyone else thought – it did not matter. I was the one that mattered;

when you give to yourself, you can give more, but only to the right people.

Knowing how much I had selfsabotaged my health, wealth, and happiness helped me to become calm, confident and curious. I laugh and smile a lot as I allow myself to enjoy life. I no longer feel guilty or blame myself for not being enough –which, unfortunately, trauma

and abuse cause.

That curiosity and confidence gave me the courage to go to Egypt in July on my own. I walked out into the forecourt of the airport without cash or the means to contact my tour organiser until I replaced my English SIM card with an Egyptian one.

Foolish, perhaps, but I

knew I had made the right decision because help arrived immediately. I trusted myself and the Universe, which didn't let me down. I let go of the need to control and went with the flow, which was so liberating.

PGMAG: What would you say to a young adult who is trying to discover their purpose in life?

KB: I believe everyone knows their purpose from birth. But it is hidden deep within your subconscious under the beliefs, behaviours, habits and your family history. Unearthing your purpose requires you to ask yourself questions and to get to know yourself as a person.

What do you love? What makes you feel happy and willing to keep going when you think life is too hard? What are you good at that is easy for you? Your purpose, as many believe, doesn't have to be related to helping others directly. It can be more subtle, such as creating art, writing, inventing, or even nurturing a peaceful environment.

What do you love? What makes you feel happy and willing to keep going when you think life is too hard? What are you good at that is easy for you? Your purpose, as many believe, doesn't have to be related to helping others directly.

PGMAG: In your opinion, as a leader, what are some of the key elements to leading a successful team?

KB: From my experience, effective team leadership involves several key elements, with active listening being paramount. By actively listening, you gain valuable insights through attentively observing both verbal and non-verbal cues, such as facial expressions and body language. Another crucial element is clear communication. Thereby preventing misunderstanding, enhancing efficiency and ensuring team members understand their roles, responsibilities and the team's goals.

Additionally, encouraging members through delegation to empower themselves is vital. By delegating tasks appropriately and giving team members the autonomy to make decisions, you foster a sense of ownership and accountability. Demonstrating that you value their contribution boosts morale and inspires innovation.

PGMAG: Let's talk about 'selfsabotage' and the effect it has on people – especially women. What is your take on this?

KB: If you consider selfsabotage as an intentional or unintentional act that impedes our progress, preventing us from achieving our goals. It gives us a clue as to how selfsabotage affects our lives. For example, the words we use are often dismissive of our skills and abilities. As women, we are taught not to praise ourselves. Therefore, we ignore our successes and focus on the negatives. We find fault in ourselves and fear expressing our desires and needs.

As women, we are taught not to praise ourselves. Therefore, we ignore our successes and focus on the negatives. We find fault in ourselves and fear expressing our desires and needs.

I appreciate many men experience the same. But for women, this is something that repeats through the generations. You only have to look around the world to see how women are treated and suppressed.

Self-sabotage is a reaction to feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from our emotions, separated, lonely and uncertain in a world where judgment, shame, blame, lack of love and respect all contribute to how we cope with the many challenges we now face.

We sabotage our health by listening to the 'experts' who speak to the masses rather than listening to our bodies. When we take time to know our bodies, we discover they

continually communicate with us, indicating when things are out of balance. If only we listened and chose to work with our bodies to deal with emotional blockages, limiting beliefs, the overload of stress, and harmful ingredients we place on, in and around our bodies. Our lives would improve.

As women, our ability to build both fulfilling and financially rewarding careers is affected by our responsibility for our children and caring for loved ones. This is compounded by the need to prove ourselves in the work environment, together

with the disparity between male and female pay.

This is balancing itself out with more women choosing to be entrepreneurs and business owners responsible for their financial well-being. Regretfully, childhood trauma and beliefs of not being good enough play a part in how successful they are. In relationships, the inbuilt programming passed down through the generations from family and society leads to women being the target of abuse and trauma physically, sexually, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. We are judged and criticised in the media on social media and by society. If we dare to take action to protect ourselves, we are wrong.

