10 golden rules to control anger and stress

Don’t drink too much coffee or tea. Decrease the level of noise around you to minimums. Start the day with breakfast. Eat less and frequently, don’t starve. Try not to bring work to home.
Stop watching news and discussion shows before bed.
Play games like dart, billiards, bowling. Don’t compensate your sleep. Try to have a quality sleep. Imbue yourself with positive affirmations (I can do this!) Learn breathing exercises. If you have small pain or sickness do not find a solution without postponing.
