Description Located in Barrie, New Beginnings is a counselling clinic that offers individual, couples, and family psychotherapy and counselling services. With a focus on addiction, aggression, anger management, anxiety, behavioural problems, coping with a major illness, a crisis of faith/spiritual formation, depression, divorce, domestic abuse, family conflict, feeling stuck and helpless to change, grief, infertility, infidelity, jealousy, PTSD, relationship issues, sleep or insomnia, spirituality, stress, and trauma. Some of the therapies provided include CBT, SFBT, DBT, and EFT. Currently, in-person and online therapy sessions are available.