Therefore, from the perspective of women, we must empower ourselves. Empowerment enables women to be free from the past. Freedom means we can stop repeating the old misconceptions and unconscious bias that women are less than men.

In doing so, love will replace self-sabotage, as women claim

their power and are seen for their achievements and capabilities.

PGMAG: Please tell us more about your business and any upcoming projects.

KB: My business focuses on empowering women to empower future generations. Once empowered, a woman contributes to her family, community and the world in numerous ways, which will lead to a world of stability and harmony over time.

Working with women who know deep down they have yet to reach the point where they have found the actual root cause of their sabotaging, beliefs, habits and behaviours. Often, they have had coaching,

counselling and other therapies, but there is still something that needs harmonising and alignment within them.

Root causes lie in generational, cultural, ancestral, family, environmental, societal, past lives, trauma and abuse –which we rarely explore when working on ourselves because accessing our subconscious is not possible while attempting to ask questions of ourselves.

I offer personalized 1-21 mentoring and healing programs based on The D.R.E.A.M. System, designed to delve deep into your childhood programming. This approach allows you to access your subconscious without experiencing further trauma, facilitating self-healing at the soul level. You receive all the guidance and answers you require from your connection with your Inner Child (Soul).

This results in rapid and permanent transformation.

I am excited to announce that I will be hosting a retreat in Egypt this October. This retreat will provide an immersive experience to deepen your healing journey, surrounded by

the serene and spiritually rich environment of Egypt. Join us to unlock profound self-healing and transformation.

PGMAG: How would you describe yourself as a leader?

KB: My leadership style is rooted in the principles of empowering and respecting the individual. I create an environment where a person can use their unique skills, strengths and abilities to thrive and excel. This approach fosters individual growth and collective success, reflecting my commitment to empowering 5 million women.

PGMAG: Finally, what would you say to your younger self?

KB: I would say to my younger self, empower yourself; listen to your innate wisdom, not other people. Your innate wisdom won't let you down – it knows you. Your ego seeks to keep you safe and could hinder or harm you by restricting your choice.

Love yourself, be responsible for yourself, and be willing to face life head-on. You are more

resilient than you give yourself credit for, so don't give up on yourself. Be curious and playful, but have clear boundaries to say no and mean it.

And more importantly, don't be fearful of walking away from relationships that harm you, especially abusive, narcissistic or disrespectful. You deserve love and respect.

Finally, this renaissance woman has turned up her storytelling skills another notch, embracing the literary world to empower and inspire women. She is now working for the prestigious WSJ & USA Today bestselling ghostwriter agency, You Talk I Write. The agency serves the globe and has produced

over 200 books, ranging from profound memoirs to leadership and personal growth guides, by iconic individuals.

Through compelling characters and engaging narratives, Liza intends to explore themes of love, loss, and the pursuit of happiness in novels, inviting readers to reflect on their own lives and experiences as they get entertained. "My clients who used the PictureCure methods often told me that when in hardship, they found fuel in knowing there were strong people who could

do what they thought they couldn't," said Liza. "This constant remark never left me. Since I cannot share the brave, private stories that were confided in me by real people, now working at a writing agency, I plan to create novels of resilience and reinvention. And highlight the Wonder Women next door, who are even more impressive heroines for making the impossible happen without superpowers."

EMPOWERING WOMEN IN THE AGE OF AI

EMPOWERING WOMEN IN THE AGE OF AI

In the modern world, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an integral part of our daily lives, impacting various fields from medicine to business. However, despite the widespread adoption of these technologies, many women still face barriers in understanding and utilizing AI in their professional and personal lives.

It is crucial for women to be aware of how AI algorithms and systems work to make informed decisions, protect their interests, and effectively harness new opportunities. A lack of knowledge in this area can lead to inequality, placing women in a vulnerable position compared to those who have access to this knowledge.

CEO & Founder of Al-Khalifa Business School, Professor Sir Manuel Freire-Garabal y Núñez, and I are working on a new project aimed at bridging this gap. Our goal is to create educational programs where women can access resources and support on AI-related topics. We believe that knowledge is power, and our mission is to provide women with the tools they need to navigate a world where AI plays an increasingly important role.

