Participate in our various classes to improve your physical fitness, social connections, mental health and cognitive abilities.

Baird Wellness Center 33783 Located in the Freemasons Cultural Center, the Baird Wellness Center offers an array of cardiovascular and strength equipment, functional training, personal training and group fitness classes. Massage therapy and wellness workshops on mind, body and spirit are also offered. Open daily, from 5 a.m. – 9 p.m. Staff are available Mon. – Fri., 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Group exercise classes are broadcast on MVTV Monday through Friday in the morning. Please pay and purchase punch cards at the Baird Wellness Center. Punch cards are a way to “pay as you attend classes.” You will receive the option of attending 10 classes per punch card, and punch cards are available for $35 each. MON., 3:30 P.M. & WED., 10:15 A.M. Lodge Meeting Room Punch card class

This is an ongoing class. We will be on our wrists, arms and knees for certain postures. We will also focus on single leg postures. To prevent injury, if you are not comfortable with any of the above, be prepared to modify based on the suggestions the instructor provides.

Enjoy this 45-minute slow, free-flowing movement class to enhance energy, balance and mind-body connection.

This universal class is designed to improve agility, balance, coordination and functional capabilities. Non-SilverSneakers® members pay $3.50 per class (punch card available for purchase).

TUES. & THURS., 10:15 – 11 A.M. Baird Wellness Center Punch card class

This is an ongoing class. Tuesdays will consist of using multiple pieces of equipment for strength and functional movement for mobility. Thursday will focus on raising your heart rate for a continued amount of time and stretching to enhance flexibility.

Head Over Heels: A Fall Injury Prevention Hands-On Workshop

A Certified Personal Trainer will build off your assessment and create a customized program to advance your strength, gait and balance. We will address your agility and cognitive reaction time in order to reduce the risk of falling and the injuries associated with it. This is a progressive program, and each session will build upon the last. To realize your full potential, we ask that you attend every session.
