St. George Street Community Treatment Home Description St. George is an 8-bed residential program that supports male youth experiencing emotional, social, and/or behavioural difficulties, and their families in a positive neighborhood setting. This program is designed to build on participants' strengths and develop the tools to manage feelings and emotions, overcome substance abuse, reconnect with family relationships, and learn how to make better choices in relation to peers, school, family, and self.

This program is government funded so there is no direct cost for services, however, in most cases parents are expected to contribute the costs of their child’s personal care items.
Referral:
Referrals are accepted from parents, child welfare agencies, school officials, courts, and other service providers.
Other:
Admission is voluntary and requires consent of both the youth and their legal guardian.