Our project aims not only to educate but also to inspire women to use AI to achieve their personal and professional goals, thereby contributing to a more just and equitable society.

I am confident that education and work in the AI field open up opportunities for women in one of the fastest-growing and most promising sectors of the economy. This can lead to new avenues for career advancement and professional development, as well as an increase in the number of women leaders in technology. AI has the potential to significantly impact societal processes, so it is important for women to play a vital role in creating more ethical and inclusive systems.

I must also highlight that our project «ART & POSITIVE EMOTIONS – KEY SUCCESS”, which

I was happy and proud to participate in a historic event — the Meeting of European and Arab Women in Berlin in November 2023. As the Chief Arts Officer, I invited all

the conference participants to create a painting under my guidance. All the participants enjoyed this exciting creative process. A total of 160 people took part in creating the painting. We presented this sunny and positive artwork to celebrate the birth of the first Global Women's Forum (GWF).

Based on our project “ART & POSITIVE EMOTIONS – KEY SUCCESS”, we also organized several events in nursing homes and orphanages. These activities help create a positive emotional atmosphere and foster creativity and a positive emotional mindset for each participant, especially children.

Last year, I painted a picture titled “Women of the Universe.” Women are like small rays in the universe. They bring love, light, and peace to everyone. Women are energy from the cosmos, family, and life.

I applaud all the women of the world for their passion and dedication. I thank all women for their tireless efforts to guide our planet onto a path of sustainable development. Today, more than ever, the global economy needs these small rays to bring light, deliver a beam of equality, and eliminate all existing inequalities.

My Name is Olga Mroz. I am a professor, honorary Doctor of Arts, and Chief Arts Officer at the Al-Khalifa Business School in the United Kingdom. I serve on the Arts and Culture Council of the Private Council of His Highness Prince Mahmoud Salah Al Din Assaf.

Based on the recommendation of the Board of Trustees and the Governing Board of the Asian-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AACCI), I was appointed as an honorary member of the AACCI Advisory Council. I support the Asian and African Trade Chamber, helping to foster better economic growth and sustainable business practices.

I have written numerous articles about expressing art as freedom, experimentation, and wonder. I pay significant attention to topics that concern me, including "Education" and "Women's Empowerment."

I have received multiple awards for my significant contributions to the development of global

art, creative activities in art and youth education, the development of creative projects, long-term work in the field of culture and art, and active civic engagement.

I am proud to have been recognized for outstanding vision, dedication, and success, as well as for exceptional leadership and advisory skills, excellent collaboration, and support of the GLOBAL FAMILY and ROYAL OFFICE in the United Arab Emirates.

It was a great honour for me to receive the "Global Impact Leader of the Year 2022" award and to be recognized by Powerhouse Global as "The Difference Maker in the World”

POWERHOUSE GLOBAL MAGAZINE (PGMAG)

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH

DR. DAWNIEL WINNINGHAM (DDW)

PGMAG: Dr. Dawniel, welcome to today’s interview with Lady Anita.

DDW: I am honored to speak with PGMAG. Thank you so much.

PGMAG: Please briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

DDW: I always struggle with introductions because I've been so many different things in this lifetime. My official title is Reverend Dr Dawniel Patterson Winningham. I'm a former fortune bank executive however I've carried this torch of being an entrepreneur 13 years now. My gift is helping women see the best of themselves and being able to charge for it.

I truly believe that all women have the capacity to earn millions of dollars in their lifetime simply doing what they love to do and they only need to see the value in themselves and the world will pay them accordingly.

PGMAG: As a key player in the transformation of the lives of women, what would you say are the top three challenges women encounter whilst trying to build their businesses, and what would you suggest to some of these women?

DDW: I think the number one challenge that

women face is themselves. We have allowed society to institutionalize our mind and place limits on what we can achieve. Many women often talk about imposter syndrome, however, those same women run whole companies, and even run their household.

My answer to that is women really need to start, understanding their full contribution to society at large and walk proudly with the gifts and the talents that we have accumulated everyone around us.

The next struggle that women have is truly charging their worth.

