Why did you get involved with the beauty industry?

Which are your bestsellers?

I had acne and I thought if I learned about skincare I could treat the condition, as great skin was vital for my modelling career. As soon as I started treating people I had the strangest feeling I was home. That feeling has never left me; it’s just continued to grow.

Our best sellers are the quick action keys to perfect skin: SOS oil for allergies and tissue repair, Age Defiance for plumping out lines and treating acne and psoriasis, Bee Venom Mask for a natural botulinum toxin alternative, Bee Venom Eyes for puffiness and fine lines and Divine Cream with orange oils for sun damage and pigmentation.

What has been the key to your success?

What inspired you to create the Bee Venom Mask?

Firstly, I never really see myself as that successful, although I do have to give myself a little pinch when I think about my 230 Heaven Spas worldwide. I never feel as though I’m working and I love helping people and solving their skincare problems. When I developed a cure for my acne it was an amazing feeling, because I knew how low I felt with spots. The phone call from Victoria Beckham to thank me for my Age Defiance Cream was one of the high points of my career.

Why did you take the holistic route?

I caught sight of my reflection in the mirror and thought I looked old.

Not wanting to use botulinum toxin, I began working on a natural alternative. I now have a patented Ingredient which I won a Gold Stevie Award for in 2013, ABEETOXIN®.

What is so special about the Bee Sting facial?

Spiritualism, believing in good thoughts and healing is just who I am, it runs in my family. Choosing organic ingredients was again the only way truly to help the skin. Heaven is a results driven range, every product works straight away.

Its dramatic results shock people. Formerly facials were either relaxing or they achieved a gradual improvement. After one Bee Sting Facial clients see a radical change in their face shape and complexion, yet it’s still a relaxing treatment. Clients were immediately astounded by the transformation of their skin. I too, was pleased with the results.

How has the beauty industry changed over the years?

You have a lot of famous clients, can you tell us about them?

The frozen, puffy face is out of fashion now because so many comedians are ridiculing it. The natural alternatives which do work, such as the Heaven Bee Venom Mask and a few other good ingredients are changing the world of beauty.

I never speak of my high profile clients out of respect, although if they wish to talk about their Heaven treatments that is up to them, which obviously makes me very happy when they do.

Why did you decide to make your own product range?

Your products are a Worldwide success, why did you choose shifnal not London for your flag ship store?

Because I’m allergic to parabens and chemicals in products, so this pushed me to make my own range. Now Heaven Skincare is one of the World’s most sought after ranges as there are still no real alternatives to chemical free products that achieve visible results.