Whether it's in the workplace or entrepreneurs

women's struggle with being able to articulate their true value, and therefore perpetuate The poverty standard that primarily belongs to women

Women have to stop being allowed to be taken for granted and learn how to stand up and require the world to recognize our gifts.

The third thing is definitely sisterhood. For so long, the world has pitted women against each other, which causes us to view each other as the enemy when actuality we are not the enemy.

I've sat in rooms with women of all races and backgrounds, and when you close your eyes, our stories, our mission and our

problems sound very much alike. I'm not saying that there are not women out there who are BackStabbers or who don't mean you any good.

What I am saying is that there are far more women who do bring value and who do mean the best for us, and who are willing to work together for all of us to be successful.

And instead of focusing on those women who don't mean as well, we should focus on those women who truly mean the best for us.

PGMAG: If you were given an opportunity to address world leaders, what would your message be?

DDW: I think that world leaders have missed the idea of a

global community and a global economy.

There are far too many have not in the world that has so much. If I had a chance to address global leaders, it would definitely be to encourage them to bring more diversity to the table and not just in terms of race, but also in terms of gender and just people who think differently altogether. I think that too many of the world leaders have lost touch with just how many people in the world are still not at that level Where they can afford things like clean water, food, and even shelter.

Think it's time for them to share their egos, roll up their sleeves and get to work on making the world a better place as opposed to arguing about perceived

slights and who's in power.

PGMAG: As women leaders we often talk about ‘sitting at the table’, and the importance of working together andsupporting one another. What is your view on this?

DDW: I think that is women we all have a variety of different backgrounds that when pulled together will allow us to accomplish more than we ever have.

I truly have always believe that each of us has something that the other one needs. Doesn't mean that we should expect it for free, however, it does mean that my leveraging those partnerships were able to move faster and further than we ever have been.

PGMAG: I am excited to be working with you on our global projects, and I would love to hear your views on this partnership?

DDW: I think the global partnership such as ours are way overdue. In light of today's technology and the ability to travel almost anywhere on the

planet. I'm amazed that it is taken this long for women to be able to bridge continental gaps in order to partner.

PGMAG: If you knew what you know now, what would you do differently?

DDW: I'm tempted to say that I would do so many things differently, however, the Bible tells us that all things are working for the good of those that love the Lord.

With that being said like Maya Angelou says I wouldn't take nothing for my journey now. So I guess if I had to do all over again, it would be doing the same things that got me here now

PGMAG: What keeps you motivated as a leader?

motivated as a leader is several factors:

• One is simply the expanse of opportunities that we have in this generation.

• I am always reminded that our forefathers and ancestors did not have the opportunities that are present to us today.

• Not only the opportunity to learn and grow, but the opportunity to build, mega businesses, create generational, wealth, and truly a legacy for our families.

• When I think about all that was endured during slavery, I truly have no choice, but to be motivated by the simplicity of being able to create and build wealth

PGMAG: Thank you for sharing your brilliance with us through this interview.

DDW: You are most certainly welcome!

PROJECTS

As part of PGWF mission to support more families during this challenged time, we have been able to hold two projects (one in April and the other on 13th July 2020). We distributed food supplies to several families and orphanage homes.

Our team lead by Mrs Josephine Itsuokor (Vice-president of PGWF) made these projects a success. We will continue to reach out to more families through the support of our global partners.

Powerful Global Women Foundation (Powerhouse Charity) was founded in 20l6 in Nigeria, West Africa, by Lady Anita Duckworth-Bradshaw. The core objective of this organization is to transform the lives of women and children, through various projects centred around the need of the service group.

In 20l6 Lady Anita single handedly fed over 400 children as part of “project feed l000 children globally”, and held an empowerment conference for the women. Through this project, so many women have gone to do great things with the knowledge they gained from the event.

She recently held a life transforming event for women in Lagos, Nigeria as part of International women’s month celebration 20l8. The turnout was very encouraging. She is working towards supporting more families to keep their children and wards in school through” project back-to-school” starting in September 20l8.

We are seeking for global support from individuals and organisations who would love to be a part of this service to humanity.
